Potom dor\u00e1stla a rad\u0161ej b\u00fdvala s kamar\u00e1tkami ako s Dedu\u0161kom a Omkou.  A tak som za\u010dala chodieva\u0165 ja k nim, aby som d\u00e1vala na nich pozor.<br>Milovala som tie \u010dasy a milujem aj tie spomienky na tie \u010dasy. No a samozrejme milujem aj jej pr\u00edtomnos\u0165 a milova\u0165 budem aj jej bud\u00facnos\u0165. <br>Ona a jej bra\u010dek Jan\u00ed\u010dko s\u00fa moje namilovanej\u0161ie deti\u010dky a deti\u010dkami ostan\u00fa a\u017e do mojej smrti. Ako vn\u00fa\u010dat\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fdch prarodi\u010dov.<br>Chodievala aj ku n\u00e1m do Mn\u00edchova, nielen do BB.<br>V\u0161etky detsk\u00e9 ihrisk\u00e1 v Mn\u00edchove sme obr\u00e1\u017eali. Najviac chcela chodi\u0165, na detsk\u00e9 ihrisko, ktor\u00e9 je s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou ve\u013emi star\u00e9ho cintor\u00edna, v ktorom sa naposledy pochov\u00e1valo niekedy po II. svetovej. N\u00e1dhern\u00e9, rozh\u013eahl\u00e9 miesto, ktor\u00e9 je v tieni obrovsk\u00fdch ga\u0161tanov\u00fdch stromov. Nie, tich\u00e9 nie je ani n\u00e1hodou.<br>V\u0161adia\u013e na cesti\u010dk\u00e1ch je ve\u013ea lavi\u010diek, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa obsaden\u00e9 hlavne \u0161tudentami, ml\u00e1de\u017eou, mami\u010dkami s mal\u00fdmi deti\u010dkami. A t\u00fdch be\u017ecov, \u010do si tam id\u00fa zabeha\u0165, a d\u00f4chodcov \u010do sa tam prech\u00e1dzaj\u00fa. Nikto nikomu nezavadzia, nikto  nerob\u00ed bordel, nikto sa nehnev\u00e1 na detsk\u00e9 hlasn\u00e9 hl\u00e1sky , na smiech mlad\u00fdch. Aspo\u0148 pred p\u00e1r rokmi to bolo.<br>A priamo v tom are\u00e1li bolo detsk\u00e9 velik\u00e1nske ihrisko.<br>Na tom ihrisku bola Dorka vo svojom \u017eivle. Tak\u00e9 atrakcie nepoznala a tak sa tam v\u017edy te\u0161ila.<br>Na jej n\u00f4\u017eky to bolo asi tro\u0161ku \u010falej a tak sme sa zviezli jednu zast\u00e1vku metrom.<br>(omka, pre\u010do je tu cez de\u0148 tma)<br>Raz si tam na\u0161la kamo\u0161ku . Diev\u010datko v jej veku z Japonska. Norm\u00e1lna mal\u00e1, zlat\u00e1 Japonka.<br>Ona vedela japonsky a Dorka slovensky. V\u00fdborn\u00e1 kombin\u00e1cia.<br>Jej maminka vedela 50 slov nemecky a anglicky a ja tie\u017e. <br>V\u00fdborne sme sa svorne porozpr\u00e1vali, aj sme sa dohodli na druh\u00fd de\u0148. Potom odi\u0161li nasp\u00e4\u0165 do Japonska.<br>Niekedy chcela \u00eds\u0165 na zmrzlinu.<br>(omka ale tam kde je zmrzlina na n\u00f4\u017ekach)<br>Zmrzlina na n\u00f4\u017ekach b\u00fdvala vo ve\u013ekej zmrzlin\u00e1rni,  kde sa dalo \u00eds\u0165 pohodlne aj na kolobe\u017eke. Poh\u00e1re od v\u00fdmyslu sveta. Vysok\u00e9 poh\u00e1re. Mala chudiatko probl\u00e9m to jes\u0165. Bol vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ako ona,  ke\u010f tam tak sedela. Zmrzlina na n\u00f4\u017ekach. ako ju to len mohlo napadn\u00fa\u0165, tak\u00e9 prirovnanie.<br>Zmrzlin\u00e1re\u0148 v zime funguje ako cukr\u00e1re\u0148 a pred\u00e1vaj\u00fa sa tam pern\u00edkov\u00e9 \u0161peciality.<br>Raz pri\u0161la za  mnou kamar\u00e1tka Erika a i\u0161li sme si tam posedie\u0165. Pr\u00e1ve v ten de\u0148 sa \u017eenil princ William s Catherine.  <br>Na stene tam maj\u00fa velik\u00e1nsky telev\u00edzor a i\u0161iel na \u0148om prenos z toho weddingu a ke\u010f zabrali detailne Williamovu tv\u00e1r, tak sme mohli vidie\u0165 aj jeho roz\u0161\u00edren\u00e9 p\u00f3ry na nose, namojdu\u0161u.<br>A priamo pod tou obrazovkou,  sedela na stoli\u010dke nejak\u00e1 anglick\u00e1 pani a zbo\u017ene sa na to pozerala. Nesedela v boxe, ale si preniesla stoli\u010dku priamo pod obrazovku. Tie tv\u00e1re jej mohli aj o\u010di vybi\u0165. <br>Sedeli sme v tej ve\u013ekej miestnosti len ona a my dve s Erikou.<br>A my sme sa rozpr\u00e1vali a pani na n\u00e1s neust\u00e1le robila psst.<br>A i\u0161la sa aj s\u0165a\u017eova\u0165 person\u00e1lu, \u017ee ju ru\u0161\u00edme. Tak jej p\u00e1n majite\u013e povedal, \u017ee to nie je tam kino, ale kaviare\u0148.<br>A potom nasrden\u00e1 odi\u0161la a pred odchodom n\u00e1m pri\u0161la po anglicky vynada\u0165. K\u013eudne n\u00e1m mohla vynada\u0165 aj po senegalsky, v\u00fdsledok bol rovnak\u00fd.<br>Ke\u010f chcela, mala n\u00e1m vynada\u0165 po slovensky. No nie?<br>Teraz ma napadlo, \u017ee ako Jan\u00ed\u010dko reaguje inak, ako Dorka.<br>Pri\u0161li n\u00e1s pozrie\u0165 aj s rodi\u010dmi do Jihlavy a i\u0161li sme do cukr\u00e1rne U Ign\u00e1ca. Skvel\u00e1 cukr\u00e1re\u0148, spojen\u00e1 aj s ra\u0148ajk\u00e1r\u0148ou, nie raz n\u00e1s tam nachovali.<br>No a objedn\u00e1vali sme si zmrzlinov\u00e9 poh\u00e1re. Jan\u00ed\u010dko n\u00e1m stra\u0161ne chcel  nie\u010do vysvetli\u0165, ako autista s t\u00fdm mal ohromn\u00fd probl\u00e9m, ale nakoniec sme to prelo\u017eili tak, \u017ee on nechce a nechce zmrzlinu vo vysokom poh\u00e1ri.  Vravel n\u00e1m, \u017ee nechce dlh\u00fa zmrzlinu. objednali sme mu teda na tanieriku tak\u00fa, \u010do mala tvar ako pinocchio a aj sa tak volala. <br>A ke\u010f pri\u0161la sle\u010dna a Jan\u00ed\u010dko videl na t\u00e1cke, v\u0161etky tie obrovsk\u00e9,  no\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e9 , dlh\u00e9 poh\u00e1re&#8230;..to ste mali vidie\u0165. Zhasla mu tv\u00e1ri\u010dka, bradi\u010dka sa roztriasla a slzy,  ako hrachy&#8230;.schoval si tv\u00e1ri\u010dku do ocka a tam mu d\u00f4stojne zasoplil cel\u00e9 tri\u010dko. Darmo sme mu vysvet\u013eovali, \u017ee to s\u00fa na\u0161e a jemu e\u0161te len pr\u00edde&#8230;..ten \u017eia\u013e a krivda sa dali kr\u00e1ja\u0165 no\u017e\u00edkom. Sle\u010dnu to ve\u013emi mrzelo, \u017ee keby to  tu\u0161ila, tak prinesie jemu ako prv\u00e9mu.  A tak dostal o kop\u010dek viac a viac lentiliek a viac trubi\u010diek a viac keks\u00edkov v mi\u0161ti\u010dke. Dorka uprela na sle\u010dnu zrak a preriekla&#8230;.&#8220;aj ja sa rozpla\u010dem&#8220;. \ud83d\ude42<br>No a v Mn\u00edchove sme chodievali s Dorkou,  ve\u013emi radi  aj do n\u00e1kupn\u00e9ho centra Hertie. Vtedy e\u0161te fungoval, teraz je to oby\u010dajn\u00fd kauhof, alebo \u010do.  Nebola som tam odvtedy, ako Hertie skon\u010dilo.<br>Hertie mal noblesu, \u0161mrnc a invenciu v predv\u00e1dzan\u00ed.<br>O Hertie pohovor\u00edm inokedy.<br>Ona to volala, \u017ee &#8222;po\u010fme na obed\u00edk&#8220;<br>Po obed\u00edku si mohla vybra\u0165 kol\u00e1\u010dik.<br>Doviedla som ju k vitr\u00ednam, kde st\u00e1li diev\u010dat\u00e1, oble\u010den\u00e9 v tak\u00fdch t\u00fdch uniform\u00e1ch,  ako v tak\u00fdch predvojnov\u00fdch,  luxusn\u00fdch,  d\u00e1mskych kluboch. <br>\u00da\u017easn\u00e9 to bolo.<br>Pon\u00fakala som jej,  od v\u00fdmyslu sveta , v\u0161etky tie jah\u00f4dkov\u00e9, \u0161\u013eaha\u010dkov\u00e9 a neviem ak\u00e9 , z\u00e1kusky,. Ona si tvrdohlavo trvala na svojom, \u017ee chce k\u00fasok z Frankfurter Kranz. Mne to pri\u0161lo stra\u0161ne oby\u010dajn\u00e9.<br>Sle\u010dna,  striebornou lopatkou nabrala to, na \u010do uk\u00e1zala. <br>Bola som si ist\u00e1, \u017ee jej to nebude chuti\u0165, tak som objednala e\u0161te jahodov\u00fd a neviem e\u0161te ak\u00fd.<br>Priniesli n\u00e1m to na serv\u00edrovacom voz\u00ed\u010dku, spolu s mojou k\u00e1vou, jej kakavkom, a vodou a d\u017e\u00fasikom a v\u0161etk\u00fdmi t\u00fdmi serepeti\u010dkami. Som sa norm\u00e1lne b\u00e1la, \u017ee \u010di n\u00e1m neprines\u00fa aj lav\u00f3rik s vodou, pokrytou ru\u017eov\u00fdmi lupe\u0148ami, aby sme si mohli ponori\u0165 do nej prsty.<br>Okolo n\u00e1s rozlo\u017eili tanieriky a za\u010dali sme degustova\u0165.<br>Verte \u010di nie, ale Dorka vyhrala. Jej v\u00fdber bol najchutnej\u0161\u00ed.<br>Stra\u0161ne dlho som sa prehov\u00e1rala, aby som to upiekla, aj \u0161peci\u00e1lnu formu som si na to k\u00fapila.<br>Aj som to na jar upiekla a nenorm\u00e1lne sa mi sekol kr\u00e9m. Ale tak hrozne. Kamuflovala som to,  ako som mohla, aby to nebolo na fotk\u00e1ch vidie\u0165.<br>A potom som vytiahla z r\u00fary maslov\u00fd korpus a vyklopila ho z formy.<br>Bo\u017ee.  Upiec\u0165 nie\u010do v plynovej r\u00fare je niekedy o hubu.   <br>Vrch, ktor\u00fd po vyklopen\u00ed ide na spodok, dokonale zlatohned\u00fd.  Spodok, ktor\u00fd pr\u00edde navrch, dokonale \u010diernohned\u00fd.<br>A to v\u0161etko som mala naplni\u0165 a  pomaza\u0165 t\u00fdm zrazen\u00fdm kr\u00e9mom.<br>Tak som tmav\u00e9 obrezala, kr\u00e9m nahriala a pok\u00fasila sa ho pre\u0161\u013eaha\u0165, ale aj tak to pomohlo len trochu. <br>Dokon\u010dila som to, ale na ukazovanie to nebolo, len na jedenie. Tak sme dali polovicu susedom a druh\u00fa zjedol DM.<br>Tak\u00fa nechu\u0165 som k tomuto z\u00e1kusku dostala, \u017ee som sa dokopala k repete , a\u017e tu na chate.<br>Vlastne aj preto na chate, lebo tu m\u00e1m na to stravn\u00edkov. <br>Z\u00e1kuskov sa d\u00e1 upiec\u0165 aj men\u0161ie mno\u017estvo, ale toto sa men\u0161ie upiec\u0165 ned\u00e1. <br>Je to tradi\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1kusok, neviem, \u010di to nem\u00e1 aj nejak\u00fd patent, ako napr\u00edklad na\u0161e Bratislavsk\u00e9 ro\u017eky.<br>A na druh\u00fdkr\u00e1t sa podarilo v\u0161etko ako m\u00e1 by\u0165.<br>Je to tak\u00e1,  povedzme vylep\u0161en\u00e1, b\u00e1bovka. Samozrejme to nie je b\u00e1bovka. Ani do registra pre r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie h\u013eadanie, ho nezarad\u00edm ani n\u00e1hodou medzi b\u00e1bovky. Toto nie je b\u00e1bovka.<br>Cesto je hutn\u00e9 a tak sa toho ned\u00e1 zjes\u0165 naraz ve\u013ea. Len ten jeden k\u00fasok.<br>Ale ka\u017ed\u00fd si po hodinke dal znovu  a potom znovu. Nemala som,  ale som si pomohla.<br>D\u00e1 sa ur\u010dite pou\u017ei\u0165 aj ve\u013ek\u00e1, b\u00e1bovkov\u00e1 torta,  ale ja m\u00e1m len mal\u00fa. Tak som vzala formu na tortu a do stredu som polo\u017eila porcel\u00e1nov\u00fa,  zapekaciu misku z Ikei. Nebolo to tak\u00e9 \u0161ikovn\u00e9, ako prav\u00e1 forma, ale s trochou \u00fasilia som to cesto tam pohodlne vpravila a upiekla.<br><br><br> <br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Suroviny:<\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Budeme potrebova\u0165 formu na veniec s priemerom 26 cm<\/p>\n<p>Cesto :<br \/>270 g maslo<br \/>200 g cukor<br \/>1 bal\u00ed\u010dek vanilkov\u00e9ho cukru (ja pou\u017e\u00edvam vanilkov\u00fa pastu Dr.Oetker)<br \/>2 \u0161tipky soli<br \/>5 vajec norm\u00e1lnej ve\u013ekosti M<br \/>270 g polohrub\u00e1 m\u00faka<br \/>2 \u010dajov\u00e9 ly\u017ei\u010dky pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva<br \/>3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice mlieko<\/p>\n<p>Kr\u00e9m :<br \/>1,5 bal\u00ed\u010dka pr\u00e1\u0161ku na vanilkov\u00fd puding<br \/>80 g cukor<br \/>700 ml mlieko sladk\u00e9<br \/>250 g maslo<br \/>+ r\u00edbez\u013eov\u00fd d\u017eem na potretie cesta<br \/>+ tro\u0161ku rumu na vykropenie korupusov<\/p>\n<p>Krokant na obsypanie :<br \/>1 orech maslo<br \/>80 g cukor<br \/>150 g nasekan\u00e9 mandle<\/p>\n<p>Na dokon\u010denie :<br \/>koktailov\u00e9 \u010dere\u0161ne<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Uvar\u00edme puding.<br \/>Zo 700 ml mlieka odoberieme jednu tretinu a v tej tretine poriadne metli\u010dkou roz\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me 1,5 s\u00e1\u010dku vanilkov\u00e9ho pudingu, tak aby neboli hr\u010dky. Mlieko \u010do ostalo po odobrat\u00ed, d\u00e1me vari\u0165 s 80 g cukru. Cukru je ve\u013ek\u00e9 mno\u017estvo, ale je to preto, preto\u017ee do masla u\u017e nebudeme prid\u00e1va\u0165 \u017eiaden cukor. D\u00e1me vari\u0165 a uvar\u00edme puding pod\u013ea n\u00e1vodu na obale.<br \/>Aby sa V\u00e1m nestalo, \u017eeby sa V\u00e1m kr\u00e9m zrazil, je bezpodmiene\u010dne nutn\u00e9, aby malo maslo a puding rovnak\u00fa teplotu. R\u00e1no vylo\u017ete maslo, ktor\u00e9 p\u00f4jde na v\u00fdrobu kr\u00e9mu a pokr\u00e1jajte ho na kocky,\u00a0 v miestnosti kde je aj puding.<br \/>Hor\u00faci puding prikryjeme pokrievkou, alebo kuchynskou f\u00f3liou a nech\u00e1me ho \u010daka\u0165 na svoj \u010das.<br \/>R\u00faru zapneme na 180 stup\u0148ov.<br \/>Formu na veniec vytrieme trochou masla a vysypeme polohrubou m\u00fakou.<br \/>Do ve\u013ekej misy nakr\u00e1jame maslo v izbovej teplote, prid\u00e1me 80 g cukru a vytla\u010d\u00edme ly\u017ei\u010dku vanilkovej pasty. Ak nem\u00e1te pastu, pridajte bal\u00ed\u010dek vanilkov\u00e9ho cukru.<br \/>Pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me\u00a0 do penista a za\u010dneme prid\u00e1va\u0165 jedno vajce, po druhom. V\u0161etko pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me.<br \/>Prid\u00e1me pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva a tro\u0161ku mlieka.
