Jej latinsk\u00fd n\u00e1zov by mal byt <strong>Lgenaria siceraria<\/strong> a potom sa u\u017e odvodzuj\u00fa r\u00f4zne poddruhy. V\u0161etky kvitn\u00fa bielymi kvetmi.<br>Tak ve\u013emi \u013eutujem, \u017ee ma nenapadlo odfoti\u0165, ako to vyzeralo s touto plodinou u n\u00e1s,  na z\u00e1hrade v Selciach.<br>Janka ju vysadila ku plotu, preto\u017ee je to vysoko pop\u00ednav\u00e1, lianovit\u00e1 rastlina.  A ne\u010faleko plota je slivka.<br>Bo\u017ee.<br>A\u017e na sam\u00fd vrchol sa vy\u0161plhala jej lagen\u00e1ria. Tam sa rozlo\u017eila po celej korune a nasadila plody. Tr\u00faba jerichova som.<br>A n\u00e1m sa urodili len \u0161tyri. Ne\u0161la som sa tej pachute odpornej,  zbavi\u0165 cel\u00fd de\u0148.<br>Pou\u017eitie t\u00fdchto tekvicovit\u00fdch plod\u00edn je nenorm\u00e1lne \u0161irok\u00e9. <br>M\u00f4\u017eete ich str\u00faha\u0165 do ka\u017edej zeleninovej polievky, m\u00f4\u017eete ich kr\u00e1ja\u0165 do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho rag\u00fa, str\u00faha\u0165 do ka\u017ed\u00fdch zapekan\u00fdch cestov\u00edn, om\u00e1\u010dok. <br>V\u00e1\u017ene ich m\u00f4\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 ka\u017ed\u00fd bo\u017e\u00ed de\u0148 vo varen\u00ed.<br>Nemaj\u00fa tak\u00fa t\u00fa v\u00fdrazn\u00fa chu\u0165 ako mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00e9 tekvice&#8230;.be be be be. <br>Milujem tieto plody.<br>No a robila som z nich aj tieto karbon\u00e1tky.<br>Aby bolo celkom zrete\u013en\u00e9, m\u00f4\u017eete do nich pou\u017ei\u0165 aj napr\u00edklad patiz\u00f3n, alebo in\u00e9 druhy fla\u0161kovcov a indick\u00fdch uhoriek a neviem ak\u00e9 v\u0161etky mo\u017en\u00e9 n\u00e1zvy  to m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165. <br>Boli \u00faplne bo\u017eie. <br>Nastr\u00fahan\u00e1 du\u017eina nepustila absol\u00fatne \u017eiadnu vodu a bola akokeby maz\u013eav\u00e1 a fantasticky spojila v\u0161etky komponenty dokopy. V samotn\u00fdch karbo\u0161och t\u00e1 maz\u013eavina nebola &#8230;.bo\u017ee neviem ako by som to mala pop\u00edsa\u0165, v \u010de\u0161tine je na to skvel\u00fd v\u00fdraz &#8222;patrn\u00e1&#8220;. Je to aj lep\u0161ie, preto\u017ee n\u00e1s nebud\u00fa tie semienka ru\u0161i\u0165. M\u00f4\u017eeme ju aj nastr\u00faha\u0165 na ve\u013ekej slzi\u010dke ak sa V\u00e1m chce. Ja m\u00e1m tak\u00fd vynikaj\u00faci pr\u00edstroj\u010dek na ru\u010dn\u00e9 mixovanie z dom\u00e1cich potrieb Orion. Ke\u010f sa vr\u00e1tim do Mn\u00edchova tak nap\u00ed\u0161em o \u0148om sk\u00fasenosti.<br \/>Ja som takto posekala nadrobno aj cibu\u013eu aj \u00fadeninu. Kto nem\u00e1, tak si isto vie pom\u00f4c\u0165 aj bez ma\u0161inky na ru\u010dn\u00fd pohon \ud83d\ude42<br \/>Cesnak prelisujeme a v\u0161etko dokopy, spolu s vaj\u00ed\u010dkami vymie\u0161ame.\u00a0<br \/>Prid\u00e1me e\u0161te so\u013e, major\u00e1nku a \u010derstvo drven\u00e9 korenie.<br \/>Zahust\u00edme str\u00fahankou, za\u010dneme ju prid\u00e1va\u0165 do zmesi po ly\u017eiciach. D\u00e1 sa zahus\u0165ova\u0165 aj mal\u00fdmi\u00a0 kockami hutn\u00e9ho chleba.
