A vlastne v\u0161etci v \u010cech\u00e1ch pochopite\u013ene.<br>Prin\u00fatil ma ho raz urobi\u0165 na Vianoce a ja som to robila s ve\u013ek\u00fdm sebazapren\u00edm, preto\u017ee oni ho jed\u00e1vaj\u00fa na \u0160tedr\u00fd Ve\u010der na obed.<br>Moja slovensk\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 rodiny st\u00e1le dodr\u017euje p\u00f4st a t\u00e1 \u0161kvarka by mi ani nepre\u0161la cez \u00fasta.<br>A tak aj to jedlo vyzeralo, a odvtedy ma o to jedlo DM nepo\u017eiadal \ud83d\ude42<br>Na letn\u00fd pobyt na Okr\u00fahlik (Okrouhl\u00edk) nosievame nejak\u00e9 veci z Mn\u00edchova, \u010do sa t\u00fdka potrav\u00edn. Napr\u00edklad kilov\u00e9 k\u00e1vy, aby vysta\u010dili na cel\u00fd pobyt a kil\u00e1 a kil\u00e1 cestov\u00edn&#8230;.no.. o tomto pojedn\u00e1m niekedy inokedy. <br>Okrem in\u00fdch vec\u00ed, v\u017edy, v\u017edy prinesiem \u0161kvarky.<br>V\u00e1\u017ene \u0161kvarky.<br>V Mn\u00edchove ich kupujem v supermarkete a aj oni ich dov\u00e1\u017eaj\u00fa z Rak\u00faska. Vyr\u00e1ba ich rak\u00faska  firma &#8222;\u0160imi\u010d speck&#8220;. <br>S\u00fa to Slovinci a dod\u00e1vaj\u00fa slaninu, klob\u00e1sy, \u0161kvarky, \u00faden\u00e9 rebr\u00e1 a podobn\u00fd sortiment.<br>Ja som z rodiny, kde sa robievali dom\u00e1ce zab\u00edja\u010dky, robievame dom\u00e1ce klob\u00e1sy, \u00fadime si vlastn\u00e9 rebr\u00e1 a k\u00fdm \u017eila star\u00e1 mamka Betka, mali sme aj v\u0161etky druhy dom\u00e1cej slaniny. <br>Viem ako chutia dom\u00e1ce \u00faden\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky,  roben\u00e9 pod\u013ea tradi\u010dn\u00fdch rodinn\u00fdch receptov, vo vlastnej udiarni a bla bla bla bla.<br>Rak\u00fasky Slovinci v \u0160imi\u010dovi, svojej pr\u00e1ci rozumej\u00fa.<br>Je mi \u013e\u00fato akur\u00e1t, \u017ee ich klob\u00e1sy, nie s\u00fa ur\u010den\u00e9 na varenie, ale s\u00fa \u010dabajkovit\u00e9.<br>Ale \u0161kvarky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tie ich &#8222;cvarci&#8220;!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To s\u00fa najlep\u0161ie \u0161kvarky, ktor\u00e9 som kedy jedla. <br>Tieto \u0161kvarky nosievam u\u017e ako pr\u00edru\u010dn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 mojej bato\u017einy \u010di do \u010ciech, \u010di na Slovensko.<br>Akon\u00e1hle d\u00e1te jednu do \u00fast, niet V\u00e1m pomoci.<br>Robievala som z nich moju <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=3550\" target=\"_blank\">\u0161kvarkov\u00fa n\u00e1tierku<\/a>. <br>Nevedeli pochopi\u0165, \u017ee tak ako ju rob\u00edm ja, je \u00faplne inak ako by ju robili oni v Jihlave a pritom je fantastick\u00e1. Lebo ako ka\u017ed\u00e1 kuch\u00e1rka na svete, m\u0148a nevyn\u00edmaj\u00fac, si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee jedine tak to bude dobr\u00e9, ako to rob\u00ed ona. <br>Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee je t\u00fdm postihnut\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e1 kuch\u00e1rka.<br>Nasp\u00e4\u0165 k \u0161kvark\u00e1m.<br>Zo \u0161kvarkov\u00fdch letn\u00fdch z\u00e1sob na chate, u\u017e ostala len polovi\u010dka balenia a DM si tak zaspom\u00ednal na jihlavsk\u00e9ho Kubu, ktor\u00fd rob\u00ed jeho rodina na \u0160tedr\u00fd ve\u010der a vlastne ho nejedol, ako umrela jihlavsk\u00e1 babi\u010dka Marti\u010dka. T\u00e1 mu v\u017edy jednu mal\u00fa porciu odlo\u017eila, ak vedela, \u017ee m\u00e1me pr\u00eds\u0165. <br>Po jej smrti, sa ka\u017ed\u00fd Kuba, ka\u017ed\u00fd rok, zjedol do poslednej omrvinky a Kub\u00ed\u010dkovi \u00faboh\u00e9mu neost\u00e1valo ni\u010d. \ud83d\ude42<br>Bol s\u00edce okt\u00f3ber, ale DT Pavla povedala, \u017eeby ho urobila, aj ke\u010f ho vlastne nikdy nevarila, lebo na to je odborn\u00ed\u010dka Moja Dobr\u00e1 \u0160vagrin\u00e1 Ka\u010denka. T\u00e1 ho robieva u\u017e roky rok\u00face a nikto nem\u00e1 z\u00e1ujem jej toto privil\u00e9gium  zobra\u0165.<br>Tak\u017ee ja som prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t po 24 rokoch man\u017eelstva , ochutnala tradi\u010dn\u00e9ho Kubu.<br>Fant\u00e1zia, fantastick\u00e1.<br>A DM bol tieto Vianoce, obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 dobr\u00fd a fakt si ho zasl\u00fa\u017eil, tak som sa podujala, \u017ee mu ho urob\u00edm, aj ke\u010f som v\u00f4bec netu\u0161ila, ako. <br>Nie\u010do som si na\u0161tudovala na internete a nie\u010do som robila intuit\u00edvne.<br>Hlavne sa ne\u010dudujte, \u017ee ho vklad\u00e1m na Nov\u00fd Rok, ale mus\u00edm, k\u00fdm ho m\u00e1m v \u010derstvej pam\u00e4ti a nezabudla ako som ho robila nabud\u00face.<br>A \u0160\u0165astn\u00fd Nov\u00fd Rok Priatelia Moji.<br><br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Suroviny:\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Na dve a\u017e tri porcie budeme potrebova\u0165\u00a0 pek\u00e1\u010dik cca 25&#215;20 (va\u010d\u0161\u00ed ur\u010dite nie, sk\u00f4r men\u0161\u00ed)<\/p>\n<p>200 g kr\u00fapy stredn\u00e9 (alebo bulgur)<br \/>80 g su\u0161en\u00e9 huby<br \/>100 g \u0161kvarky<br \/>1 vek\u00e1 cibu\u013ea<br \/>4 cesnakov\u00e9 str\u00fa\u010diky<br \/>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice brav\u010dovej masti<br \/>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice major\u00e1nka<br \/>so\u013e<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Huby zalejeme vriacou vodou. Predt\u00fdm som ich akoby pomrvila v ruk\u00e1ch, aby boli men\u0161ie. <br \/>Kr\u00fapy uvar\u00edme vo vode do m\u00e4kka.<br \/>Aj ke\u010f m\u00e1m kr\u00fapy (po sel\u010diansky gjar\u0161\u0148a \ud83d\ude42 ) ve\u013emi rada, v posledn\u00fdch rokoch mi ich plnohodnotne nahradil bulgur. Jednak je menej kalorick\u00fd a jednak sa uvar\u00ed ove\u013ea r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie.<br \/>Tak\u017ee ja som nevarila kr\u00fapy, ale bulgur.\u00a0 P\u00ed\u0161em o kr\u00fapoch preto, lebo je to tradi\u010dn\u00e9, ale ako p\u00ed\u0161em, ja u\u017e pou\u017e\u00edvame v\u0161ade, kde m\u00f4\u017eem , bulgur.<br \/>Tesne pred dovaren\u00edm som do vody v ktorej var\u00edme bulgur, pridala\u00a0 aj so\u013e.<br \/>Po dovaren\u00ed bulguru , rozohrejeme brav\u010dov\u00fa mas\u0165 a ope\u010dieme do vo\u0148ava, nasekan\u00fa, o\u010disten\u00fa cibu\u013eu a dva pl\u00e1tky cesnaku.<br \/>Huby vyberieme a prelo\u017e\u00edme k cibuli a podlejeme vodou, v ktorej sme ich nam\u00e1\u010dali.<br \/>Dus\u00edme huby do m\u00e4kka a st\u00e1le podlievame . Minula som v\u0161etku vodu z nam\u00e1\u010dania.\u00a0<br \/>Ke\u010f s\u00fa huby m\u00e4kk\u00e9, prid\u00e1me k nim \u0161kvarky , premie\u0161ame a ochut\u00edme so\u013eou.<br \/>Hubov\u00fa zmes prelejeme k bulguru a v\u0161etko d\u00f4kladne premie\u0161ame. Zmes je pr\u00edjemne vlhk\u00e1.<br \/>Vsypeme major\u00e1nku, prelisujeme cesnak, znovu ochut\u00edme.<br \/>Pek\u00e1\u010dik vymast\u00edme brav\u010dovou mas\u0165ou a napln\u00edme ho ochuten\u00fdm bulgurom.<br \/>Povrch pekne uhlad\u00edme a pokladieme po \u0148om pl\u00e1tky masla.<br \/>Vlo\u017e\u00edme do vyhriatej r\u00fary a zapek\u00e1me, k\u00fdm sa n\u00e1m nevytvor\u00ed m\u00e4kk\u00e1 k\u00f4r\u010di\u010dka<br \/>Ur\u010dite som nezapekala viac ako 20 min\u00fat na slab\u00fdch 200 stup\u0148ov. Nech.
