Starnete \u017eeny.&#8220;<br>Nie\u017eeby som dovtedy na pohotovosti nebola, ale v\u017edy len s nejak\u00fdm bo\u013eav\u00fdm zubom alebo uchom. Ale toto ma viezli so \u017el\u010dn\u00edkom tu\u0161\u00edm.&nbsp; Presn\u00fa chorobu si nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m, ale pam\u00e4t\u00e1m si t\u00fa vetu.<br>A to bolo pred viac ako dvadsiatimi rokmi.&nbsp;<br>Tu\u0161\u00edte ako sa toho na m\u0148a nabalilo,&nbsp; za tie roky?<br>Jedinou potechou v tomto stave mi je, \u017ee na\u010disto v\u0161etky kamar\u00e1tky v mojom veku,&nbsp; sme na tejto \u00farovni.&nbsp;<br>S Evkou ke\u010f d\u00e1me teraz besiedku, tak \u0161tvrtinu sa s\u0165a\u017eujeme na rodinn\u00fdch pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edkov, \u0161tvrtinu rozober\u00e1me, \u010do n\u00e1m najnov\u0161ie vyviedli na\u0161i, alzheimerom postihnut\u00fd rodi\u010dia a polovicu o tom \u010do n\u00e1s bol\u00ed a \u010do sa n\u00e1m najnov\u0161ie pokazilo v \u00fastrojenstve.<br>S kamar\u00e1tkou Hankou Kr\u00e1lkou, sa nev\u00eddame tak \u010dasto, ako by sme obidve chceli, ale navz\u00e1jom st\u00e1le o sebe vieme a sledujeme sa. Kedysi, to&nbsp; sme sa raz za dva roky stretli a v nejakej kr\u010dme sedeli aj p\u00e4\u0165 hod\u00edn, k\u00fdm sme si v\u0161etko dopodrobna povedali.<br>Teraz sme sa takto v\u00fdborne porozpr\u00e1vali, ke\u010f sme \u010dakali na vakc\u00ednu a potom sme si i\u0161li sadn\u00fa\u0165 na lavi\u010dku v nemocni\u010dnom komplexe a tam sme sedeli zo dve hodiny. Ohromne n\u00e1m to dobre padlo, \u017ee nejak\u00fdm z\u00e1zrakom sme dostali \u010dasenku na rovnak\u00fd d\u00e1tum a pol hodinu po sebe. Beriem to ako v\u00fdborn\u00fa n\u00e1hodu, preto\u017ee ja som pri\u0161la na vakc\u00ednu z Mn\u00edchova a ona zo \u0160vaj\u010diarska.<br>A s b\u00fdvalou spolu\u017eia\u010dkou, som sa vynikaj\u00face porozpr\u00e1vala v \u010dak\u00e1rni u lek\u00e1ra. Boli sme tam len my dve a nikto n\u00e1s odtia\u013e nevyhadzoval. K\u00fapili sme si k\u00e1vu v automate a v\u00fdborn\u00e9 to bolo.<br>V\u00e1\u017ene,&nbsp; niet civiliza\u010dn\u00e9ho neduhu a vy\u0161\u0161ieho veku, ktor\u00fd by som nemala.&nbsp;<br>A ako som nevedela&nbsp; kedysi, pochopi\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed , \u010do sa mi motali na chodn\u00edku popod nohy, lebo bu\u010f kr\u00edvali, alebo i\u0161li pomaly, alebo sa popletali.<br>Teraz!!!!!&nbsp;<br>Tak sa v\u0161etk\u00fdm mocem, pod nohy, \u010do sa \u0161matlem popri stene a dobre\u017ee ner\u00fa\u010dkujem po jej obvode. Norm\u00e1lne \u010dak\u00e1m, kedy ma niekto nakope, viete kam. Na\u0161\u0165astie ja som zdohadliv\u00e1 a mocem sa po von vtedy, ke\u010f u\u017e nehroz\u00ed, \u017ee budem v dr\u00e1he mlad\u00fdm,&nbsp; kr\u00e1snym a energick\u00fdm r\u00fdchlochodcom.&nbsp;<br>Kedysi , ke\u010f ma privial nejak\u00fd vietor k lek\u00e1rovi, tak som b\u00fdvala najmlad\u0161ia v tej \u010dak\u00e1rni a bola som vybaven\u00e1 behom mrknutia oka. Do frasa, kde s\u00fa tie \u010dasy.<br>Pred rokom sa ma pani v pokladni na l\u00edstky, op\u00fdtala, \u010di u\u017e m\u00e1m n\u00e1rok na d\u00f4chodcovsk\u00fa z\u013eavu!!!<br>A minule,&nbsp; ke\u010f nejak\u00e1 vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1\u010dka v mojej fb skupine robila nejak\u00fd prieskum o pit\u00ed k\u00e1vy, tak na m\u00f4j vek u\u017e nebola kateg\u00f3ria. No uznajte.<br>No a k m\u00f4jmu vysok\u00e9mu tlaku, obezite, cukrovke, zab\u00fadaniu, \u017el\u010dn\u00edku, artrotick\u00e9mu kolenu, dreven\u00e9mu \u010dlenku pribudla, ako sa zd\u00e1 aj alergia na lepok.<br>Nie som si t\u00fdm celkom ist\u00e1, ale nejak\u00e9 ind\u00edcie k tomu ved\u00fa. E\u0161te som to neza\u010dala naozaj rie\u0161i\u0165, ale minim\u00e1lne som urobila nejak\u00e9 stravovacie opatrenia.<br>Ke\u010f som videla tieto knedle, tak som si povedala, \u017eeby to nemuselo by\u0165 zl\u00e9, na od\u013eah\u010denie .&nbsp;<br>Ja viem, \u017ee s\u00fa nie bezlepkov\u00e9, ale minim\u00e1lne neobsahuj\u00fa to\u013eko m\u00faky ako oby\u010dajn\u00e9.<br>Tak som ich teda vysk\u00fa\u0161ala a urobila som k tomu kar\u00ed a vklad\u00e1m cel\u00e9 toto jedlo ako kombo.<br>V\u00f4bec to nebolo zl\u00e9 a minim\u00e1lne viem, \u017ee sa to d\u00e1 aj takto.&nbsp;<br>Mo\u017eno to zaujme aj V\u00e1s.&nbsp;<br>DM aj ja odpor\u00fa\u010dame.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Suroviny:<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Na tri a\u017e 4 porcie budeme potrebova\u0165 :<\/p>\n<p>Na 12 kusov guliek :<\/p>\n<p>100 g \u010derven\u00e1 l\u00fapan\u00e1 \u0161o\u0161ovica<br>2 mrkvy (150g)<br>100 g tu\u010dn\u00fd tvaroh<br>120 g celozrnn\u00fd toastov\u00fd chlieb&nbsp;<br>120 ml hor\u00face mlieko<br>1 vajce<br>\u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka soli<br>\u010derstvo mlet\u00e9 korenie<br>str\u00fahanka na zahustenie<\/p>\n<p>Na kar\u00ed :<br>1 cuketa<br>1 men\u0161ia brokolica<br>1 bat\u00e1t &#8211; sladk\u00fd zemiak cca 200g&nbsp;<br>1 chilli papri\u010dka<br>\u0161\u0165ava z limety<br>1 cibu\u013ea + 2 cesnakov\u00e9 str\u00fa\u010diky<br>1, 5 polievkov\u00e1 ly\u017eica \u010derven\u00e1 kari pasta<br>400 ml kokosov\u00e9 mlieko<br>koriandrov\u00e1 v\u0148a\u0165<br>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice olej<\/p>\n<p>Tento recept som varila z polovi\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estva surov\u00edn<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u010cerven\u00fa \u0161o\u0161ovicu uvar\u00edme v slanej vode. Ja ako som ju postavila do studenej vody na plame\u0148, odstavila som ju o 15 min\u00fat. Vyberieme z vody a nech\u00e1me odkvapka\u0165.<br>Mrkvu o\u0161\u00fapeme a nastr\u00fahame na malej slzi\u010dke. Teraz ke\u010f pozer\u00e1m fotku surov\u00edn, tak vid\u00edm, \u017ee t\u00fa mrkvu som vlastne str\u00fahala na ve\u013ekej slzi\u010dke.<br>Chlieb som pou\u017eila star\u0161\u00ed, toastov\u00fd,&nbsp; celozrnn\u00fd. Prid\u00e1me e\u0161te ly\u017ei\u010dku soli a \u010derstvo drven\u00e9 korenie.<br>Ja som mala ve\u013emi riedku t\u00fa zmes, tak som musela dosypa\u0165 str\u00fahanku.<br>Hustota cesta z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed napr\u00edklad ako sa traf\u00edte s mliekom, ak\u00e9 ve\u013ek\u00e9 vajce d\u00e1te,  ak\u00fa hustotu m\u00e1 tvaroh.<br>Tu sa mus\u00edte riadi\u0165 intu\u00edciou a ak je riedke tak zahusti\u0165 str\u00fahankou, alebo prisypa\u0165 viac chlebov\u00fdch kociek. No a v\u00fdsledok nevyzeral tak ako ten m\u00f4j.<br>Nie priatelia moji, takto to v\u00e1\u017ene nefunguje. <br>\u00c1no bat\u00e1t je sladk\u00fd, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 vlastnos\u0165, \u017ee on v tom jedle nasaje chu\u0165 pridan\u00fdch surov\u00edn a v tak\u00fdchto jedl\u00e1ch skuto\u010dne nec\u00edti\u0165, \u017ee je sladk\u00fd. Ke\u010f sa pripravuje ako pr\u00edloha, napr\u00edklad hranolky, alebo pe\u010den\u00e9 na plechu, tak skuto\u010dne viete, \u017ee je to sladk\u00e9. Povedzme ako mrkva Ale niekomu to nemus\u00ed v\u00f4bec vadi\u0165 . Napr\u00edklad ja aj DM, ke\u010f sme na jedle a s\u00fa v ponuke bat\u00e1tov\u00e9 hranolky, tak si  d\u00e1vame jedine tie a doma ich tie\u017e robievam a nem\u00e1me s nimi najmen\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m. Ja mrkvu nezjem, ale bat\u00e1t \u00e1no.  Na t\u00fa chu\u0165 sa d\u00e1 zvykn\u00fa\u0165, v kombin\u00e1cii s tymianom, alebo cesnakom je to dokonal\u00e9 a ako bonus m\u00e1me vy\u0161\u0161iu miner\u00e1lnu hodnotu a ni\u017e\u0161ie kal\u00f3rie, ako pri be\u017en\u00fdch zemiakoch. <br>A ke\u010f s\u00fa bat\u00e1ty s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou om\u00e1\u010dok, tak s\u00fa bezkonkuren\u010dn\u00e9, preto\u017ee  sa ve\u013emi r\u00fdchle rozvaria a zahus\u0165uj\u00fa pokrm, bez prid\u00e1vania m\u00faky. Ak by V\u00e1s mal ten sladk\u00fd zemiak odradi\u0165, tak V\u00e1s pros\u00edm, aby ste tomu dali \u0161ancu aspo\u0148 jeden raz. Napr\u00edklad v tomto kar\u00ed. A znovu k receptu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><br>Cibu\u013eu nasek\u00e1me, cesnak napl\u00e1tkujeme a chilli papri\u010dku nakr\u00e1jame na pr\u00fa\u017eky.<br>Do ve\u013ek\u00e9ho hlbok\u00e9ho kastr\u00f3la d\u00e1me rozohria\u0165 olej a popra\u017e\u00edme na \u0148om cibu\u013eu, cesnak a papri\u010dku.<br>Prid\u00e1me \u010derven\u00fa kari pastu. Kari pastu dosta\u0165 u\u017e be\u017ene aj na Slovenku. Ur\u010dite ju maj\u00fa napr\u00edklad v Tescu. Nep\u00e1trala som potom, pre\u010do je to raz tak, raz onak. <br>T\u00e1to plechovka, ke\u010f som ju otvorila, tak som musela t\u00fa zrazen\u00fa \u010das\u0165 kokosov\u00e9ho mlieka , vy\u0161kraba\u0165 no\u017eom a potom som sa cel\u00e1 obliala tou \u010d\u00edrou vodou na dne plechovky. Nech je ako chce.
