Bola som z\u00fafal\u00e1. Ja ryby nem\u00e1m rada a v\u00f4bec ich nejem.<br>Na\u0161\u0165astie , v \u0160k\u00f3tsku n\u00e1m pod\u00e1vali pred jedlom norm\u00e1lne, \u017eiv\u00e9 maslo a k tomu ten naj\u00fa\u017easnej\u0161\u00ed, chrumkav\u00fd, biely chlieb.<br>Ja som sa v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inou najedla toho chleba s maslom a objedn\u00e1vala som si naozaj skvel\u00e9 , kr\u00e9mov\u00e9, zeleninov\u00e9 polievky.<br>Na \u0161k\u00f3tsku kuchy\u0148u, mimo t\u00fdch r\u00fdb samozrejme, spom\u00ednam s ve\u013ekou l\u00e1skou.<br>A v nejakom dedinskom pube mali na jed\u00e1lnom l\u00edstku Ceasar \u0161al\u00e1t. Tento \u0161al\u00e1t milujem a nesmierne som sa mu pote\u0161ila.<br>Pri objedn\u00e1van\u00ed sa DM op\u00fdtal, \u010di si z\u00e1lievku robia sami, alebo ju kupuj\u00fa a p\u00e1n sa nesmierne ospravedl\u0148oval, \u017ee si ju veru kupuj\u00fa hotov\u00fa.<br>Ohromne ma to pote\u0161ilo, preto\u017ee do z\u00e1lievky id\u00fa aj an\u010dovi\u010dky a niekedy to tak pre\u017een\u00fa, \u017ee mi stra\u0161ne chut\u00ed a vonia po t\u00fdchto rybk\u00e1ch a \u0161al\u00e1t nie som schopn\u00e1 zjes\u0165. Nie raz ho musel zjes\u0165 DM a raz aj Janko \u010cupka.<br>V kupovan\u00fdch,  hotov\u00fdch z\u00e1lievkach pravdepodobne pr\u00edde asi do vedra dresingu , jedna an\u010dovi\u010dka a nec\u00edtim ju.<br>Smelo som si teda objednala \u0161al\u00e1t.<br>Bo\u017ee.<br>Viete \u010do sa stalo????<br>Oni mi miesto grilovan\u00e9ho, kuracieho m\u00e4sa, dali do toho \u0161al\u00e1tu KYSL\u00e9 RYBY.!!!!!!<br>Norm\u00e1lne,  kysl\u00e9 ryby&#8230;.to mi tam u\u017e k\u013eudne mohli da\u0165 ryby zo zavin\u00e1\u010da.<br>V \u017eivote som tak\u00fa ohavnos\u0165 ani nejedla, a ani nepo\u010dula, \u017ee niekto m\u00f4\u017ee nie\u010do tak\u00e9ho urobi\u0165.<br>Potom som si to skontrolovala a na l\u00edstku naozaj bol uveden\u00fd Ceasar \u0161al\u00e1t. Bez \u017eiadneho &#8222;na sp\u00f4sob&#8220;, alebo &#8222;ala&#8220;, ktor\u00e9 by ma upozornilo, \u017ee to nebude origin\u00e1l alebo minim\u00e1lne \u0161al\u00e1t, ktor\u00fd sa o ten origin\u00e1l usiluje.<br>Ale m\u00e1m zato, \u017ee to bolo asi uveden\u00e9 v popise pod n\u00e1zvom, toto by si nemohli dovoli\u0165, bez upozornenia a ja som podist\u00fdm prehliadla, lebo som si bola ist\u00e1, \u017ee ceasar sa rob\u00ed v\u0161adia\u013e rovnako. <br>Dobr\u00fd Za\u0165 ho bez najmen\u0161ieho probl\u00e9mu zjedol a ve\u013emi mu aj chutil.<br>Hov\u00e4dz\u00ed stroganov, je historick\u00e9 jedlo a prisudzuj\u00fa mu viacero p\u00f4vodov.<br>Raz ho vymyslel franc\u00fazsky kuch\u00e1r, ktor\u00fd pracoval pre rusk\u00e9ho \u0161\u013eachtica Pavla Alexandrovi\u010da Stroganova. Inokedy ho mal vymyslie\u0165 kuch\u00e1r pre rusk\u00e9ho \u0161\u013eachtica &nbsp;Grigorija Alexandrovi\u010da Stroganova&nbsp;, ktor\u00fd bol \u00faplne bezzub\u00fd a tak sa kuch\u00e1r sna\u017eil vymyslie\u0165 jedlo z najjemnej\u0161ieho te\u013eacieho , pokr\u00e1jan\u00e9ho na mal\u00e9 k\u00fasky.<br>Pr\u00edbehov o vzniku jedla je plno, ale v z\u00e1sade sa zhoduj\u00fa s t\u00fdm, \u017ee ho vymyslel franc\u00fazsky kuch\u00e1r, pre nejak\u00e9ho Rusa.<br>Na internete n\u00e1jdete mnoh\u00e9, mnoh\u00e9 varianty, ktor\u00e9 tvrdia, \u017ee s\u00fa prav\u00e9, rusk\u00e9.<br>Ale niekde sa d\u00e1va kysl\u00e1 uhorka, niekde sa ned\u00e1va, niekde sa d\u00e1va kysl\u00e1 smotana, niekde sladk\u00e1. Niekde ide te\u013eacie, niekde svie\u010dkovica.<br>Stra\u0161ne nerada tieto zna\u010dkov\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 , vklad\u00e1m verejne . V\u017edy sa n\u00e1jde niekto, \u010do tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee je to \u00faplne zle, lebo &#8222;takto&#8220; sa to ur\u010dite vari\u0165 nem\u00e1 a mus\u00ed sa to robi\u0165 takto. A &#8222;takto to varievala aj suseda, \u010do je vydat\u00e1 za bla bla bla a jeho mama je roden\u00e1 bla bla bla, alebo to takto varieva bratrancova \u017eena z horn\u00e9ho konca a jej dc\u00e9ra \u017eije v bla bla bla , a ju to nau\u010dila svokra z bla bla bla.<br>A ja vskutku nepotrebujem rie\u0161i\u0165 flame war o tom, \u017ee napr. do svie\u010dkovej om\u00e1\u010dky sa nem\u00e1 d\u00e1va\u0165 hor\u010dica.<br>Raz si pam\u00e4t\u00e1m, ako sa poh\u00e1dala , dobre\u017ee nie na krv, moja prv\u00e1 svokra, pani Chmelov\u00e1 s jej man\u017eelom, p\u00e1nom Chmelom.<br>Stroganova jedli niekde u svojich &#8222;honosn\u00fdch rodinn\u00fdch priate\u013eov, Daubnerovcov&#8220; a chceli to uvari\u0165 aj doma.<br>Pani Chmelov\u00e1 k\u00fapila na to hov\u00e4dziu svie\u010dkovicu a p\u00e1n Chmelo i\u0161iel vari\u0165. Pani to chcela ako spr\u00e1vne malo by\u0165, na prudko, ako min\u00fatkov\u00fd pokrm. P\u00e1n man\u017eel to poka\u0161lal a to hov\u00e4dzie za\u010dal dusi\u0165.<br>Obedovali sme o tretej poobede, za m\u0155tvoln\u00e9ho ticha. To ticho bolo hor\u0161ie, ako t\u00e1 stra\u0161n\u00e1 h\u00e1dka, pri spor\u00e1ku v kuchyni v Podlaviciach, o tom ako sa spr\u00e1vne var\u00ed rusk\u00fd Stroganoff. A t\u00fa h\u00e1dku  po\u010d\u00favala,  s ve\u013ek\u00fdm z\u00e1ujmom , cig\u00e1nka s odrezanou \u0161pi\u010dkou nosa,  \u010do sedela na verejnej studni.<br>Ja toto nepotrebujem a rie\u0161im to v\u0161etko &#8222;na sp\u00f4sob&#8220;<br>A presne je to tak , aj v tomto pr\u00edpade.<br>Svie\u010dkovicu som nahradila kurac\u00edm, kysl\u00fa smotanu v na\u0161ich rodin\u00e1ch v\u00f4bec nepou\u017e\u00edvame, tak\u017ee sladk\u00fa. Kysl\u00e1 uhorka, je sporn\u00e1, \u010di je to origin\u00e1l, \u010di nie je a ja som ju \u00faplne vyl\u00fa\u010dila a miesto \u0161ampi\u0148\u00f3nov som dala lesn\u00e9 huby.<br>Nem\u00e1m ani jednu v\u00fd\u010ditku svedomia a u n\u00e1s nav\u017edy budeme vola\u0165 toto jedlo stroganovom.<br>A ak sa chcete h\u00e1da\u0165, tak si to o\u0161\u00e9fujem.
