Cibulu ocistime a nasekame nadrobno. Masovy zaklad by mal pustit nieco malo stavicky.<br \/>\nV tejto faze maso hojne posypeme mletou paprikou, osolime, posypeme drvenou rascou a pridame stiplavu papricku (podla svojej chuti). Vsetko poriadne miesame asi minuty, kym sa nam cervena paprika *nerozpusti* .
