To V\u00e1m vrav\u00edm na rovinu. Nechala som si, \u010do e\u0161te na mne \u00faplne nevis\u00ed a po Novom Roku, ke\u010f sa vr\u00e1time z Viano\u010dn\u00e9ho pobytu na Slovensku, si idem dop\u013a\u0148a\u0165 oble\u010dky. Ach, \u010do ma to len \u010dak\u00e1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br \/>No a potom som musela pretriedi\u0165 mrazni\u010dku.\u00a0<br \/>Po hubov\u00fdch jedl\u00e1ch z posledn\u00e9ho mesiaca, kde som mala ka\u017ed\u00fd bo\u017e\u00ed de\u0148 k dispoz\u00edcii hr\u00edbov, ko\u013eko som len chcela, nastal \u010das, ke\u010f var\u00edm sam\u00e9 m\u00e4so.<br \/>Mus\u00edm zlikvidova\u0165 z tej mrazni\u010dky v\u0161etko, aby som to potom nebola n\u00faten\u00e1 vyhadzova\u0165, lebo sa to v\u0161etko znehodnot\u00ed.<br \/>No a potom som za\u010dala upratova\u0165 \u0161upl\u00edk v ktorom m\u00e1m svoje cukr\u00e1rske pom\u00f4cky.<br \/>Bo\u017ee.<br \/>Hoci\u010do som tam objavila. Napr\u00edklad chr\u00f3mov\u00fd plni\u010d \u0161i\u0161iek, \u0165a\u017ek\u00fd ako svi\u0148a, ktor\u00fd som jak\u017eiv nepou\u017eila a k\u00fapila som ho v nejakom pominut\u00ed mysle. A ona bola v tom \u010dasopise, tak pren\u00e1dherne nafoten\u00e1, bola bielu\u010dk\u00e1 ako sneh, ten \u010derven\u00fd pl\u00e1t bol \u010derven\u00fd, \u010derven\u00fd, \u010derven\u00fd a kr\u00e9m n\u00e1dherne vanilkovo sfarben\u00fd. A \u010do uvideli moje o\u010di medzi ingredienciami &#8230;..Lebensmittelfarbe&#8230;..cha, ja som to tu\u0161ila!\u00a0<br \/>A hne\u010f som vedela, \u017ee ju idem upiec\u0165, preto\u017ee ja ako spr\u00e1vna cukr\u00e1ro\u010dka m\u00e1m ozaj v\u0161etko&#8230;e\u0161te aj t\u00fa lebensmittelfarbe. No v\u0161etko predsa len nie.<br \/>Nem\u00e1m tridsa\u0165 kilov\u00fd plni\u010d \u0161i\u0161iek.<br \/><br \/>No a \u010do sa t\u00fdka samotn\u00e9ho pe\u010denia.\u00a0<br \/>Netu\u0161ila som ako to dopadne, kv\u00f4li tomu ovociu v pi\u0161k\u00f3tovom pl\u00e1te.<br \/>Mala som svoje pochybnosti, preto\u017ee si ve\u013emi dobre pam\u00e4t\u00e1m na \u0165a\u017ekosti, ktor\u00e9 som mala pri pe\u010den\u00ed machovej torty, kde sa do pi\u0161k\u00f3tu prid\u00e1val mrazen\u00fd \u0161pen\u00e1t.\u00a0<br \/>A v p\u00f4vodnom recepte sa pou\u017e\u00edvali \u010derstv\u00e9 maliny a ja som mala mrazen\u00e9. T\u00fdch \u010derstv\u00fdch i\u0161lo 100 g a ja som vedela, \u017ee pri rozmrazovan\u00ed, \u010das\u0165\u00a0 \u0161\u0165avy z nich vyte\u010die , tak som zv\u00fd\u0161ila gram\u00e1\u017e na 200 g.\u00a0<br \/>Napriek t\u00fdmto obav\u00e1m s t\u00fdm pl\u00e1tom i\u0161lo v\u0161etko ako po masle a pracovalo sa s n\u00edm perfektne.\u00a0<br \/>A mala som aj jahody, ktor\u00e9 mali perfektn\u00fa ve\u013ekos\u0165 na mal\u00fdch Mikul\u00e1\u0161ikov a tak bol okam\u017eite\u00a0 n\u00e1pad na svete.<br \/>No a \u010do sa t\u00fdka samotnej rol\u00e1dy&#8230;.DM ju zjedol za dva dni. Niet na\u00a0 nej \u010do pokazi\u0165 a je to v podstate ve\u013emi jednoduch\u00e9 pe\u010denie, ktor\u00e9 ur\u010dite\u00a0 zvl\u00e1dne aj za\u010diato\u010dn\u00edk<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Suroviny:<\/h2>\n<p><span>Na pi\u0161k\u00f3tov\u00fd pl\u00e1t o rozmeroch\u00a0 papiera na pe\u010denie pribli\u017ene 34 x 40 cm budeme potrebova\u0165 :<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>3 vajcia<br \/>200 g mrazen\u00e9 maliny<br \/>4 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice s mal\u00fdm kop\u010dekom hladk\u00e1 m\u00faka<br \/>1 polievkov\u00e1 ly\u017eica kuchynsk\u00fd \u0161krob (gustin, maizena, solamyl a pod)<br \/>4 plytk\u00e9 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice cukor \u010do by malo by\u0165 pribli\u017ene 50 g<br \/>\u0161tipka soli<br \/>tro\u0161ku \u010dervenej potravin\u00e1rskej farby<br \/><br \/>Na kr\u00e9m :<br \/>500 ml sladk\u00e9 mlieko<br \/>1 be\u017en\u00e9 balenie pr\u00e1\u0161ku na pr\u00edpravu vanilkov\u00e9ho pudingu Dr.Oetker\u00a0 na varenie(alebo ak\u00e9mu d\u00f4verujete)<br \/>125 g cukor<br \/>200 g maslo<br \/>vanilkov\u00e1 pasta v tube Dr.Oetker<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<br \/><br \/><br \/><\/h2>\n<p>Ve\u010der pred pe\u010den\u00edm uvar\u00edme puding.\u00a0 Alebo ak budete piec\u0165 ve\u010der, tak ho uvarte hne\u010f r\u00e1no.<br \/>Uvar\u00edme ho pod\u013ea n\u00e1vodu na obale, a pridajte tam to\u013eko cukru,\u00a0 ako je uveden\u00e9 v rozpise mojich surov\u00edn.\u00a0<br \/>Hne\u010f po uvaren\u00ed, priamo na ten povrch pudingu, polo\u017e\u00edme potravin\u00e1rsku f\u00f3liu a nech\u00e1me puding chladn\u00fa\u0165 pri izbovej teplote. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 vylo\u017e\u00edme aj maslo.<br \/>T\u00fdm, \u017ee nech\u00e1me puding chladn\u00fa\u0165 pozvo\u013ena pri izbovej teplote a maslo nebude priamo z chladni\u010dky, zabezpe\u010d\u00edme aby sa kr\u00e9m nezrazil a bol n\u00e1dherne zamatovo hladk\u00fd.<br \/>Maliny vylo\u017e\u00edme zo s\u00e1\u010dku a nech\u00e1me ich na tanieri rozmrazi\u0165.<br \/>\u0160\u0165avu, ktor\u00e1 vytiekla,\u00a0 \u00a0d\u00f4kladne zlejeme a maliny rozmixujeme na ka\u0161u. T\u00fato ka\u0161u prepas\u00edrujeme cez sito, aby sme sa zbavili jadierok.\u00a0 Pyr\u00e9 d\u00e1me zatia\u013e bokom<br \/>Zapneme r\u00faru na 180 stup\u0148ov<br \/>Vajcia rozdel\u00edme na \u017e\u013atky a bielka.<br \/>Z bielkov vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me m\u00e4kk\u00fa penu a prid\u00e1me \u0161tipku soli a 2 plytk\u00e9 ly\u017eice cukru (je to pribli\u017ene 25 g). Vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me pevn\u00fd sneh.<br \/>Ja \u0161\u013eah\u00e1m ako prv\u00e9 sneh, preto\u017ee potom nemus\u00edm um\u00fdva\u0165 metli\u010dky \u0161\u013eaha\u010da a m\u00f4\u017eem ich rovno ponori\u0165 do \u017e\u013atkov. Keby som ako prv\u00e9 \u0161\u013eahala \u017e\u013atka, tak po pou\u017eit\u00ed mus\u00edte metli\u010dky d\u00f4kladne umy\u0165 a a\u017e potom za\u010da\u0165 \u0161\u013eaha\u0165 sneh.<br \/>Do \u017e\u013atkov prid\u00e1me tie\u017e 25 g cukru , \u010do s\u00fa pribli\u017ene dve plytk\u00e9 ly\u017eice a vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me ich do peny.<br \/>Prid\u00e1me k nim malinov\u00e9 pyr\u00e9 a pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me. Mus\u00edte d\u00e1va\u0165 pozor, aby nezhnedlo a nevysu\u0161ilo sa.\u00a0<br \/>Upe\u010den\u00e9 cesto stiahneme z plechu, prikryjeme druh\u00fdm papierom na pe\u010denie a prevr\u00e1time, tak aby sme mali spodn\u00fa stranu, teraz na vrchu.<br \/>Z tepl\u00e9ho pl\u00e1tu opatrne stiahneme dolu papier na pe\u010denie na ktorom sa piekol a nech\u00e1me ho polo\u017een\u00fd na pl\u00e1te.<br \/>Rol\u00e1du spolu s papiermi, medzi ktor\u00fdmi le\u017e\u00ed, opatrne zrolujeme a nech\u00e1me vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>Ideme vy\u0161\u013eaha\u0165 kr\u00e9m.<br \/>Maslo vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me do peny a po ly\u017eiciach za\u010dneme do neho prid\u00e1va\u0165 pudingov\u00fa ka\u0161u.<br \/>Po zapracovan\u00ed pudingu do masla prid\u00e1me pln\u00fa \u010dajov\u00fa ly\u017ei\u010dku vanilkovej pasty z tuby.\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>No a za\u010dneme \u0161\u013eaha\u0165 kr\u00e9m. \u0160\u013eah\u00e1me na stredn\u00fdch obr\u00e1tkach nejak\u00fdch 10 min\u00fat, mo\u017eno aj 15. Kr\u00e9m m\u00e1 by\u0165 hladk\u00fd a nad\u00fdchan\u00fd.\u00a0<br \/>Po\u010das \u0161\u013eahanie ochutnajte a ak je V\u00e1m m\u00e1lo sladk\u00fd, tak pridajte e\u0161te tro\u0161ku cukru.
