V dome v Selciach bola a st\u00e1le je jedna tak\u00e1 star\u00e1 v hnedej, po\u0161kodenej v\u00e4zbe. Bo\u017ee, \u010do som sa v nej ako die\u0165a, nalistovala v tej \u010dasti, kde boli farebn\u00e9 obr\u00e1zky. Najviac ma fascinovala s\u00e9ria zo studenej kuchyne, kde som videla rusk\u00e9 vajcia, preliate majon\u00e9zou. Toto bol m\u00f4j detsk\u00fd gr\u00e1l jedla. Niky som to nejedla a videla som to len na t\u00fdch obr\u00e1zkoch. <br>Dom\u0155zala som mami\u010dku, kedy mi to urob\u00ed, pre\u010do mi to neurob\u00ed, ako sa to rob\u00ed . Nie a nie mi to urobi\u0165 a odbila ma napr\u00edklad tak\u00fdm, \u017ee &#8222;v chladni\u010dke m\u00e1\u0161 z\u00e1kusky&#8220;. Koho bavia anan\u00e1sov\u00e9 rezy, alebo kokosov\u00fd kme\u0148, ke\u010f t\u00fa\u017ei po ruskom vajci.   A predstavte si, \u017ee ako sa mi to v tom detskom mozgu vyliahlo. Raz ke\u010f bol Medzin\u00e1rodn\u00fd de\u0148 det\u00ed, som sa postavila pred mami\u010dku a povedala jej&#8230;.ke\u010f je MD\u017d tak mi Ti d\u00e1vame tie\u017e dar\u010deky, pre\u010do ned\u00e1\u0161 aj Ty mne dar\u010dek, napr\u00edklad rusk\u00e9 vajce. A ke\u010f som sa vr\u00e1tila, teraz u\u017e neviem, \u010di zo \u0161k\u00f4lky, alebo \u0161koly, tak som skuto\u010dne dostala , prav\u00e9, dom\u00e1ce rusk\u00e9 vajce. A\u017e sa vid\u00edm, ako som z vytre\u0161ten\u00fdmi o\u010dami pozerala na ten z\u00e1zrak v mi\u0161ti\u010dke. <br>Presne viem, \u017ee to bol pondelok, preto\u017ee v pondelok mami\u010dka nechodila do pr\u00e1ce a ke\u010f som sa vracala v pondelky domov, tak tam v\u017edy bola. A v pondelok bol v Selciach u n\u00e1s n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00fd de\u0148, preto\u017ee v\u0161etci vedeli, \u017ee pondelky s\u00fa vo\u013en\u00e9. Poobede k n\u00e1m pri\u0161la Vierka Vicianka aj s nejak\u00fdmi kamo\u0161kami z pr\u00e1ce a ako pohostenie boli z\u00e1kusky a oblo\u017een\u00e9 tanieriky s rusk\u00fdmi vajciami \ud83d\ude42<br>Ve\u013ek\u00e9 \u0161\u0165astie, \u017ee MDD toho roku vy\u0161iel na pondelkov\u00fd n\u00e1v\u0161tevn\u00fd de\u0148 a spojilo sa pr\u00edjemn\u00e9 s u\u017eito\u010dn\u00fdm. T\u00fato \u010dasov\u00fa kon\u0161tel\u00e1ciu som si musela zasl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165, lebo toho vajca by som sa asi nedo\u010dkala nikdy. \ud83d\ude42<br>Na druh\u00fd de\u0148 sa n\u00e1s s\u00fadru\u017eka u\u010dite\u013eka p\u00fdtala, ako sme osl\u00e1vili MDD a ja som s b\u00e1z\u0148ou v hlase riekla:  &#8222;Dostala som rusk\u00e9 vajce&#8220;.  Medzi spolu\u017eiakmi som bola hrdinkou ve\u013ekou.<br>Po \u010dase k tej jednej kni\u017eke pribudli r\u00f4zne p\u00edsanky, p\u00edsan\u00e9 mami\u010dkin\u00fdm p\u00edsmom, pod\u013ea ktor\u00fdch by som asi neupiekla ni\u010d, lebo ona to br\u00e1vala len ako pozn\u00e1mky a napr\u00edklad je tam nap\u00edsan\u00e9 <br>&#8222;lond\u00ednske rezy&#8220; (aj s t\u00fdm m\u00e4kk\u00fdm i)<br>linzert, alebo miesen\u00e9 cesto<br>A ke\u010f si teraz listujem v t\u00fdchto knih\u00e1ch a p\u00edsank\u00e1ch, tak na m\u0148a vypad\u00favaj\u00fa r\u00f4zne l\u00edstky, kde je &#8222;Bo\u017ekin ke\u010dup&#8220;, alebo  &#8222;fajn\u00e1 b\u00e1bovka&#8220;, alebo &#8222;Jo\u017eo angorsk\u00e9 zajace a za t\u00fdm Jo\u017eova adresa&#8220; Nikdy, nikdy to nevyhod\u00edm a pova\u017eujem to za svoje dedi\u010dstvo. A kto to vyhod\u00ed po mojej smrti, tak nech mu ruka odpadne.<br>Aj u m\u0148a v byte je plno kuch\u00e1rskych kn\u00edh, jedna z nich je nesmierne obchytan\u00e1. Je to ve\u013ek\u00e1 medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e1 kuch\u00e1rka. Dostala som ju od m\u00f4jho prv\u00e9ho svokra, p\u00e1na Chmela, ako dar\u010dek na MD\u017d. Bola ve\u013emi cenen\u00e1 a bol to ve\u013ek\u00fd \u00fazky profil v tom \u010dase. Neviem, \u010di som z nej niekedy varila, ale bolo v nej stra\u0161ne ve\u013ea obr\u00e1zkov, tak\u017ee je viac vypozeran\u00e1 ako vyvaren\u00e1.<br>Ve\u013ea kuch\u00e1rskych kn\u00edh som povyhr\u00e1vala za r\u00f4zne recepty, ktor\u00e9 som posielala na r\u00f4zne internetov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky o varen\u00ed. Datab\u00e1zy e\u0161te neboli zaplnen\u00e9 a tak kadejak\u00e9 dom\u00e9ny ne\u0161etrili, aby im tam \u013eudia posielali recepty, ktor\u00e9 mali pri sebe aj fotku. Ob\u010das som z nich aj nie\u010do uvarila, nie\u017ee nie.<br>Teraz u\u017e neposielam nikde ni\u010d, nikde nes\u00fa\u0165a\u017e\u00edm a kuch\u00e1rske knihy nekupujem, pokia\u013e ich nedostanem ako dar\u010dek, ktor\u00fd v\u017edy s ve\u013ek\u00fdm pote\u0161en\u00edm prijmem a som mu ve\u013emi rada.<br>Ale kupujem si kuch\u00e1rske \u010dasopisy. <br>A to je e\u0161te len ne\u0161\u0165astie.<br>Je mi stra\u0161ne \u013e\u00fato ich vyhadzova\u0165, lebo ich kupujem ka\u017ed\u00e9 dva t\u00fd\u017edne a tvoria sa mi z nich kopy. Ke\u010f si sadnem k nejakej a za\u010dnem v nej listova\u0165, tak vid\u00edm, \u017ee som z toho vlastne ni\u010d neuvarila a znovu to len polo\u017e\u00edm na t\u00fa kopu. A tak sa mi tvoria kopy v mn\u00edchovskom, v bystrickom a u\u017e aj okrouhlickom b\u00fdvan\u00ed.<br>Na chate som to za\u010dala rie\u0161i\u0165 tak, \u017ee som s nimi za\u010dala podpa\u013eova\u0165 ohen v piecke a k\u00fdm tak urob\u00edm prelistujem a ak nie\u010do vid\u00edm ako n\u00e1pad, len vytrhnem. Kompozi\u010dn\u00fd vrchol bol, ke\u010f som za\u010dala u\u017e podpa\u013eova\u0165 vytrhnut\u00fdmi receptami, lebo u\u017e aj t\u00fdch bola pekn\u00e1 kopa.  Vylo\u017eila som jednu kopu na chodn\u00edk v Mn\u00edchove&#8230;nikto, ale\u017ee nikto o to nemal z\u00e1ujem. V bystrickom vchode tie\u017e ni\u010d, akur\u00e1t mi prip\u00edsali na oznam o darovan\u00ed &#8222;slovensk\u00e9 nem\u00e1\u0161?&#8220;<br>Internetov\u00e9 predplatn\u00e9 ignorujem. Raz som tak urobila a ke\u010f som ho po roku neobnovila, tak som stratila pr\u00edstup aj k t\u00fdm \u010d\u00edslam, za ktor\u00e9 som za ne zaplatila. To ma tak najedovalo, \u017ee som s t\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom skon\u010dila a pouva\u017eujem o nom, a\u017e ke\u010f sa toto vyrie\u0161i. <br>A takto som raz tak nad\u00e1vala pred p\u00e1r rokmi u Dobrej \u0160vagrinej Ka\u010denky na syst\u00e9m internetov\u00e9ho predplatn\u00e9ho a ona mi povedala, \u017ee ona si zaplatila ro\u010dn\u00e9 predplatn\u00e9 na norm\u00e1lne tla\u010den\u00e9 \u010d\u00edsla Apetita. Vzh\u013eadom na ich vtedaj\u0161\u00ed nap\u00e4t\u00fd rozpo\u010det, preto\u017ee bola na materskej, to bol s Martinom Dobr\u00fdm \u0160vagrom, celkom boj a musela mu s\u013e\u00fabi\u0165, \u017ee z ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010d\u00edsla mus\u00ed uvari\u0165 aspo\u0148 dva recepty. <br>Ke\u010f som vhadzovala do kontajneru na trieden\u00fd odpad v Bystrici jednu z k\u00f4p variacich \u010dasopisov, spomenula som si na t\u00fa podmienku a tak som si sama pre seba dala t\u00fa ist\u00fa . Nek\u00fapim \u010fal\u0161ie \u010d\u00edslo, ak z predo\u0161l\u00e9ho neuvar\u00edm aspo\u0148 dve jedl\u00e1.<br>A toto je prv\u00fd recept po tomto z\u00e1v\u00e4zku. <br>Ide o S\u00fcdtirol Apfelstrudel mit M\u00fcrbeteig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jablkov\u00e1 \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea. Ke\u010f ja neviem. Ja to m\u00e1m v hlave nastaven\u00e9 takto.<br>\u0160tr\u00fad\u013ea sa rob\u00ed  z ve\u013emi tenk\u00e9ho, \u0165ahan\u00e9ho cesta, ktor\u00e9 vol\u00e1me \u0161tr\u00fad\u013eov\u00e9 a je \u0161pecifick\u00e9. A m\u00f4\u017eeme pou\u017ei\u0165 aj fillo cesto.   Cesto je posypan\u00e9 n\u00e1pl\u0148ou po celej ploche a cesto sa roluje. Na reze je vidie\u0165, n\u00e1pl\u0148 a cesto ako sa zav\u00ed\u0148a po celom reze.<br>Toto pre m\u0148a spl\u0148uje parametre \u0161tr\u00fadle.<br>Ke\u010f sa rob\u00ed t\u00fdmto sp\u00f4sobom z\u00e1kusok z pi\u0161k\u00f3tovit\u00e9ho  cesta, plnen\u00e9ho kr\u00e9mom, tak je to rol\u00e1da. <br>Ostatn\u00e9 zakr\u00facance s\u00fa z\u00e1viny. <br>Pokia\u013e nahrniem n\u00e1pl\u0148, len na jednu stranu, po celej jej d\u013a\u017eke a nejako ju utesn\u00edm cestom, t\u00fdm, \u017ee ju mo\u017eno trochu zarolujem, tak to pova\u017eujem za z\u00e1vin. <br>M\u00f4\u017eeme namieta\u0165, \u017ee formou \u0161tr\u00fadle sa d\u00e1 robi\u0165 aj kysnut\u00e9 cesto. Pokia\u013e ho rozva\u013ek\u00e1m natenko, tak skuto\u010dne , m\u00f4\u017eeme n\u00e1plne rozostrie\u0165 po celej ploche a zarolova\u0165 od mali\u010dkej z\u00e1vitky, a\u017e po t\u00fa najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu. Cez to v\u0161etko ,  tomuto pomenovaniu &#8222;kysnut\u00e1 \u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea&#8220;  sa striktne vyh\u00fdbam a pou\u017eijem rad\u0161ej &#8222;kysnut\u00fd z\u00e1vin&#8220; A to ist\u00e9 sa t\u00fdka pri ceste l\u00edstkovom. Vol\u00e1m to &#8222;z\u00e1vin z l\u00edstkov\u00e9ho cesta&#8220;<br>Jasne, \u017ee niekedy pri p\u00edsan\u00ed receptu pou\u017eijem v\u00fdraz &#8222;\u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea&#8220; aj pri z\u00e1vine, ale mus\u00edm sa V\u00e1m prizna\u0165. <br>Rob\u00edm to cielene.<br>Mohla by som teraz vojs\u0165 do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho m\u00f4jho receptu a opravi\u0165 si to pod\u013ea defin\u00edcie, ktor\u00fa som V\u00e1m teraz pop\u00edsala, aby som si sama sebe neodporovala. <br>Iba\u017ee ja viem, \u017ee drviv\u00e1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina u\u017e\u00edvate\u013eov a h\u013eada\u010dov na internete, to nem\u00e1 takto v hlave ur\u010den\u00e9 a pri vyh\u013ead\u00e1van\u00ed receptov cez prehliada\u010de, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa nain\u0161talovan\u00e9, zadaj\u00fa v\u00fdraz &#8222;\u0161tr\u00fad\u013ea&#8220;. A takto h\u013eadaj\u00fa u\u017e\u00edvatelia aj na mojom blogu, kde do vyh\u013ead\u00e1va\u010da zadaj\u00fa toto slovo. A preto vs\u00favam do receptov obidva v\u00fdrazy, aby im na\u0161lo \u010do najviac mo\u017enost\u00ed. Ale pri zad\u00e1van\u00ed n\u00e1zvov dan\u00e9ho receptu sa dr\u017e\u00edm mojej z\u00e1sady.<br>A teraz k samotn\u00e9mu receptu.<br>Mojim dvom nemeck\u00fdm variacim \u010dasopisom absol\u00fatne d\u00f4verujem a preto sa m\u00e1lokedy pozriem na internet na nejak\u00e9 uk\u00e1\u017eky. Urob\u00edm to len vtedy ke\u010f naraz\u00edm na nejak\u00e9 v\u00fdrazivo, ktor\u00e9 nie som schopn\u00e1 prelozi\u0165 a tak idem do vyh\u013ead\u00e1va\u010da, alebo na jutub pre uk\u00e1\u017eku.<br>S t\u00fdmto receptom som nemala probl\u00e9m pri \u010d\u00edtan\u00ed, tak\u017ee som i\u0161la do neho na prv\u00fa dobr\u00fa.<br>Chyba.<br>Neprelo\u017eila som si nadpis a netu\u0161ila som, \u017ee ten M\u00fcrbeteig je krehk\u00e9 cesto a pri samotnom pe\u010den\u00ed mi to nedo\u0161lo. <br>Po upe\u010den\u00ed som ostala v\u00e1\u017ene zm\u00e4ten\u00e1 a uvedomila som si, \u017ee ako mi ch\u00fdba mami\u010dka, ktorej by som zatelefonovala a poradila sa. Nemala som sa s k\u00fdm poradi\u0165, hoci tak nejako som vedela, \u017ee aj keby som mala t\u00fa mo\u017enos\u0165 konzult\u00e1cie, ona v t\u00fdchto dom\u00e1cich kol\u00e1\u010doch nebola majstrom sveta. <br>Cesto mi chutilo ako maslov\u00e9 keksy. V\u00e1\u017ene. Hlavne ako e\u0161te tepl\u00e9.<br>Ani konzistencia nebola zvy\u010dajn\u00e1. Pri\u0161lo mi, \u017ee je tam m\u00e1lo m\u00faky a u\u017e som prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala, \u010di to v\u00f4bec da\u0165 na blog. Nevedela som \u010di je mo\u017en\u00e9, aby trochu zmenen\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia spracovania cesta, urob\u00ed tak\u00fato zmenu.<br>A tak som i\u0161la na konzult\u00e1ciu s jutubom. <br>A skuto\u010dne je v\u0161etko spr\u00e1vne a m\u00e1 to takto by\u0165. <br>Dokonca sa mi zd\u00e1, \u017ee t\u00e1 moja bola pri roben\u00ed h\u00e1dam najvymaznanej\u0161ia. T\u00ed profesion\u00e1lni kuch\u00e1ri sa s t\u00fdm absol\u00fatne nep\u00e1rali a pr\u00e1sk pr\u00e1sk pr\u00e1sk, ak sa im nebodaj urobila trhlina, tak urezal p\u00e1sik a zalepil.<br>Tak\u017ee \u00e1no, je in\u00e1, ako by som o\u010dak\u00e1vala. <br>DM ju zjedol takmer na posedenie. Citr\u00f3n d\u00f4kladne umyjeme kefkou pod te\u010d\u00facou vodou.<br \/>R\u00e1no nastr\u00fahame \u017elt\u00fa citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru na jemno a vylisujeme \u0161\u0165avu bez jadierok.<br \/>Do\u00a0 ve\u013ekej misy vlo\u017e\u00edme odv\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 maslo, cukor a vanilkov\u00fd cukor. \u0160\u013eaha\u010dom vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me do penista. Prid\u00e1me \u0161tvrtku ly\u017ei\u010dky citr\u00f3novej k\u00f4ry, \u0161tipku soli , dve polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice mlieka ( alebo s mliekom po\u010dkajte a\u017e po zamie\u0161an\u00ed m\u00faky, aby ste videli, \u010di V\u00e1m treba cesto nariedi\u0165, in\u00fa funkciu tu mlieko nem\u00e1) a mal\u00e9 vajce. Ak nem\u00e1te mal\u00e9 vaj\u00ed\u010dka, len ve\u013ek\u00e9, tak ve\u013ek\u00e9 vajce roz\u0161\u013eahajte a do masla vlejte dve tretiny a ostatok si nechajte na potretie z\u00e1vinu. E\u0161te prid\u00e1me \u0161tipku soli a mal\u00fa ly\u017ei\u010dku pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva. Znovu pre\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me.<br \/>O tomto som p\u00edsala v rozpr\u00e1van\u00ed, \u017ee som si myslela, \u017ee cesto je in\u00e9 kv\u00f4li technol\u00f3gii. E\u0161te nikdy som nerobila cesto na z\u00e1vin tak, aby som ho \u0161\u013eahala metli\u010dkami.<br \/>Nakoniec ru\u010dne zapracujeme m\u00faku a r\u00fdchlymi \u0165ahmi vypracujeme cesto.
