Napr\u00edklad gumy na v\u0165ahovanie do nohav\u00edc, alebo star\u00e9 perinov\u00e9 gomb\u00edky, tak\u00e9 tie, \u010do s\u00fa ako keby vyplnen\u00e9 ni\u0165ami. A mo\u017eno by sa tam aj na\u0161li &#8222;ov\u010diarske&#8220; no\u017enice, s ktor\u00fdmi by ste tak odstrihli leda tenk\u00fa triesku do pece. A \u010do tam bude ur\u010dite, bude nejak\u00fd \u0161\u00fa\u013eok, uf\u00fa\u013ean\u00e9ho s\u0165ahovacieho obv\u00e4zu.<br>Keby ste hne\u010f teraz i\u0161li, otvorili t\u00fa plechovicu a vyhodili to v\u0161etko do ko\u0161a, spo\u013eahnite sa, \u017ee V\u00e1m to nikdy nebude ch\u00fdba\u0165.<br>No&#8230;.mo\u017eno to nem\u00e1te priamo u V\u00e1s doma, ale ur\u010dite v rodi\u010dovskom, alebo prarodi\u010dovskom dome.<br>My sme tak\u00fa \u0161katu\u013eu mali v Podkoniciach.<br>Tam ich bolo viacero.<br>Bola som die\u0165a tak si presne nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m, \u010do konkr\u00e9tne v nich v\u0161etko naozaj bolo.<br>Moja Star\u00e1 Mama Betka, mala toti\u017eto troch s\u00farodencov a otca v Amerike.<br>A oni im posielali dol\u00e1re a nesk\u00f4r, ke\u010f im zabavovali po\u0161tu, tak asi len bony. Toto n\u00e1m de\u0165om, dospel\u00ed pochopite\u013ene nehovorili, ako to bolo.<br>Ale predstavte si to, \u017ee ja si h\u00e1dam aj pam\u00e4t\u00e1m, \u017ee tie plechovky boli pln\u00e9.<br>Ob\u010das za\u0161li do tuzexu a nie\u010do k\u00fapili.<br>A raz priniesli jednu \u0161katu\u013eu a bola pln\u00e1 vzorkovan\u00fdch keks\u00edkov. <br>Doteraz si pam\u00e4t\u00e1m ako chutili. \u017diaden keks\u00edk, ktor\u00fd som dovtedy jedla , takto nechutil. Boli \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 a ke\u010f som sa nau\u010dila \u010d\u00edta\u0165, tak som si neust\u00e1le slabikovala \u010do bolo na tej plechovici nap\u00edsan\u00e9&#8230;.s p e k u l a t i u s.<br>E\u0161te aj to slovo bolo \u010dudn\u00e9. <br>Nad \u010d\u00edm asi \u0161pekulovali a pre\u010do to tak nap\u00edsali. <br>Plechovky zakon\u010d\u00edm t\u00fdm, \u017ee ke\u010f sme pri\u0161li do Mn\u00edchova, tak medzi keks\u00edkmi a pralinkami a r\u00f4znym sladk\u00fdm tovarom v obchodoch,  bolo plno, plno tak\u00fdch, \u010do boli pr\u00e1ve v tak\u00fdch plechovk\u00e1ch.<br>\u010co som sa ich dovl\u00e1\u010dila na Slovensko a do \u010ciech. <br>Boli v nich keks\u00edky v\u0161etk\u00fdch mo\u017en\u00fdch druhov, pr\u00edchut\u00ed, tvarov a druhov.<br>V ka\u017edej rodine ostala nejak\u00e1 \u0161katula a potom som u\u017e nosila iba n\u00e1plne v be\u017en\u00fdch s\u00e1\u010dkoch. <br>A u\u017e som prestala nosi\u0165 aj tie. Prestali sme to nejako jes\u0165.<br>Na chate m\u00e1me dve. S\u00fa ve\u013ek\u00e9. A v jednej m\u00e1me vrec\u00fa\u0161ka s koreninami a v druhej obv\u00e4zov\u00fd materi\u00e1l a v\u0161etky druhy n\u00e1plast\u00ed a leukoplastov.<br>Na keks\u00edky spekulatius som nezabudla, ale hlavne preto, preto\u017ee ich miluje DM. Na Slovensko ich nenos\u00edm, preto\u017ee tie keks\u00edky s\u00fa tak\u00e9 krehk\u00e9, \u017ee sta\u010d\u00ed, aby som sa na ne krivo pozrela a s\u00fa na drobno.<br>Ja ich, na rozdiel od mojich mal\u00fdch \u010dias, nejako nemus\u00edm. Hlavne tie korenen\u00e9. V posledn\u00fdch rokoch ale za\u010dali dod\u00e1va\u0165 aj maslov\u00e9. A tie s\u00fa fajn\u00e9, ale len preto, lebo mi pripom\u00ednaj\u00fa star\u00e9 slovensk\u00e9 keks\u00edky Club. Ale naozaj tie star\u00e9, preto\u017ee tieto \u010do sa pred\u00e1vaj\u00fa ako klubky teraz, nemaj\u00fa tak\u00fa maslov\u00fa a krehk\u00fa chu\u0165. Ja viem, \u017ee je to asi spomienkov\u00fd optimizmus, ale mysl\u00edm, si to, \u017ee tieto nov\u00e9 na tie star\u00e9 nemaj\u00fa.<br>Maj\u00fa na ne akur\u00e1t maslov\u00e9 spekulatius.<br>\u0160koda, \u017ee ich nem\u00f4\u017eem jes\u0165, lebo st\u00e1le som chudn\u00faca osoba. Aby som sa nezabudla pochv\u00e1li\u0165&#8230;do konca t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a m\u00e1m nov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo zhoden\u00fdch k\u00edl&#8230;rovn\u00fdch 35!!!!!!!! St\u00e1le tla\u010d\u00edm o\u010dami t\u00fa ru\u010di\u010dku na v\u00e1he, ale rovn\u00fdch 35 to e\u0161te nie je, ale priatelia&#8230;.ono to do konca t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a bude tam.<br>Budem od \u0161\u0165astia cel\u00e1 bez seba a miesto maslov\u00fdch spekulatius si d\u00e1m nejak\u00e9 fajn\u00e9 gervais. \u010co narob\u00edm, ke\u010f som sa tak vy\u017erala. <br>A pre\u010do som tento jablkov\u00fd z\u00e1kusok nazvala adventn\u00fd?<br>Mne sa, neviem pre\u010do, sp\u00e1jaj\u00fa spekulantky , s predviano\u010dn\u00fdm obdob\u00edm. M\u00e1vaj\u00fa aj v tvare kocky a tie s\u00fa men\u0161ie. Takto boli tie porcie ve\u013ek\u00e9. Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel ale neprotestoval, bolo mu celkom jedno, \u017ee si na tanier nalo\u017eil 3 ve\u013ek\u00e9 a nie 4 mal\u00e9 k\u00fasky \ud83d\ude42<br>Z\u00e1kusok je to ve\u013emi jednoduch\u00fd a je celkom efektn\u00fd na poh\u013ead.  A DM d\u00e1va 10 z 10.<br>A ke\u010f som ho ukazovala Dobrej Cerke, tak sa ho rozhodla upiec\u0165 aj ona. Norm\u00e1lne sa v jeden de\u0148 piekol aj v mojej, aj v jej kuchyni.<br>Ten jej vyzeral na poh\u013ead \u00fa\u017easne, lebo nepou\u017eila \u0161pekulky, ale lotusky. Bolo to kraj\u0161ie. Bielky p\u00f4jdu do men\u0161ej a \u017e\u013atky do v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ej misy.\u00a0<br \/>Ja ako prv\u00e9 \u0161\u013eah\u00e1m bielky, aby som nemusela um\u00fdva\u0165 metli\u010dky, ale mus\u00edme pracova\u0165 plynule, aby sneh nest\u00e1l.<br \/>Ak si never\u00edte, tak \u0161\u013eahajte \u017e\u013atky, ale pred t\u00fdm ako sa pust\u00edte do snehu, mus\u00edte bezpodmiene\u010dne d\u00f4kladne v hor\u00facej vode, umy\u0165 metli\u010dky.<br \/>Bielky \u0161\u013eah\u00e1me s dvoma ly\u017eicami cukru do pevn\u00e9ho snehu.<br \/>Do \u017e\u013atkov d\u00e1me dve polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice vody, pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me a prid\u00e1me cukor, ktor\u00fd ostal.<br \/>\u0160\u013eah\u00e1me, k\u00fdm kr\u00e9m nie je svetl\u00fd a nezv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed svoj objem.<br \/>Pri obidvoch pou\u017e\u00edvajte rad\u0161ej stredn\u00e9 ot\u00e1\u010dky, a nie vysok\u00e9.<br \/>Do \u017e\u013atkov\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mu zamie\u0161ame vanilkov\u00fa pastu a korenie spekulatius.<br \/>Prid\u00e1me m\u00faku a \u0161krob a premie\u0161ame do hladka.<br \/>Nakoniec,\u00a0 stierkou zapracujeme rezav\u00fdmi a ot\u00e1\u010dav\u00fdmi pohybmi, sneh.<br \/>V hlbokom plechu s rovn\u00fdmi stenami, m\u00e1me papier na pe\u010denie a do neho vylejme pi\u0161k\u00f3tov\u00fa masu.<br \/>Rovnomerne rozotrieme a d\u00e1me piec\u0165 na nejak\u00fdch 12 min\u00fat.<br \/>Upe\u010den\u00e9 cesto je pevn\u00e9 a m\u00f4\u017eete ho skontrolova\u0165 zapichnut\u00fdm \u0161p\u00e1radlom, \u010di nie je mokr\u00e9. Ak je upe\u010den\u00e9, hne\u010f ho stiahneme z plechu a nech\u00e1me na mrie\u017eke vychladn\u00fa\u0165.<br \/>Jablk\u00e1 o\u010dist\u00edme a nakr\u00e1jame na kocky.<br \/>D\u00e1me do kastr\u00f3la a posypeme dvoma ly\u017eicami cukru. D\u00f4kladne vymie\u0161ame aby sa rovnomerne obalili cukrom.<br \/>D\u00e1me na zdroj tepla a vy\u017em\u00fdkame k nim citr\u00f3nov\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu bez jadierok.<br \/>Mne sa zdala jablkov\u00e1 zmes m\u00e1lo sladk\u00e1, tak som podliala jednou ly\u017eicou citr\u00f3nov\u00fdm sirupom a jednou ly\u017eicou vodou.\u00a0<br \/>Prid\u00e1me vanilkov\u00fa pastu a dus\u00edme pribli\u017ene p\u00e4\u0165 min\u00fat.<br \/>Jablk\u00e1 pekne zm\u00e4kli a pritom ostali v k\u00faskoch a nerozvarili sa.<br \/>V 130 ml tekutiny rozmie\u0161ame do hladka pol bal\u00ed\u010dka pudingov\u00e9ho,\u00a0 vanilkov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku na varenie. Ak\u00a0 m\u00e1te jablkov\u00fd d\u017e\u00fas , alebo \u0161\u0165avu, tak pou\u017eite ten. Ja som nemala a mala som citr\u00f3nov\u00fd sirup, tak som urobila s\u00fdtej\u0161iu vodu s t\u00fdmto sirupom. M\u00f4\u017eete vlastne pou\u017ei\u0165 hocijak\u00fd bled\u00fd sirup. M\u00e1m ve\u013emi dobr\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti s bazov\u00fdm napr\u00edklad, alebo som p\u00e1rkr\u00e1t od\u0161\u0165avila pomaran\u010de.\u00a0<br \/>Rozmie\u0161an\u00fd puding vlejeme k jablk\u00e1m, na miernom ohni mie\u0161ame, k\u00fdm zmes nezhustne.<br \/>Odstav\u00edme zo zdroja tepla.<br \/>Pi\u0161k\u00f3t stiahneme z papiera a prelo\u017e\u00edme nasp\u00e4\u0165 do pek\u00e1\u010da, alebo vlo\u017e\u00edme do r\u00e1mu na pe\u010denie a uprav\u00edme ho na ve\u013ekos\u0165 pl\u00e1tu.\u00a0<br \/>Nech rob\u00edm, \u010do rob\u00edm&#8230;ja sa nikdy v \u017eivote nenau\u010d\u00edm rozotiera\u0165 cesto rovnomerne.
