Fakt som nech\u00e1pala.<br \/>A mami\u010dka vrav\u00ed, \u017ee nech ho urob\u00edm, \u017ee ona to nejedla h\u00e1dam\u00a0 aj 50 rokov.<br \/>Padlo teda rozhodnutie a ja som i\u0161la na n\u00e1kup.<br \/>Bo\u017ee,\u00a0 ve\u010f na SK nem\u00e1me \u0161pen\u00e1t od Igla v kock\u00e1ch , so smotanou!!!!! <br \/>Na\u0161la som v kock\u00e1ch , ale len listov\u00fd a nijako neupraven\u00fd.<br \/>Tak som musela k\u00fapi\u0165 mrazen\u00e9 pyr\u00e9 v kuse.<br \/>Moje nervy.<br \/>Z varenia \u0161pen\u00e1tu sa n\u00e1hle nestala z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165 desiatich\u00a0 min\u00fat,\u00a0 od vybratia bal\u00ed\u010dku z mrazni\u010dky, a\u017e po jedenie.<br \/>Stal sa z toho proces, ktor\u00fd zaoberal mnoh\u00e9 \u00fakony, ktor\u00e9 s t\u00fdm mn\u00edchovsk\u00fdm robi\u0165 nemus\u00edm.<br \/>Tak ako som ja nad\u00e1vala tak to som u\u017e d\u00e1vno nie.<br \/>Tak som si zaprem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala, \u017ee ako \u010dlovek stra\u0161ne r\u00fdchle navykne na pohodlnos\u0165 a v\u0161etky tie civiliza\u010dn\u00e9 vymo\u017eenosti.<br \/>Aj pri tom poondiatom varen\u00ed a procesov v kuchyni.<br \/>Ja si pam\u00e4t\u00e1m napr\u00edklad, ako to bolo u mojej &#8222;mamy&#8220; (star\u00e1 mama Betka z Podkon\u00edc).<br \/>Mala spor\u00e1k na drevo, tak\u00fd klasick\u00fd. Neviem, \u010di to e\u0161te niekde, okrem\u00a0 zaostal\u00e9ho\u00a0 vidieckeho Ruska a tretieho sveta,\u00a0 ako prim\u00e1rny zdroj na varenie a k\u00farenie, pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa.<br \/>Tak pou\u017e\u00edva sa aj u n\u00e1s,\u00a0 nie\u017ee nie. Napr\u00edklad dedo Oldrich na chate, m\u00e1 spor\u00e1k a ke\u010f sa su\u0161ia huby, ktor\u00e9 visia vo ve\u013ek\u00fdch sie\u0165ov\u00fdch r\u00e1moch nad spor\u00e1kom, tak v \u0148om k\u00fari a aj na \u0148om var\u00ed. Ale to je len to jesenn\u00e9 obdobie.<br \/>Inak var\u00ed na plyne a ten spor\u00e1k m\u00e1 sp\u00f4sobne prikryt\u00fd a sl\u00fa\u017ei ako pracovn\u00e1 plocha.<br \/>Rozumiete ako to mysl\u00edm. E\u0161te spor\u00e1ky na dedin\u00e1ch kde tu funguj\u00fa, ale v\u017edy je tam aj n\u00e1hradn\u00fd sp\u00f4sob, v podobe plynu, alebo elektriky. Spor\u00e1k je tak\u00e9 n\u00fadzov\u00e9 rie\u0161enie, alebo rie\u0161enie, ke\u010f m\u00e1me ve\u013ea odpadov\u00e9ho dreva, s ktor\u00fdm sa ned\u00e1 ni\u010d in\u00e9 robi\u0165, len ho sp\u00e1li\u0165 v spor\u00e1ku.<br \/>No a pred t\u00fdmi xxx rokmi, k\u00fdm nemala Mama z Podkon\u00edc plynov\u00fd spor\u00e1k, mala len ten na drevo. A \u017eiadne \u00fastredn\u00e9 k\u00farenie.<br \/>V k\u00fape\u013eni bol bojler, do ktor\u00e9ho sa tie\u017e k\u00farilo drevom.<br \/>Jej deti boli mlad\u00e9 a chodili do pr\u00e1ce a \u0161koly v BB.<br \/>Ona uvarila napr\u00edklad fazu\u013eov\u00fa polievku, ktor\u00e1 bola odlo\u017een\u00e1 na boku spor\u00e1ka, aby bola tepl\u00e1 a oni ako prich\u00e1dzali , tak sa najedli.<br \/>Monika pri\u0161la domov zo \u0161koly, si vybrala \u010dist\u00fd tanier a \u010dist\u00fa ly\u017eicu.<br \/>Ke\u010f dojedla tak ten tanier a ly\u017eicu len vypl\u00e1chla studenou vodou, lebo tepl\u00e1 sa musela hria\u0165. A ten tanier nechala ved\u013ea toho hrnca.<br \/>Pri\u0161la Anna z pr\u00e1ce, zobrala ten tanier a ly\u017eicu, nabrala si, najedla sa a vypl\u00e1chla tanier a ly\u017eicu a znovu ho polo\u017eila len ved\u013ea hrnca.<br \/>Pri\u0161iel Jozef z pr\u00e1ce, proces sa zopakoval.<br \/>Pri\u0161iel star\u00fd tato z dru\u017estva a tie\u017e to ist\u00e9.<br \/>Takto sa najedla cel\u00e1 rodina a ke\u010f bol u nich varovan\u00ed aj m\u00f4j star\u0161\u00ed brat, ako mali\u010dk\u00fd Jo\u017eko, tak sa najedol z toho taniera aj on a nakoniec aj Mama Betka.<br \/>Viete si to predstavi\u0165 , tak\u00e9 nie\u010do teraz?<br \/>Najprv by\u00a0 sa fujkovalo, potom by sa hnusilo, potom by t\u00ed fajnovej\u0161\u00ed tvrdili, \u017ee sa im dv\u00edha \u017eal\u00fadok a ble ble ble ble.<br \/>Ja sa nechcem vraca\u0165 do tej minulosti, ani za svet. Ale okrem Mamy Betky a Tata Pi\u0161tu, st\u00e1le v\u0161etci v zdrav\u00ed \u017eij\u00fa. Aj Zlatena, aj An\u010da, aj Mo\u0148a, aj Jo\u017eo. A v\u0161etci maj\u00fa od 70 rokov po 90.<br \/>Mus\u00edm poveda\u0165, \u017ee M\u00f4j Dobr\u00fd Brat mal ist\u00fd \u010das tendenciu, v r\u00e1mci spomienkov\u00e9ho romantizmu, zavies\u0165 tieto maniere v Selciach, ale sme ho hnali s t\u00fdm kade\u013eah\u0161ie.<br \/>Mne ke\u010f vypadne elektrika, tak som ako bez dvoch r\u00fak.<br \/>Nejde mi k\u00farenie, nejde mi tepl\u00e1 voda, nejde mi chladni\u010dka a mrazni\u010dka, mus\u00edm um\u00fdva\u0165 riad ru\u010dne v ohriatej vode, nem\u00f4\u017eem pra\u0165, vys\u00e1va\u0165, nepo\u010dujem zvon\u010dek, \u017ee mi priniesli n\u00e1kup. A o tom \u017ee sa nedostanem na pc a telev\u00edzor ani nehovor\u00edm.<br \/>Ak raz budeme bez elektriky, tak pre m\u0148a to bude ako n\u00e1vrat do doby kamennej.<br \/>A to v\u00f4bec nehovor\u00edm, ak prestane tiec\u0165 voda.<br \/>To som si za\u017eila na tri dni na chate minul\u00fd rok a poviem V\u00e1m to bolo peklo.<br \/>Ale o tom u\u017e nabud\u00face.<br \/>Tak\u017ee toto mi preletelo hlavou, ke\u010f som dochucovala ten \u0161pen\u00e1t po dvoch hodin\u00e1ch.<br \/>Nebol tak\u00fd dobr\u00fd, ako ke\u010f ho uvar\u00edm v Mn\u00edchove z toho kockat\u00e9ho Igla \u0161pen\u00e1tu, u\u017e zo smotanou, ale dal sa.<br \/>A urobila som im ho zo zemiakov\u00fdmi \u0161\u00fa\u013eancami.\u00a0 mnou ru\u010dne roben\u00fdmi.<br \/>A obidvaja , aj Dobr\u00e1 aj str\u00fahan\u00fd,\u00a0 mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd orie\u0161ok, ale jedn\u00e9ho d\u0148a sme sa rozhodli, \u017ee n\u00e1m to nechut\u00ed .\u00a0 Ak chcete chu\u0165 ozvl\u00e1\u0161tni\u0165, tak si trochu pridajte.<\/p>\n<p>Po upe\u010den\u00ed,\u00a0 v panvici na troche oleja , opra\u017ete tenk\u00e9 mesia\u010diky cibule do zlata a odlo\u017e\u00edme na tepl\u00e9 miesto.<br \/>Do panvice prilejeme 100 ml smotany a vsypeme do nej 500 g mrazen\u00fdch \u0161pen\u00e1tov\u00fdch kociek. Privedieme do varu , d\u00e1me pod pokrievku a nech\u00e1me dusi\u0165 do \u00fapln\u00e9ho rozpadnutia \u0161pen\u00e1tu.<br \/>Takto ale pripravujem \u0161pen\u00e1t v Mn\u00edchove a ke\u010f\u017ee na Slovensku ho zatia\u013e nemaj\u00fa, tak som musela improvizova\u0165 a varenie bolo viacmenej intuit\u00edvne.<br \/>Mrazen\u00fd pretlak nech\u00e1me povoli\u0165. <br \/>Ja som to nechala v hrnci asi dve hodiny a vytieklo mi z toho ve\u013ea vody. Neviem, \u010di to z ka\u017ed\u00e9ho pretlaku to\u013eko vyte\u010die, alebo som k\u00fapila zl\u00fd.<br \/>Na ly\u017eici masla a ly\u017eici oleja som podusila nasekan\u00e9 dva str\u00fa\u010diky cesnaku\u00a0 a urestovala som ly\u017eicu hladkej m\u00faky.<br \/>Pridala som \u00faplne povolen\u00fd \u0161pen\u00e1tov\u00fd pretlak, priliala som smotanu a dve vajcia.<br
