T\u00fa lep\u0161iu polovicu DM zjedol norm\u00e1lne, akokeby sa ni\u010d nestalo a t\u00fa zni\u010den\u00fa druh\u00fa polovicu som nakr\u00e1jala a urobila som citr\u00f3nov\u00fd trifle.<br \/>\nZ pokusov o jednoduch\u00fd citr\u00f3nov\u00fd kol\u00e1\u010d bez kr\u00e9mu, m\u00e1m tri nov\u00e9 recepty na blogu, lebo nie som schopn\u00e1 ho upiec\u0165 tak ako sa patr\u00ed, do frasa.<br \/>\nPripadala som si ako mami\u010dka (bo\u017etek do neb\u00ed\u010dka), ktor\u00e1 sa ka\u017ed\u00fd t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 pok\u00fa\u0161ala o \u017eem\u013eovku s penou, tak ,aby jej t\u00e1 pena po upe\u010den\u00ed nesp\u013easla na palacinku. Tat\u00edk sa mi vtedy zd\u00f4veril, \u017ee \u017eem\u013eovku u\u017e nem\u00f4\u017ee ani vidie\u0165.<br \/>\nTak\u017ee tret\u00ed kr\u00e1t toto.<br \/>\nPovedala som si, \u017ee to nie je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee to mus\u00ed by\u0165 zl\u00fd recept.<br \/>\nA tak som sa nedr\u017eala otrocky receptu, ale intuit\u00edvne som menila to, \u010do som pova\u017eovala za potrebn\u00e9 zmeni\u0165.<br \/>\nAj tak to nevy\u0161lo ako som si predstavovala. Ja som si predstavovala, \u017ee to nebude klasick\u00fd bochn\u00edk v tvare kv\u00e1dra,\u00a0 ale \u017ee vrch toho kol\u00e1\u010da bude zodvihnut\u00fd nad formou a povrch bude presne v strede prasknut\u00fd.\u00a0 Tak ako to b\u00fdva na plag\u00e1toch, reklam\u00e1ch a na internete predsa. Ja viem, \u017ee kr\u00e9m do\u00a0 odpa\u013eovan\u00fdch ven\u010dekov by bol skvel\u00fd, keby v \u0148om bolo viac rumu, ale ten kr\u00e9m by to neuniesol a zredol by. Naviac dreva v zelenom opare.<br \/>\nCel\u00fd instagram sa hem\u017e\u00ed fotkami, kde je na kol\u00e1\u010doch citr\u00f3nov\u00e1 poleva, biela ako padl\u00fd sneh, rovn\u00e1 ako st\u00f4l a bez jednej chybi\u010dky. Nech si to str\u010dia a nechaj\u00fa si ju&#8230;.v\u0161ak. A to nehovor\u00edm o tom, \u017ee tie kol\u00e1\u010de s takouto polevou, s\u00fa aj bezchybne nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9, bez jednej jedinej prasklinky, omrvinky a hrub\u00e9ho rezu&#8230;..nech si to str\u010dia druh\u00fdkr\u00e1t. V\u0161ak.<br \/>\nA cesto je \u017elt\u00e9, ako p\u00fapava. Tret\u00edkr\u00e1t.<br \/>\nA tie pist\u00e1ciov\u00e9 orechy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Keby som bola Erika z Hornej Dolnej, tak by som mu na to povedala : &#8222;Hovado&#8220;. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nNo nie som a tak som mu uvarila Earl\u00a0 Grey a t\u00ed\u0161ko ho sledovala ako mu chut\u00ed.<br \/>\nA budem opakova\u0165, tak veru.<\/p>\n<h2>Suroviny:<\/h2>\n<p>Na 8 cm hlbok\u00fa formu 26 x 11, budeme potrebova\u0165<\/p>\n<p>3 vajcia<br \/>\n230 g cukru<br \/>\n120 g cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche (kysl\u00e1 smotana, min.30 percentn\u00e1)<br \/>\n75 g masla<br \/>\n2 pln\u00e9 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice nemlet\u00fd mak<br \/>\nstr\u00fahan\u00e1 k\u00f4ra a \u0161\u0165ava z cel\u00e9ho citr\u00f3na<br \/>\n210 g m\u00faky<br \/>\n1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva<\/p>\n<p>Na polevu<br \/>\n110 g pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd cukor<br \/>\n2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice citr\u00f3nov\u00e1 \u0161\u0165ava<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Zapneme r\u00faru na 180 stup\u0148ov.<br \/>\nDo men\u0161ieho\u00a0 hrn\u010deka d\u00e1me roztopi\u0165 na malom plameni maslo.<br \/>\nDo masla nasypeme mak a\u00a0 nastr\u00fahan\u00fa \u017elt\u00fa k\u00f4ru z citr\u00f3na. Str\u00fahajte len po bielu vrstvu, t\u00e1 u\u017e b\u00fdva hork\u00e1.<br \/>\nHrn\u010dek d\u00e1me bokom.<br \/>\nFormu vylo\u017e\u00edme papierom na pe\u010denie, tak aby nikde neodst\u00e1val a nekr\u010dil sa.<br \/>\nDo misy rozbijeme tri vajcia a z\u013eahka na\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me, prid\u00e1me cukor a vy\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me do zhustnutia. Masa naberie na objeme a zbelie.<br \/>\nPrid\u00e1me hust\u00fa kysl\u00fa smotanu a za\u0161\u013eah\u00e1me. Mne t\u00e1 vaje\u010dn\u00e1 zmes zredla, zredla mi aj prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t, tak\u017ee to asi tak m\u00e1 by\u0165. Ak V\u00e1m to r\u00fara upe\u010die za t\u00fa dobu, dobre. Ak nie, tak pe\u010dte dlh\u0161ie.
