Ona vie, \u017ee 95 percent z nich si za t\u00fato situ\u00e1ciu m\u00f4\u017eu sami, ale nedok\u00e1\u017ee nad t\u00fdmto zavrie\u0165 o\u010di.<br>Akon\u00e1hle jej naozaj zl\u00fd,  zdravotn\u00fd stav dovol\u00ed, pom\u00e1ha, ako sa jej d\u00e1.<br>A minule jej dal pln\u00fa sie\u0165ku h\u00fab, presne tak\u00fdto chud\u00e1k.<br>Dal jej ich preto, lebo mu nejako pomohla a toto bola forma jeho po\u010fakovania.<br>A \u010do na to mil\u00e1 Eva.<br>Polovicu si usu\u0161ila a z druhej polovici uvarila,  pln\u00fd hrniec hustej,  hubovej polievky a dala mu do dvoch zav\u00e1rac\u00edch poh\u00e1rov.<br>A potom jej priniesol zase hr\u00fazu bedl\u00ed.  \u010cas\u0165 vypra\u017eila a zabalila mu do krabi\u010dky s chlebom a spomenula si, \u017ee niekto jej raz povedal, \u017ee z bedl\u00ed sa d\u00e1 urobi\u0165 v\u00fdborn\u00e1 n\u00e1tierka  na hrianky.<br>A tak si zaexperimentovala a nesmierne jej to zachutilo.<br>A ako spr\u00e1vna kamar\u00e1tka, sa so mnou podelila o jej recept.<br>\u010co sa t\u00fdka receptu.<br>Ur\u010dite ju budem robieva\u0165, ke\u010f bude to\u013eko h\u00fab, ako je t\u00fato jese\u0148.<br>Ale urobila som p\u00e1r ch\u00fdb. <br>Cibu\u013eu budem nabud\u00face kr\u00e1ja\u0165 na \u00faplne jemno. <br>Vedela som, \u017ee budem dusi\u0165 bed\u013eu dlho a tak som myslela, \u017ee sa t\u00e1 cibu\u013ea udus\u00ed, aj ke\u010f bude nakr\u00e1jan\u00e1 na tro\u0161ku hrub\u0161ie.<br>Vadia mi tie k\u00fasky cibule.<br>Ochutila som ju m\u00e1lo v\u00fdrazne. K\u00fdm bola tepl\u00e1, tak sa mi to zdalo v poriadku, ale po vychladnut\u00ed a stuhnut\u00ed, je to ve\u013emi mdl\u00e9.<br>Ke\u010f som pozerala recepty tak r\u00f4zne na internete, tak v jednom pr\u00edpade som na\u0161la, \u017ee sa d\u00e1 n\u00e1tierka plni\u0165 a sterilizova\u0165 v poh\u00e1rikoch, pokia\u013e si ju chcete uchova\u0165 v \u0161pajze.<br>Ja to nepl\u00e1nujem a tak som ju mohla ochuti\u0165 napr\u00edklad ly\u017eicou hor\u010dice, ver\u00edm, \u017ee by jej to chu\u0165 nezmenilo, len zv\u00fdraznilo.  Neviem, \u010di to m\u00e1m nap\u00edsa\u0165 do receptu, alebo nie, tak to nap\u00ed\u0161em aspo\u0148 sem.<br>V ka\u017edom pr\u00edpade Evi, Boh Ti to na malom Dingovi vynahrad\u00ed, \u017ee si tak\u00e1 ak\u00e1 si. Je ich pekn\u00e1 k\u00f4pka. Sta\u010d\u00ed\u00a0 ke\u010f d\u00e1te\u00a0 pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fa, p\u00e1liv\u00fa papriku, h\u00e1dam \u017ee pol ly\u017ei\u010dky by sta\u010dilo.<br \/>M\u00f4\u017eete podlia\u0165 trochou, vriacej vody. Prid\u00e1me plytk\u00fa ly\u017eicu soli.<br \/>Neviem to odhadn\u00fa\u0165 presne, ale dusila som bedle , minim\u00e1lne 45 min\u00fat.<br \/>Nepl\u00e1novala som ich mixova\u0165, preto\u017ee som nechcela jemn\u00fa konzistenciu, preto som ich chcela rozdusi\u0165 na \u010do najm\u00e4k\u0161ie a aby cez to v\u0161etko , mala t\u00e1 n\u00e1tierka nejak\u00fa \u0161trukt\u00faru.\u00a0<br \/>A mus\u00edm hne\u010f poveda\u0165, \u017ee sa aj tak stalo. Ke\u010f ochutn\u00e1te t\u00fa zmes e\u0161te pred zmrznut\u00edm, tak sa V\u00e1m zd\u00e1 v poriadku a po zamrznut\u00ed , nem\u00e1 \u017eiadnu chu\u0165. Preto d\u00e1vam do tak\u00fdch zmes\u00ed v\u017edy o nie\u010do viac cukru a vanilky a ur\u010duj\u00facich surov\u00edn,\u00a0 ako sa p\u00ed\u0161e v rozpise a ve\u013emi sa mi to osved\u010dilo. Vie\u010dka mi chytili, ale aj tak nesl\u00fa\u017eia na dlhodob\u00e9 uskladnenie a preto ich dr\u017e\u00edm v chladni\u010dke.\u00a0<br \/>Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee nejak\u00e9 dva t\u00fd\u017edne by mohli vydr\u017ea\u0165.<br \/>Ak chcete sterilizova\u0165, tak rozhodne treba aspo\u0148 hodinu.<br \/>S\u00fa to huby a je tam cibu\u013ea. V\u00e1\u017ene treba aspo\u0148 hodinu.<br \/>Ja sterilizujem hodinu huby, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa podusen\u00e9 len vo vlastnej \u0161\u0165ave s tro\u0161kou soli a Pavla t\u00e1 tie svoje a\u017e hodinu a pol.<br \/>T\u00fato zmes,\u00a0 e\u0161te pred zatuhnut\u00edm,\u00a0 m\u00f4\u017eete variabilne ochucova\u0165, m\u00f4\u017eete tam prida\u0165 tymian, alebo t\u00fa mlet\u00fa rascu, alebo na \u010do si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee m\u00e1te chu\u0165. Ja by som, ako som spom\u00ednala v \u00favode, pridala trochu hor\u010dice.<br \/><br \/>Pred pod\u00e1van\u00edm som nasucho opra\u017eila mandle a posypala povrchu. Urobili tam fantastick\u00fa slu\u017ebu. Ak m\u00e1te nejak\u00e9 zvy\u0161n\u00e9 mandle, alebo lieskov\u00e9 orie\u0161ky, tak nev\u00e1hajte. Ale mus\u00edte ich ur\u010dite nasucho opra\u017ei\u0165 do zlata.<br \/>Jedli sme pa\u0161t\u00e9tu norm\u00e1lne na ra\u0148ajky.<br \/>So zeleninou a \u017eeruchou a \u0161al\u00e1tom.
