Nijak\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom by sme ho nemohli min\u00fa\u0165 a kv\u00f4li mal\u00e9mu poh\u00e1riku si nebudem robi\u0165 n\u00e1silie. Naviac toto moje mlet\u00e9 je mie\u0161an\u00e9 a do bolognese m\u00e1 \u00eds\u0165 v\u00fdhradne hov\u00e4dzie.<br>Tak som to urobila len na sp\u00f4sob rag\u00fa bolognese a mne chut\u00ed aj toto moje biele rag\u00fa.<br>Dokonca ve\u013emi.<br>No a mrazni\u010dka je takmer pr\u00e1zdna a u\u017e som ju aj odmrazila. C\u00edtim sa ako ob\u010dan.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Suroviny:<br \/><br \/><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Na tri porcie budeme potrebova\u0165 :<\/p>\n<p>350 g mlet\u00e9 mie\u0161an\u00e9 m\u00e4so<br \/>1 ve\u013ek\u00e1 cibu\u013ea<br \/>3 ve\u013ek\u00e9 cesnakov\u00e9 str\u00fa\u010diky<br \/>1 norm\u00e1lna mrkva<br \/>1 mesia\u010dik z ve\u013ekej zelerovej bu\u013evy<br \/>1 mal\u00fd p\u00f3r , alebo tretina z ve\u013ek\u00e9ho<br \/>4 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice olej<br \/>1 ve\u013ek\u00fd orech masla<br \/>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka sladk\u00e1 mlet\u00e1 paprika<br \/>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka cayensk\u00e9 korenie (je p\u00e1liv\u00e9, tak\u017ee pod\u013ea V\u00e1s)<br \/>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka su\u0161en\u00fd tymian<br \/>menej ako \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka su\u0161en\u00fd rozmar\u00edn<br \/>a ja som dala e\u0161te ly\u017ei\u010dku talianskych byliniek, \u010do d\u00e1vam na pizzu<br \/>2 bobkov\u00e9 listy<br \/>200 ml mlieko<br \/>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka hladk\u00e1 m\u00faka<br \/>\u0161\u0165ava z mal\u00e9ho citr\u00f3na<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<br \/><br \/><br \/><br \/><\/h2>\n<p>Mrkvu, zeler, cibu\u013eu a cesnak o\u010dist\u00edme od \u0161upky.<br \/>Nakr\u00e1jame na mali\u010dk\u00e9 kocky.<br \/>Do kastr\u00f3la d\u00e1me rozohria\u0165 olej.<br \/>Vlo\u017e\u00edme mlet\u00e9 m\u00e4so.<br \/>T\u00fato \u010das\u0165 stra\u0161ne nem\u00e1m rada. Nezn\u00e1\u0161am t\u00fa ar\u00f3mu a pritom mus\u00edm pri tom hrnci st\u00e1\u0165, aby som to m\u00e4so st\u00e1le mie\u0161ala a odde\u013eovala od seba k\u00fasky m\u00e4sa.<br \/>Mus\u00ed by\u0165 dokonale oddelen\u00e9.<br \/>Asi tam bolo viac hov\u00e4dzieho, preto\u017ee sa mi zdalo celkom such\u00e9 a zaprem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala som, \u017ee som mohla rozpra\u017ei\u0165 na spodok slaninu.\u00a0<br \/>No nedala som a u\u017e som s t\u00fdm nemienila ni\u010d robi\u0165, aspo\u0148 to m\u00f4\u017eem s \u010dist\u00fdm svedom\u00edm jes\u0165 aj ja.\u00a0<br \/>K\u00fdm stoj\u00edme a mie\u0161ame,\u00a0 d\u00e1me si zovrie\u0165 vodu. Premie\u0161ame a prid\u00e1me nasekan\u00fa mrkvu a zeler a na kr\u00fa\u017eky nakr\u00e1jan\u00fd p\u00f3r a k tomu aj bobkov\u00fd list.<br \/>Prikryjeme pokrievkou a nech\u00e1me trochu pusti\u0165 \u0161\u0165avu a aby zelenina tro\u0161ku zm\u00e4kla.\u00a0<br \/>Netrv\u00e1 to dlho, maxim\u00e1lne slab\u00fdch desa\u0165 min\u00fat a nech je to na men\u0161om zdroji tepla. Nechala som to zovrie\u0165 na jednu bublinku a hne\u010f som vypla.\u00a0<br \/>No a dochut\u00edme.<br \/>Neuver\u00edte, ale ani ly\u017ei\u010dka cayensk\u00e9ho korenia, mi nepripadala, \u017ee to\u00a0 nejako v\u00fdrazne o\u0161tip\u013eavela, tak som pridala p\u00e1r kvapiek tabasca.<br \/>My m\u00e1me ale vysok\u00fd prah \u0161tip\u013eavosti, tak\u017ee uv\u00e1\u017ete \u010di v\u00f4bec budete d\u00e1va\u0165 nie\u010do p\u00e1liv\u00e9, preto\u017ee toto je u\u017e p\u00e1liv\u00e9 dos\u0165. N\u00e1m to tak chut\u00ed.<br \/>Nakoniec som vy\u017em\u00fdkala mal\u00fd citr\u00f3n a to pridalo tak\u00fa t\u00fa iskru.<br \/>Pred pod\u00e1van\u00edm nasekajte do rag\u00fa petr\u017elenov\u00fa v\u0148a\u0165.\u00a0<br \/>Rag\u00fa som zmie\u0161ala so \u0161pen\u00e1tov\u00fdmi tagliatelle.<br \/>Pred pod\u00e1van\u00edm rag\u00fa v\u017edy d\u00f4kladne zmie\u0161ajte s cestovinami.
