Nikto na svete ju nevedel tak uvari\u0165 ako moja mami\u010dka.  <br>Dokonca som si ju nosila aj do S\u00e1sovej. Som sa smiala, \u017ee na Bo\u017eie narodenie som varila komplet ve\u013ek\u00fd rodinn\u00fd obed pre cel\u00fa fam\u00edliu v Selciach, ako pe\u010den\u00e1 hus, kned\u013ea, \u010derven\u00e1 dusen\u00e1 kapusta, polievka, oblo\u017een\u00e9 misy a vypr\u00e1\u017ean\u00e9 rezne, ale p\u00f4stnu kapustnicu si nos\u00edm  v poh\u00e1ri od mami\u010dky, ako prv\u00f4stka \ud83d\ude42<br>V\u0161etci ju jed\u00e1vaj\u00fa z musu, ale ja by som ju jedla hocikedy. Aj v lete. Ale to som nemohla, lebo vraj to je \u0161peci\u00e1lna len na \u0160tedr\u00fa Ve\u010deru a e\u0161te mi ju dovolila aj na Star\u00fd Rok \ud83d\ude42<br>Raz sme u\u017e sedeli v S\u00e1sovej za stolom, v\u0161etko prestret\u00e9 a nachystan\u00e9. A predstavte si to&#8230;.Ja som zabudla na t\u00fa kapustnicu, kv\u00f4li opekancom, na ktor\u00e9 som d\u00e1vala pozor, aby sa nerozvarili a dobre som ich ochutila. <br>I\u0161la som si nohy dol\u00e1ma\u0165 r\u00fdchlo, r\u00fdchlo ju zohria\u0165 a chcela som si to u\u013eah\u010di\u0165 a dala ju do mikrovlnky len v tom skle. Ako som ju vyberala, tak bola prirodzene hor\u00faca a tak som ju chytila len za to hrdlo . Samozrejme som to neudr\u017eala, vypadla mi z r\u00fak a padla na zem, kde sa aj rozbilo sklo. Bolo to hrozn\u00e9. Aj po t\u00fdch rokoch rok\u00facich, mi t\u00e1to pr\u00edhoda nepr\u00edde ako vtipn\u00e1.<br>Posledn\u00e9 roky sme chodievali na Vianoce u\u017e len do Seliec a akoko\u013evek bola mami\u010dka na tom mizerne a u\u017e len tak pre\u017e\u00edvala, t\u00fato mi musela v\u017edy, v\u017edy skontrolova\u0165, lebo t\u00e1 &#8222;jej&#8220; chu\u0165, bola najlep\u0161ia.<br>U\u017e mi ju nikdy nedochut\u00ed &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;<br>Silvestrovsk\u00e1 kapustnica je tie\u017e ka\u017ed\u00e1 in\u00e1. <br>E\u0161te ke\u010f som chodievala do pr\u00e1ce , tak sme si vymie\u0148ali s kolegy\u0148ami sk\u00fasenosti, ako kto varieva. A predstavte si, \u017ee ja som bola jedin\u00e1, \u010do prid\u00e1vala do nej aj trochu sladkej smotany. Bo\u017ee to bolo drdlotu, \u017ee ako to m\u00f4\u017ee chuti\u0165, \u017ee to bude len potom ako seged\u00edn. <br>Vtedy som e\u0161te nebola sebavedom\u00e1 kuch\u00e1rka, tak som sa aj zahanbila.<br>Ale varila som si ju po svojom a \u010dasom som zistila, \u017ee veru nie som v\u00f4bec tak\u00fd s\u00e1m vojak v poli s tou smotanou a \u017ee ju tak varia mnoh\u00ed, mnoh\u00ed.<br>Raz sme mali s partiou Silvestra na nejakej chate.  A tak som ju varila v obrovskom hrnci. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 rodina priniesla \u00faden\u00fa klob\u00e1su.<br>H\u00e1dam p\u00e4\u0165 p\u00e1rov som d\u00e1vala do nej, spolu s \u00faden\u00fdm. Len aby bola dobr\u00e1, v\u00fddatn\u00e1 a hust\u00e1.<br>A ke\u010f som za\u010dala ochutn\u00e1va\u0165, u\u017e po uvaren\u00ed klob\u00e1s a kapusty a v\u0161etk\u00fdch t\u00fdch kapustnicov\u00fdch s\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed, tak som sa zmra\u0161tila a skoro som odpadla.<br>Hne\u010f som to identifikovala. Niekto priniesol klob\u00e1su v ktorej bolo namie\u0161an\u00e9 m\u00e4so z kozy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A mne sa aj zdalo, \u017ee c\u00edt\u00edm v nose , pri varen\u00ed kozinu, ale som si myslela, \u017ee je to tou chatou, alebo tak nejako.<br>Vedela som \u017ee to bola koza, preto\u017ee moji rodi\u010dia mali zdroj aj na baraninu aj na koz\u013eacinu a vedela som ako to chut\u00ed. Jed\u00e1vali to len oni dvaja, preto\u017ee , Bo\u017ee odpus\u0165, toto m\u00e4so sa jes\u0165 jednoducho ned\u00e1. Ako aj divina zo star\u00e9ho zviera\u0165a . Dokonca nem\u00f4\u017eem ani tie mal\u00e9 jah\u0148acie kotletky, ktor\u00e9 sa pod\u00e1vaj\u00fa v mili\u00f3n hviezdi\u010dkov\u00fdch re\u0161taur\u00e1ci\u00e1ch. O konine na\u0161\u0165astie ni\u010d neviem, DM si v Jihlave ob\u010das kupuje konsk\u00fa sal\u00e1mu a spolu s Dobrou Svokrou, si na nej v\u017edy vynikaj\u00face pochutia.<br>Ja viem, \u017ee tak\u00e9to hnusenie si r\u00f4znych pokrmov a m\u00e4sa a v\u0161etk\u00fdch t\u00fdch jed\u00e1l, je \u010disto teoretick\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165 a v \u010dase naozaj ve\u013ek\u00e9ho hladu a nemo\u017enosti zohna\u0165 nie\u010do in\u00e9, by som bola rada v\u0161etk\u00e9mu, \u010do mi pom\u00f4\u017ee nak\u0155mi\u0165 rodinu. Modl\u00edm sa ku v\u0161etk\u00fdm bohom a cel\u00e9mu vesm\u00edru, aby sa tohto nemusel do\u017ei\u0165 , nielen  ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00f4j bl\u00edzky \u010dlovek, ale nikto na tomto svete. <br>Nu\u017e ale pr\u00e1ve toho Silvestra, kde sa v kapustnici vyvarila klob\u00e1sa s koz\u00edm m\u00e4som, som v tej situ\u00e1cii nebola a verte mi , \u010di nie, musela ju dochuti\u0165 in\u00e1 osoba, preto\u017ee ja som to u\u017e nedok\u00e1zala nie\u017ee pre\u017erie\u0165, ale ani ovo\u0148a\u0165.<br>Cel\u00fd ten hrniec mi smrdel kozacinou a dobr\u00e1 polovica \u013eud\u00ed, bola na tom rovnako.<br>Nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m si \u010di som sa na toho Silvestra bavila, ale pam\u00e4t\u00e1m si celkom ur\u010dite, \u017ee som kapustnicu nejedla. <br>A doteraz netu\u0161\u00edme, kto bol ten, \u010do priniesol t\u00fato klob\u00e1su, preto\u017ee nikto sa nepriznal.<br>Oby\u010dajn\u00e1 kapustnica, je presne tak\u00e1, \u010do sa do nej ned\u00e1va smotana, len sa vyvar\u00ed \u00faden\u00e9, alebo klob\u00e1sy a d\u00e1 sa za hrs\u0165 su\u0161en\u00fdch h\u00fab. Medzi oby\u010dajn\u00fa kapustnicu rad\u00edm aj jedlo, ktor\u00e9 kapustnicou nie je, ale tak nejako ja ju s\u00fakromne tam m\u00e1m zaraden\u00e9.<br>V Podkoniciach, b\u00fdvali v \u010dase, o ktorom idem p\u00edsa\u0165, v  dvoch men\u0161\u00edch domoch, spojen\u00fdch priechodom, ktor\u00fd sa vol\u00e1 pitvor, star\u00fd rodi\u010dia a mami\u010dkin brat Jo\u017eo a sestra Anna.<br>Vtedy sme chodievali do Podkon\u00edc ve\u013emi \u010dasto. Vyviezli sme sa do Priechodu  a do Podkon\u00edc sme pre\u0161li pe\u0161i po takej po\u013enej asfaltke. Asi tri\u0161tvrte hodiny to bolo prech\u00e1dzkou,  so mnou,  malou.<br>V nede\u013eu r\u00e1no, star\u00e1 mama dala do kyslej kapusty vari\u0165 \u00faden\u00e9 klob\u00e1sy. Uvarili sa, nevybrali sa a v\u0161etci i\u0161li do kostola na om\u0161u.<br>A ke\u010f pri\u0161li z kostola, tak si ka\u017ed\u00fd nabral na tanierik k\u00fasok klob\u00e1sy a uvarenej kapusty. Nebola to ako polievka, ale d\u00e1valo sa to na plytk\u00fd tanierik s chlebom. T\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu si potom povytierali s chlebom. <br>My ke\u010f sme tam dorazili, tak mami\u010dka vybalila z\u00e1kusky a dojedli sme t\u00fa kapustnicu s klob\u00e1sou, ak e\u0161te ostalo. <br>No a Julkina kapusta ?<br>U jej druhej starkej Bernardky z Vranieho, nakladali ka\u017ed\u00fd rok kapustu do suda. My sme u\u017e d\u00e1vno v Selciach prestali a len sme kupovali v obchode. Oni nie.<br>Ich kapusta zo suda, bola ako reme\u0148. Vr\u017edav\u00e1 a kysl\u00e1. Dobr\u00e1 \u0160vagrin\u00e1 si ju nosila domov a spolu s Julkou ju milovali.<br>T\u00e1 ich kapusta sudov\u00e1, bola tak\u00e1 kysl\u00e1, \u017ee ke\u010f som ju raz ochutnala, tak som si spomenula na v\u0161etky hriechy a \u00fasta mi vyto\u010dila. Tie dve , by sa v nej aj h\u00e1dam k\u00fapali. Janka varila kapustnicu z ich kapusty, bez smotany a kapustu neprem\u00fdvala. Stra\u0161ne im tak chutila.<br>I raz pri\u0161li na n\u00e1v\u0161tevu ku starkej do \u017diliny a Julka i\u0161la do \u0161pajzy. A tam na\u0161la hrniec a v nej kapustnicu s nabera\u010dkou. H\u00e1dam tri tie nabera\u010dky vychlipkala len tak postoja\u010dky a pri\u0161la do kuchyne kde vrav\u00ed, \u017ee t\u00e1 kapustnica \u010do uvarili je dokonal\u00e1, fantastick\u00e1, \u00fa\u017easn\u00e1 a fajn\u00e1.<br>Jej tety Bo\u017eka s Hankou na \u0148u pozeraj\u00fa, \u017ee kapustnicu e\u0161te nevarili. A mil\u00e1 Julka jedla z toho hrnca, vybrat\u00fa surov\u00fa kapustu s vodou zo suda.<br>Tak\u017ee \u00e1no, toto je Juklina vysnen\u00e1 kapustnica \ud83d\ude42<br>No a t\u00e1to jesenn\u00e1.<br>Je to kapustnica, ke\u010f m\u00e1m hlavne \u010derstv\u00e9 huby. A tento rok ich m\u00e1m to\u013eko, \u017ee sa m\u00f4\u017eem nimi obhadzova\u0165 lopatou.<br>Dobr\u00e1 Teta Pavla odi\u0161la definit\u00edvne do d\u00f4chodku. Tak\u017ee na chate, je jedin\u00fd zar\u00e1baj\u00faci a to M\u00f4j Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel. Ostatok sme v\u0161etci d\u00f4chodcovia, prisat\u00ed na soci\u00e1lny syst\u00e9m \ud83d\ude42<br>No a usporiadala rozl\u00fa\u010dku so svojimi kolegami z lek\u00e1rne. <br>Bolo ich 10 a pl\u00e1n bol tak\u00fd, \u017ee sa pohostenie usporiada na poseden\u00ed na z\u00e1hrade. Je pod ve\u013ek\u00fdm pr\u00edstre\u0161kom a daj\u00fa sa mu zatiahnu\u0165 aj neprefukuj\u00face bo\u010dn\u00e9 z\u00e1vesy.<br>A DT si to predstavovala, \u017ee urob\u00edme chleb\u00ed\u010dky a jednohubky a ope\u010d\u00fa si \u0161peka\u010dky. DT ob\u010das nedoch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa veci, lebo v tomto je ohromne nepraktick\u00e1. <br>Tak som to vzala do svojich r\u00fak, daj\u00fac bokom v\u0161etky predstavy DT.<br>Ako prv\u00e9 som sa rozhodla, \u017ee ich nak\u0155mime teplou v\u00e1rou.<br>Ohromne sa mi t\u00e1to kapustnica vydarila, ale\u017ee ohromne a dojedla sa len tak luplo.<br>A \u017ee ak\u00fd je rozdiel medzi jesennou a zimnou. Nu\u017e do jesennej id\u00fa \u010derstv\u00e9 huby a m\u00e4sov\u00e9 gu\u013eky. M\u00e1m rada \u00faden\u00e9 koleno, ale Vy si dajte adekv\u00e1tne mno\u017estvo \u00faden\u00e9ho z akejko\u013evek \u010dasti. Mus\u00ed to by\u0165 ale naozajstn\u00e9 \u00faden\u00e9,\u00a0 nie to predvaren\u00e9.\u00a0<br \/>\u00daden\u00e9 nebudeme u\u017e potrebova\u0165, preto\u017ee v kapustnici nebude. Ja potom urob\u00edm cibu\u013ekovo-zemiakov\u00fd \u0161al\u00e1t a zjeme s n\u00edm \u00faden\u00e9, ako samostatn\u00e9 jedlo. Po uvaren\u00ed ho zabal\u00edm do alobalu a odlo\u017e\u00edm. <br \/>Ostalo asi 1,7 litra \u00faden\u00e9ho v\u00fdvaru.<br \/>Cibu\u013eu o\u0161\u00fapeme a nakr\u00e1jame na kocky, dva str\u00fa\u010diky cesnaku o\u0161\u00fapeme a napl\u00e1tkujeme.<br \/>Kapustu vyberieme na tanier. N\u00e1lev,\u00a0 v ktorej bola,\u00a0 zlejeme do poh\u00e1rika.\u00a0<br \/>Kysl\u00fa kapustu v\u017edy poprekrajujem na drobno, stra\u0161ne nem\u00e1m rada, ke\u010f mi vis\u00ed z ly\u017eice.<br \/>Gazdovsk\u00fa slaninu nakr\u00e1jame na kocky.\u00a0 Bolo jej asi 30 gramov.<br \/>Vo ve\u013ekom hrnci roztop\u00edme brav\u010dov\u00fa mas\u0165 a rozpra\u017e\u00edme slaninu.
