Nie to nie je pravda.<br>A po starom sa u\u017e nebude nikdy vari\u0165. <br>Vid\u00edm to aj na mojej Dobrej Cerke, na ktorej je st\u00e1le vidie\u0165 vplyv, \u017ee sa u\u010dila vari\u0165 odo m\u0148a. Dorka  u\u017e nikdy nebude vari\u0165 \u0161o\u0161ovicu inak, ako bez octu. A hlavne nevy\u010d\u00edtajme im to. Ani my,  u\u017e na z\u00e1pra\u017eky a pe\u010denie, nepou\u017e\u00edvame brav\u010dov\u00fa mas\u0165 z vedra a nerozpr\u00e1\u017eame pod pra\u017eenicu,  \u00faden\u00fa slaninu. To b\u00fdvali be\u017en\u00e9 ra\u0148ajky u mojej starej mamy Betky (bo\u017etek do neb\u00ed\u010dka).<br>A moje rozpr\u00e1vania a spomienky?<br><br>Bo\u017eechr\u00e1\u0148, nechcem sa v \u017eiadnom pr\u00edpade prirovn\u00e1va\u0165 k umelcom, ktor\u00ed niekedy hovoria o svojom bloku a darmo \u010dakaj\u00fa na nejak\u00fa t\u00fa m\u00fazu. To by bola arogancia. Ale v\u00e1\u017ene, niekedy stoj\u00ed recept, len preto, preto\u017ee nem\u00e1m pr\u00e1ve in\u0161pir\u00e1ciu na rozpr\u00e1vanie.<br>Niekedy m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee u\u017e v\u0161etko bolo nie\u017ee dovaren\u00e9, ale aj povedan\u00e9.<br>A m\u00e1m tie\u017e svoje starosti, ktor\u00e9 sa nejako kopia a nap\u00ednam sily aby som to zvl\u00e1dla tak, ako sa patr\u00ed.<br>No a k blogu ako tak\u00e9mu.<br>Pred viac ako desiatimi rokmi,  mi boli obrovskou in\u0161pir\u00e1ciou,  balk\u00e1nske blogerky.  Sledovala som ich dobr\u00fdch tridsa\u0165.<br>Dobr\u00e1 polovica  z nich, u\u017e nevar\u00ed a dokonca u\u017e nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 n\u00e1js\u0165 ani ich blogy. Prestali plati\u0165 &#8222;n\u00e1jomn\u00e9&#8220; majite\u013eovi internetov\u00e9ho miesta, kde ho mali umiestnen\u00fd .<br>A tie \u010do ostali, u\u017e tie\u017e len tak &#8222;dobiehaj\u00fa&#8220;.<br>Niekedy sa pozriem na nov\u00e9 footblogy, na nov\u00e9 blogerky a tento m\u00f4j, mi pr\u00edde oproti t\u00fdch ich, z\u00fafalo nemodern\u00fd, zastaral\u00fd.  <br>A tie ich fotky, bo\u017ee to je kr\u00e1sa. <br>Tie moje s\u00fa  hrozn\u00e9 proti tomu. <br>Ale je ve\u013emi zauj\u00edmav\u00e9 sledova\u0165, ak sa men\u00ed \u0161t\u00fdl fotenia hotov\u00fdch jed\u00e1l.<br>To \u010do bolo fakt ve\u013emi ve\u013emi cool, e\u0161te pred troma rokmi, je u\u017e teraz tak\u00e9..no pekn\u00e9, ale vidie\u0165, \u017ee to u\u017e tak nejako&#8230;..nem\u00e1 t\u00fa modern\u00fa agresivitu, ten \u0161mrnc a esprit modernosti.<br>Tak\u017ee tak je to.<br>Som vyhoren\u00e1  \ud83d\ude42<br>V piatok som pri\u0161la zo Seliec na chatu na Okrouhl\u00edk. Pri\u0161la som naozaj len na p\u00e1r dn\u00ed, preto\u017ee aj po t\u00fdch 22 rokoch man\u017eelstva, sme s Dobr\u00fdm Man\u017eelom, ve\u013emi neradi od seba odl\u00fa\u010den\u00ed a vyu\u017eila som okno, ke\u010f som sa mohla zo Seliec uvo\u013eni\u0165. T\u00fa \u010fal\u0161iu nede\u013eu sa vraciam.<br>Ke\u010f som bola teraz v Selciach, priniesol z trhu Dobr\u00fd Brat Jo\u017eko, asi kilo \u010dere\u0161n\u00ed.<br>Vlastne netu\u0161\u00edm ko\u013eko ich bolo, boli v takej tej ve\u013ekej, umelohmotnej krabici, \u010do pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa trhovn\u00edci.<br>Umyl ich a polo\u017eil na st\u00f4l. Bola medzi nami a za\u010dali sme sa rozpr\u00e1va\u0165 a cel\u00fa t\u00fa n\u00e1dobu sme na posedenie zjedli.<br>Nikomu sme nedali.<br>Boli sme tam len my dvaja a \u010dere\u0161ne a potom u\u017e len k\u00f4stky. Ani jedna nebola po\u0161koden\u00e1, ani jednu sme nevyhodili. Fakt ostali len \u010dist\u00e9 k\u00f4stky a p\u00e1r stopiek.<br>V ten de\u0148, ostal n\u00e1\u0161 obed nedotknut\u00fd \ud83d\ude42<br>A keby sme mali e\u0161te jednu krabicu, mo\u017eno zjeme aj t\u00fa.<br>Na\u0161a \u010dere\u0161\u0148a na dvore chaty,  tento rok zarodila. <br>Preme\u0161kala som dobu obera\u010dky a tak nem\u00e1m tohto roku zavaren\u00e9 ni\u010d.<br>Dobr\u00e1 Teta Pavla mi p\u00edsala, \u017ee mi zavar\u00ed a s ve\u013ekou obavou sa ma op\u00fdtala, \u017ee \u010di v\u00e1\u017ene chcem, aby ich vyk\u00f4stkovala. <br>Tak som jej povedala, \u017ee nemus\u00ed a tie komp\u00f3ty nech\u00e1m na chate. <br>V\u00f4bec si neviem predstavi\u0165, ako si d\u00e1m nevyk\u00f4stkovan\u00fd komp\u00f3t k jedlu, Predstavte si, \u017ee oni aj pe\u010d\u00fa z nevyk\u00f4stkovan\u00fdch \u010dere\u0161n\u00ed.<br>Za m\u0148a, je to barbarstvo \ud83d\ude42<br>Ale tie posledn\u00e9 \u010dere\u0161ne, z t\u00fdch najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edch kon\u00e1rov, ktor\u00e9 musel pr\u00eds\u0165 obra\u0165 Michal, ktor\u00fd v\u00e1\u017ei asi to\u013eko, ako \u0161korec a neprebor\u00ed sa na streche do chaty,<br>tak tie \u010dere\u0161ne ma \u010dakali v chladni\u010dke.<br>Ke\u010f som otvorila chladni\u010dku na chate a uvidela \u010dere\u0161ne  v dvoch hrncoch, vedela, som \u017ee ten jeden  padne do m\u00f4jho brucha. Neboli prezret\u00e9 a neboli na blato. Ke\u010f som ich odk\u00f4stkov\u00e1vala, tak striekala z nich \u0161\u0165ava, tmav\u00e1 ako krv.<br>Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel si k\u00e1zal urobi\u0165 bublaninu.<br>Ja bublaninu nemus\u00edm, a ke\u010f tak , len z \u010derven\u00fdch r\u00edbezl\u00ed. Ostatn\u00e9 ovocie, mi pr\u00edde v bublanine ve\u013emi mdl\u00e9. Ale \u010do DM chce, to DM dostane.<br>A predstavte si, \u017ee na blogu bublaninu nem\u00e1m. <br>Za\u010dala som prezera\u0165 mnoh\u00e9 a mnoh\u00e9 recepty. Vyselektovala som, \u010do sa mi pozd\u00e1valo a dala dokopy  vlastn\u00fd recept, pod\u013ea toho, ako si mysl\u00edm, \u017eeby chutilo n\u00e1m.<br>Tie recepty boli vlo\u017een\u00e9 h\u00e1dam aj pred 10 rokmi na internet a bolo vidie\u0165, \u017ee to boli recepty podeden\u00e9. Viete pod\u013ea \u010doho som to vedela? Stra\u0161ne ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo cukru tam i\u0161lo. Naozaj ve\u013emi ve\u013ea. Dala som ho takmer o tretinu menej .<br>A som si ist\u00e1, \u017ee mlad\u00e1, modern\u00e1 gazdinka, by na t\u00fato moju, u\u017e upraven\u00fa bublaninu,  povedala&#8230;.&#8220;dala by som tam menej cukru&#8220;! A m\u0148a by trafil \u0161\u013eak.<br>Tak ja som uznanliv\u00e1 a v\u00f4bec sa ne\u010dudujem, \u017ee sa var\u00ed u\u017e \u00faplne inak. Ale niekedy sa p\u00fdtam, \u010di nejak\u00e9 fr\u00e1zy sa nehovoria len preto, lebo sa to u\u017e hovor\u00ed zo zvyku.<br>Ja v\u00f4bec nech\u00e1pem \u010dloveka, \u010do mi povie, \u017ee e\u0161te nem\u00f4\u017ee ra\u0148ajkova\u0165, lebo je na neho priskoro. Toto tie\u017e beriem ako fr\u00e1zu.<br>Ja som pripraven\u00e1 za\u010da\u0165 jes\u0165 v ktor\u00fako\u013evek denn\u00fa \u010di no\u010dn\u00fa hodinu, akon\u00e1hle otvor\u00edm o\u010di. \ud83d\ude42<br> No a potom si ten \u010dlovek, \u010do  mi tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee je priskoro na ra\u0148ajky (konkr\u00e9tne m\u00f4j DM), vezme tanier mrveni\u010dkov\u00e9ho kol\u00e1\u010da, alebo b\u00e1bovky, alebo pun\u010dov\u00fdch rezov, alebo ven\u010dekov, alebo narodeninovej torty a toto ra\u0148ajkuje. <br>Hlavne \u017ee je to princezni\u010dka s delik\u00e1tnym \u017eal\u00fado\u010dkom, \u010do skuto\u010dne mus\u00ed necha\u0165 svoje telo prebudi\u0165 a prec\u00edti\u0165 a dopria\u0165 mu \u010das na to, aby sa nara\u0148ajkoval. Ak by som najprv \u0161\u013eahala \u017e\u013atkov\u00fa masu, tak k\u00fdm by som i\u0161la vy\u0161\u013eaha\u0165 sneh, musela by som tie metli\u010dky d\u00f4kladne umy\u0165 v hor\u00facej sapon\u00e1tovej vode, aby sa d\u00f4kladne odmastili.<br \/>Takto str\u010d\u00edm zabielkovan\u00e9 metli\u010dky do \u017e\u013atkov a ni\u010d sa nedeje.
