Tie\u017e je pripraven\u00e1 jes\u0165 v ktor\u00fako\u013evek denn\u00fa, \u010di no\u010dn\u00fa hodinu a rozde\u013euje ra\u0148ajkov\u00e9, obedov\u00e9, ve\u010derov\u00e9 jedlo a jedlo, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eeme nazva\u0165  &#8222;nie\u010do medzi t\u00fdm&#8220;. A toto on v pohode ra\u0148ajkuje.<br>No a nasp\u00e4\u0165 k tej zoznamovacej akcii. <br>Nast\u00e1vaj\u00faca Dobr\u00e1 Svokra, s\u0165aby ak\u010dn\u00e1 \u017eena, chodila ka\u017ed\u00e9 r\u00e1no na nejak\u00e9 \u0161portov\u00e9 aktivity do cvilo\u010dnice, alebo do sauny, alebo r\u00fdchlu ch\u00f4dzu po okol\u00ed mesta a tak. <br>A ve\u010der n\u00e1m vrav\u00ed, \u017ee r\u00e1no od\u00edde na spining, \u010di \u010do, a odtia\u013e p\u00f4jde kdesi. A \u017ee na stole n\u00e1m nech\u00e1 na ra\u0148ajky buchtu.<br>Nu\u017e dobre.<br>R\u00e1no vstaneme a na stole jablkov\u00fd z\u00e1vin z l\u00edstkov\u00e9ho cesta.<br>Pre m\u0148a a Radku, nie\u010do, \u010do si d\u00e1me po pr\u00edjemn\u00fdch ra\u0148ajk\u00e1ch, o hodinku, dve, ku k\u00e1ve \ud83d\ude42<br>Tak h\u013ead\u00e1m teda tie buchty. Vedela som, \u017ee ve\u010der jej ni\u010d nekyslo, tak som myslela, \u017ee treb\u00e1rs k\u00fapila tak\u00e9 tie,  k\u00fapensk\u00e9 buchty. V\u0161etko som preh\u013eadala.<br>A ni\u010d. Len ten jablkov\u00fd z\u00e1vin z l\u00edstkov\u00e9ho cesta.<br>DM zasvietili o\u010di a n\u00e1m dvom s Radkou, spadla \u010de\u013eus\u0165, ke\u010f n\u00e1m vysvetlil, \u017ee toto je t\u00e1 &#8222;buchta&#8220;<br>Tak n\u00e1s zobral na ra\u0148ajky do mesta.<br>No dlho, dlho som ne\u0161la pochopi\u0165, \u017ee buchta je aj z\u00e1vin, aj r\u00edbez\u013eov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d s pos\u00fdpkou, aj tvarohov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d  aj b\u00e1bovka a vlastne v\u0161etko. Aj anan\u00e1sov\u00e1 rol\u00e1da s pudingov\u00fdm kr\u00e9mom a nazdoben\u00e1 kudrlinkami,  bola buchta. Buchty, ako ich pozn\u00e1me u n\u00e1s, moja \u010desk\u00e1 rodina v\u00f4bec nerob\u00ed. Ale\u017ee v\u00f4bec. Tak\u00e9 tie na plechu, kysnut\u00e9 a plnen\u00e9 tvarohom a slivkov\u00fdm lekv\u00e1rom a podobne, tak to u nich len v rozpr\u00e1vkach vidia. Neviem, \u010di to nemaj\u00fa radi, alebo to nie je u nich trad\u00edcia. <br>A potom tu m\u00e1me &#8222;dort&#8220;.<br>Ja , \u010do poch\u00e1dzam  z cukr\u00e1renskej rodiny, pova\u017eujem za tortu, m\u00fa\u010dnik, ktor\u00fd pozost\u00e1va z minim\u00e1lne dvoch  okr\u00fahlych pi\u0161k\u00f3tov\u00fdch korpusov a naplnen\u00e9 nejak\u00fdm jemn\u00fd kr\u00e9mom. A t\u00e1to torta b\u00fdva potiahnut\u00e1 bu\u010f \u010dokol\u00e1dovou polevou, alebo kr\u00e9mom,  Povrch torty , b\u00fdva nie\u010d\u00edm nazdoben\u00e1. Dokonca nemus\u00ed by\u0165 ani okr\u00fahla, skr\u00e1tka na torte s\u00fa vidite\u013en\u00e9 korpusov\u00e9 vrstvy, striedan\u00e9 s kr\u00e9mom.<br>Tak som bola zm\u00e4ten\u00e1, \u017ee pre\u010do chce Moja Dobr\u00e1 Svokra, piec\u0165 na grilovaciu,  rodinn\u00fa akciu, tortu a nesta\u010d\u00ed nie\u010do jednoduch\u0161ie.<br>A potom upiekla mrkvov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d v okr\u00fahlej, tortovej forme. Tak\u00fd ten , \u010do m\u00e1 pi\u0161k\u00f3t kombinovan\u00fd so str\u00fahanou mrkvou a na \u0148om je vrstva mascarp\u00f3nov\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu s tvarohom. \u010co o to, ten m\u00fa\u010dnik ona vie urobi\u0165 skvele a je fajn\u00fd, fajn\u00fd. Ako tortu, by sme ale v Selciach, tento m\u00fa\u010dnik, nazvali len v najbujnej\u0161ej fant\u00e1zii, alebo keby sme chceli oklama\u0165 nejak\u00e9 die\u0165a, ktor\u00e9 m\u00e1 sviatok, a \u017ee sme mu upiekli &#8222;tortu&#8220;.<br>Tu mus\u00edm spomen\u00fa\u0165 tak\u00fa mil\u00fa veci\u010dku, vlastne dve mil\u00e9 veci\u010dky.<br>N\u00e1\u0161 Jan\u00ed\u010dko aut\u00edk, si uvedomil, \u017ee ke\u010f m\u00e1 nejak\u00e9 narodeniny, alebo meniny, tak by mal dosta\u0165 tortu. A bolo Jan\u00ed\u010dka a jeho rodi\u010dia aj sestri\u010dka aj on, pri\u0161li ku n\u00e1m na v\u00edkend , na chatu na Okrouhl\u00edku. Dobr\u00e1 Teta Pavla upiekla jej povestn\u00fd Louck\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d. <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=6420\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=6420<\/a>. A ke\u010f ho u\u017e priniesla na st\u00f4l, e\u0161te nepokr\u00e1jan\u00fd, tak Jan\u00ed\u010dko znezdajky vykr\u00edkol &#8222;to je torta na meniny&#8220;. Ohromne sa n\u00e1m u\u013eavilo, lebo mu chud\u00e1\u010dikovi, nikto t\u00fa tortu neupiekol. A tak m\u00f4\u017eeme pova\u017eova\u0165 aj Louck\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d, ktor\u00fd upe\u010die DT Pavla, za povestn\u00fd &#8222;dort&#8220;. Oklaman\u00fd Jan\u00ed\u010dko.<br>No a druh\u00e1 vec, \u017ee ako sa daj\u00fa deti\u010dky oklama\u0165. <br>Susedovci na chate,  maj\u00fa mal\u00e9ho vnuka, ktor\u00fd oslavuje narodeniny, uprostred leta. A  ten de\u0148 oslavoval svoje p\u00e4\u0165desiatiny aj hospodsk\u00fd Milan, ktor\u00fd je ve\u013emi popul\u00e1rny na Okrouhl\u00edku s celou jeho rodinou. A na jeho oslavu , mu pri\u0161la hra\u0165 nejak\u00e1 cimb\u00e1lovka, potom aj nejak\u00e1 miestna country kapelka. A na ten de\u0148 bol vyhl\u00e1sen\u00fd aj lampi\u00f3nov\u00fd, letn\u00fd sprievod a vzty\u010dovala sa vlajka a p\u00fa\u0161\u0165ali sa bal\u00f3ny a bublinky a v\u0161etky tie veci okolo. Bola to skr\u00e1tka ve\u013ek\u00e1 sl\u00e1va. <br>Cel\u00fd v\u00edkend n\u00e1m vyhr\u00e1vala ponad rybn\u00edk hudba, boli p\u00fa\u0161\u0165an\u00e9 sveteln\u00e9 lodi\u010dky po rybn\u00edku, bol sprievod a v\u00fdkriky &#8222;v\u0161etko najlep\u0161ie k narodenin\u00e1m&#8220; , a   &#8222;\u017eivio \u017eivio \u017eivio&#8220;  a dokonca bol aj oh\u0148ostroj.<br>A na druh\u00fd de\u0148 n\u00e1m mal\u00fd susedko s roz\u017eiaren\u00fdmi o\u010dkami vykladal, \u017ee mal v\u010dera narodeniny a na jeho oslave mu hrala aj hudba, aj svetielka boli, aj bal\u00f3niky a v\u0161etci okolo oslavovali a dokonca mal aj narodeninov\u00fd oh\u0148ostroj.<br> Ke\u010f na svojej oslave povedal, \u017ee m\u00e1 m\u00e1lo dar\u010dekov, tak mu jeho rodi\u010dia a prarodi\u010da a teta, povedali, \u017ee to nemysl\u00ed v\u00e1\u017ene, ve\u010f aha ak\u00fa kr\u00e1snu oslavu aj s hudbou a atrakciami mu vystrojili.  <br>H\u00e1dam, \u017ee tento rok u\u017e t\u00e1 vla\u0148aj\u0161ia oslava,  prekonan\u00e1 nebude. \ud83d\ude42<br>No a nasp\u00e4\u0165 k t\u00e9me. <br>&#8222;Dort\u00edky&#8220; neviem zaradi\u0165. To sa a\u017e  tak v jihlavskej fam\u00edlii nepou\u017e\u00edva, ale m\u00e1m zato, \u017ee dort\u00edky, b\u00fdvaj\u00fa nejak\u00e9 \u0161\u013eaha\u010dkovo, kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 , ve\u013ek\u00e9 z\u00e1kusky, ktor\u00e9 sme u n\u00e1s doma v Selciach, volali, z\u00e1kusky a ofici\u00e1lne sa maj\u00fa vola\u0165 dezerty.<br>Z\u00e1vin volaj\u00fa, \u017ee je to \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea.  <br>Aj som sa chv\u00ed\u013eu od toho vymedzovala, ale som s t\u00fdm prestala, lebo mi to m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 v\u00e1\u017ene jedno.<br>A nakoniec m\u00f4j n\u00e1zor nemus\u00ed by\u0165 spr\u00e1vny a ten z\u00e1vin sa zje, \u010di je to z\u00e1vin, alebo \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea.<br>Za m\u0148a,  \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea je to, \u010do sa zaroluje a je to zo \u0161tr\u00fad\u013eov\u00e9ho cesta, ktor\u00e9 sa \u0165ah\u00e1, alebo vyva\u013ek\u00e1va na tenko, alebo si k\u00fapime hotov\u00e9 \u0161tr\u00fad\u013eov\u00e9. Jedine nad \u010d\u00edm v\u00e1ham, je tzv. filo cesto, \u010di sa aj to po\u010d\u00edta.<br>Do \u0161tr\u00fad\u013eov\u00e9ho cesta nejde vaj\u00ed\u010dko.<br>Ale ako p\u00ed\u0161em, nechcem o tom polemizova\u0165, preto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 rodina m\u00e1 svoj jazyk a n\u00e1zvy a ozna\u010denia . <br>Cie\u013eom mojich rod\u00edn, ako slovenskej, tak aj \u010deskej , nie je aby sa nie\u010do volalo spr\u00e1vne, ale hlavne aby to chutilo skvele a zaka\u017ed\u00fdm si na tom pochut\u00edme.<br>Hlavne, \u017ee som pochopila kone\u010dne, \u017ee \u010do je \u010do.<br>Cesto na z\u00e1viny , ktor\u00e9 by mi vyhovovalo, som h\u013eadala stra\u0161ne dlho a ke\u010f som objavila tento recept, na topreceptoch u Mir\u010di75, tak som ho vysk\u00fa\u0161ala, u\u017e len tak , zo zvyku, bez n\u00e1deje, \u017ee to bude nie\u010do s \u010d\u00edm budem spokojn\u00e1.<br> Naviac, pokia\u013e som si pam\u00e4tala, t\u00e1to d\u00e1ma, vedela dobre vari\u0165 a bola n\u00e1pomocn\u00e1 dobrou radou, preto\u017ee vedela, \u010do rob\u00ed.<br>Je to tak\u00e9 zvl\u00e1\u0161tne, ako V\u00e1m prejd\u00fa \u010das\u0165ou \u017eivota, \u013eudia s ktor\u00fdmi komunikujete na dennej b\u00e1ze, p\u00e1r rokov a potom zrazu, zmizn\u00fa z nejak\u00e9ho d\u00f4vodu. <br>Bola to vtedy mlad\u00e1 mami\u010dka a mala dvoji\u010dky chlap\u010dekov. Bola na materskej a v\u0161etko \u010do varila a piekla, fotila a vkladala ako recept na toprecepty, kde som sa ve\u013emi anga\u017eovala, po ist\u00fa dobu.<br> Bola to naozaj ve\u013emi mil\u00e1, mlad\u00e1 pani. <br>Po odchode z topreceptov  som za sebou zanechala ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo tak\u00fdchto internetov\u00fdch kamar\u00e1tok. Za mnoh\u00fdmi mi je \u013e\u00fato, \u017ee to skon\u010dilo, ale \u010dlovek ako starne, tak prest\u00e1va ma\u0165 to\u013ek\u00e9 kapacity  na to, aby udr\u017eiaval v\u0161etky tie kamar\u00e1tstva, akoko\u013evek som si myslela, \u017ee nikdy neskon\u010dia. <br>Dos\u0165 na to, cesto som vysk\u00fa\u0161ala a bolo to ono!!!!!!!!<br>Je fantastick\u00e9, skvele sa s n\u00edm pracuje, a je chutn\u00e9. <br>U\u017e nerob\u00edm \u017eiadne in\u00e9 a ani raz ma nesklamalo.<br>V\u010faka Mir\u010da, nech si u\u017e kdeko\u013evek, ver\u00edm, \u017ee sa Ti dobre dar\u00ed a  ostala si takou skvelou \u017eenou, ako si \u0164a pam\u00e4t\u00e1m.<br>Tento konkr\u00e9tny z\u00e1vin pova\u017eujem za tak\u00fa letn\u00fa obdobu. Do n\u00e1plne prid\u00e1vam v lete k jablk\u00e1m aj \u010dere\u0161ne. Na\u0161e \u010dere\u0161ne z dvora na Okr\u00fahliku, neb\u00fdvaj\u00fa ka\u017ed\u00fd rok, \u010do je ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u0161koda. S\u00fa pevn\u00e9 a ke\u010f s\u00fa u\u017e naozaj na hranici prezretia, s\u00fa tmavo\u010derven\u00e9, a\u017e \u010dierne. Ke\u010f ich vyk\u00f4stkov\u00favam, alebo teraz ke\u010f ich zbieram po dvore, tak m\u00e1m ruky, ako keby som si ich m\u00e1\u010dala v krvi. Dajte spo\u010diatku povedzme dve ly\u017eice a po udusen\u00ed , si pod\u013ea seba pridajte.\u00a0<br \/>Ja som dala tri ly\u017eice\u00a0 trstinov\u00e9ho a bolo to ve\u013ea. \u010cere\u0161ne u\u017e boli prezret\u00e9 a neskuto\u010dne sladk\u00e9, naviac som sa pom\u00fdlila a dala aj hrozienka. A jablk\u00e1 boli tie\u017e sladk\u00e9. Nehr\u00e1me sa s n\u00edm.<br \/>M\u00f4\u017eete ho za\u010da\u0165 va\u013eka\u0165, hne\u010f po spracovan\u00ed.<br \/>Rozdel\u00edme ho na tri rovnak\u00e9 \u010dasti.<br \/>Podsypeme m\u00fakou a postupne rozva\u013ek\u00e1me na pl\u00e1t.\u00a0 Ten prv\u00fd som aj zmerala.
