Prelisujeme k nemu 2 str\u00fa\u010diky cesnaku, prid\u00e1me nadrobno nasekan\u00fa cibu\u013eu a petr\u017elenov\u00fa v\u0148a\u0165. Vsypeme\u00a0 koreniny a za\u010dneme poriadne vymie\u0161ame, k\u00fdm sa n\u00e1m m\u00e4so nespoj\u00ed a nedr\u017e\u00ed pokope.<br \/>\nVlhk\u00fdmi rukami rob\u00edme gu\u013eky, ve\u013ek\u00e9 ako pingpongov\u00e1 lopti\u010dka. Upe\u010d\u00fa sa V\u00e1m naraz a bez starost\u00ed.<br \/>\nKe\u010f var\u00edte povedzme z pol kila, je pravdepodobne jednoduch\u0161ie, ich norm\u00e1lne upiec\u0165 na panvici.<br \/>\nNa dno panvice d\u00e1me dve ly\u017eice oleja, poklad\u00e1me gu\u013eky. Z ka\u017edej strany ich pe\u010dieme tak 4 min\u00faty.<br \/>\nV\u00fdpek som pou\u017eila pri pr\u00edprave om\u00e1\u010dky.<\/p>\n<p>Do kastr\u00f3lika d\u00e1me 2 a\u017e 3 ly\u017eice oleja a masla pol na pol. To maslo nemus\u00ed by\u0165, sta\u010d\u00ed aj olej. Oslad\u00edme, osol\u00edme. Prid\u00e1me \u0161koricu, mlet\u00fd koriander. Ja som dala e\u0161te pol \u0161\u00e1lky hor\u00facej vody a priviedla som k varu.\u00a0 Dala som pod pokrievku bubla\u0165 , st\u00ed\u0161ila som zdroj tepla&#8230;..\u010das som nesledovala, ale povedzme 10 min\u00fat&#8230;.na tom najslab\u0161om zdroji tepla.<\/p>\n<p>Om\u00e1\u010dka je hust\u00e1, pl\u00e1vaj\u00fa v nej rozvarene paradajky a je b\u00e1je\u010dn\u00e1. Ur\u010dite nezabudnite na t\u00fa \u0161koricu, k\u013eudne aj dve ly\u017ei\u010dky&#8230;ja som e\u0161te veru prisypala. Ak chcete slad\u0161iu dosla\u010fte, ak slan\u0161iu doso\u013ete.
