Vlani.<br>Tento rok by sme u\u017e mo\u017eno z nej upiekli aj jeden kol\u00e1\u010d.<br>Ale \u010dlovek mieni P\u00e1n Boh men\u00ed.<br>Tento rok Okrouhl\u00edk vynech\u00e1vame. <br>Teda nie\u017ee tam na\u0161a noha nevkro\u010d\u00ed, ale prehodili sme si to s Tetou Pavlou.<br>Doteraz sme tam b\u00fdvali t\u00fdch &#8230;bis\u0165u&#8230;osem mesiacov do roka my a TP tam chodievala na kr\u00e1tke n\u00e1v\u0161tevy, no a odteraz je to naopak. Teta Pavla sa tam nas\u0165ahovala natrvalo a my tam budeme chodi\u0165 na kr\u00e1tke n\u00e1v\u0161tevy. <br>Aby sme tam b\u00fdvali v\u0161etci je nemyslite\u013en\u00e9.<br>Teta Pavla a Dobr\u00e1 Svorka s\u00fa tam doma, my sme boli n\u00e1v\u0161teva a tak je to takto spravodliv\u00e9.<br>A teraz do\u0161lo k nedorobkom v na\u0161om mn\u00edchovskom byt\u00edku.<br>Keby sme sa pres\u0165ahovali aj tento rok na chatu, tak sme tam u\u017e dobr\u00e9 dva t\u00fd\u017edne. A a\u017e do konca okt\u00f3bra by sme hovorili o tom, ako budeme musie\u0165, po n\u00e1vrate do Mn\u00edchova urobi\u0165 to a to a hento. A nikdy ni\u010d neurob\u00edme.<br>A tento rok, u\u017e Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel opravil dl\u00e1\u017eku v chodbe.<br>Vyzeralo to na stra\u0161ne ve\u013ek\u00fd projekt.<br>Pred 15 rokmi sme odk\u00fapili n\u00e1\u0161 byt\u00edk a hne\u010f sme ho aj prezaria\u010fovali. <br>Vtedy DM e\u0161te nebol tak\u00fd kutil a gazda, ako je teraz. Tak\u00fdm sa stal len na chate. <br>Tak\u017ee sa stalo to, \u017ee \u00e1no, dali sme vyrobi\u0165 komplet na mieru kuchy\u0148u, chodbu aj ob\u00fdva\u010dku. <br>Ale \u017ee sa za\u010d\u00edna takpovediac od podlahy , n\u00e1s absol\u00fatne nenapadlo.<br>Tak\u00e1 elektrika.<br>Nem\u00e1me probl\u00e9m, asi je elektrika v poriadku.  M\u00e1m aj dostatok elektrick\u00fdch z\u00e1suviek a s\u00fa tam,  kde by mali by\u0165 a kde ich potrebujem. Ale nem\u00e1m uroben\u00fd, nejak\u00fd samostatn\u00fd okruh \u010di \u010do , na  elektrick\u00fa r\u00faru a ke\u010f\u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 byt je v okruhu , asi desiatich percent mn\u00edchovsk\u00fdch bytov, kde je zaveden\u00fd plyn na varenie, tak sme len tak, lusknut\u00edm prstov, k\u00fapili plynov\u00fa r\u00faru. Tu treba poveda\u0165, \u017ee ani ja som vtedy e\u0161te nebola tak\u00e1 kuch\u00e1rka a pek\u00e1rka, \u017eeby som vedela ak\u00fd je rozdiel v pe\u010den\u00ed z\u00e1kuskov a pe\u010diva  v plyne, alebo v elektrike. Keby sme to robili teraz, tak trv\u00e1m na elektrickej r\u00fare.<br>\u010co\u017ee by nie&#8230;laskonky upe\u010diem len tak &#8211; \u0161m\u00edrom \u0161m\u00e1rom vala\u0161ti\u010dka- , tie sa nepe\u010d\u00fa, ale vlastne len su\u0161ia. Ale upiec\u0165 v\u0161etko ostatn\u00e9 bez toho, aby som spodok nemala tmav\u00fd a vrch  biely, je umenie. Laskonky nie s\u00fa rodinn\u00fdm favoritom a kto by sa s t\u00fdm prtil, len pre DM. <br>Alebo podlahy.<br>V hlavn\u00fdch miestnostiach a chodbe s\u00fa dreven\u00e9. \u010co\u017ee sme my tu\u0161ili, \u017ee by bolo fajn to skontrolova\u0165?<br>A tak pri\u0161li Poko\u0161ovi Chlapi z BB na kami\u00f3ne s n\u00e1bytkom. My sme odi\u0161li a nechali sme ich tu, nech to v\u0161etko urobia. <br>A po rokoch sme sa na na jednom mieste v chodbe,  za\u010dali hojda\u0165 a prepada\u0165. Pred piatimi rokmi tam DM polo\u017eil nov\u00fa krytinu a t\u00e1 sa na tom mieste aj zlomila. <br>DM bol z\u00fafal\u00fd.<br>Na podlahe bol zmontovan\u00fd n\u00e1bytok, ktor\u00fd sa nedal rozobra\u0165, bol lepen\u00fd a bol od podlahy a\u017e po strop.<br>No ale nejako rozobral to,  \u010do sa rozobra\u0165 dalo. Na\u0161tudoval, ako sa opravuje dreven\u00e1 podlaha v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee nie je zhnit\u00e1 a netu\u0161\u00edme, ak\u00fd je pod \u0148ou podklad. A opravil to.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br>Polo\u017eil znovu krytinu na tie dosky a my nem\u00e1me pocit, \u017ee sa prepadneme do susedy pod nami a ke\u010f tadia\u013e prejde ma\u010dka, alebo dve ma\u010dky, alebo ja, alebo DM, \u017ee to v\u0155zganie zobud\u00ed v\u0161etk\u00fdch duchov b\u00fdval\u00fdch majite\u013eov tohto bytu. <br>A toto ho \u010dak\u00e1 aj v sp\u00e1lni.<br>Teraz DM pracuje na balk\u00f3ne.<br>Prizn\u00e1m sa, \u017ee o balk\u00f3ne som mala \u00faplne in\u00e9 predstavy, ale z okrasn\u00e9ho balk\u00f3nu, sa pre n\u00e1s st\u00e1va balk\u00f3n zeleninov\u00fd. <br>T\u00fdm, \u017ee prest\u00e1vame chodi\u0165 na Okrouhl\u00edk, stratila som ma\u0165 vlastn\u00fa cibu\u013eku, vlastn\u00fa a\u010dok\u010du, vlastn\u00e9 paradajky a papriku a r\u00f4zne in\u00e9.<br>Dlho dlho sme prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eali a DM to nejako vymyslel.<br>A teraz na tom pracuje. Tak\u017ee budem ma\u0165 na\u010falej&#8230;d\u00fafam&#8230;vlastn\u00fa jarn\u00fa cibu\u013eku a vlastn\u00fa \u017eeruchu a vlastn\u00fa a\u010dok\u010du a vlastn\u00e9 paradajky a bylinky.<br>DM povedal, \u017ee teraz ke\u010f p\u00f4jde na Okrouhl\u00edk, tak tam predsa len zasad\u00ed aj indick\u00fa uhorku, aj patiz\u00f3ny a ost\u00e1va n\u00e1m d\u00fafa\u0165, \u017ee DT Pavla n\u00e1m to nepokos\u00ed a popri t\u00fdch svojich zelenink\u00e1ch, poleje aj t\u00fa na\u0161u .<br>DT Pavla m\u00e1 kosiacu m\u00e1niu. <br>Ona m\u00e1 tak\u00fa starod\u00e1vnu predstavu, \u017ee to je pekn\u00e9, \u010do netr\u010d\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161ie ako 5 milimetrov.  Na\u0161a l\u00faka pred chatou,  je presne tak\u00e1, ako tr\u00e1vnik pred podnikate\u013esk\u00fdm barokom igelitkov\u00fdch podnikate\u013eov.  \ud83d\ude42 V \u010dasoch ke\u010f vlani pr\u0161alo  a r\u00e1stla l\u00faka, tak kosila ka\u017ed\u00e9 dva tri t\u00fd\u017edne. Boli sme z\u00fafal\u00ed. <br>Neviem ako tento rok, ale tipujem, \u017ee u\u017e mo\u017eno zo  dvakr\u00e1t kosila a som si ist\u00e1, \u017ee pokosila aj Kub\u00edkovu rebarboru. <br>Ve\u010f uvid\u00edme, mo\u017eno sa m\u00fdlim.<br>Dos\u0165 na tom, okrouhl\u00edcku rebarboru nem\u00e1m a na\u0161\u0165astie v obchodoch s\u00fa jej vag\u00f3ny.  Neust\u00e1le ju dokupujem a nie\u010do z nej var\u00edm a pe\u010diem.<br>Toto pe\u010divo bolo v p\u00f4vodnom recepte plnen\u00e9 jablkovou n\u00e1pl\u0148ou a mne to pri\u0161lo v\u0161edn\u00e9 a tak som tam urobila, na ve\u013ek\u00fa Kub\u00edkovu rados\u0165, rebarborov\u00fa.<br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Suroviny:<\/h2>\n<p>Na 14 k\u00faskov pe\u010diva budeme potrebova\u0165 :<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Na cesto:<br \/>250 g hladkej m\u00faky\u00a0<br \/>125 g masla, nakr\u00e1jan\u00e9ho na kocky\u00a0<br \/>50 g pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9ho cukru<br \/>1 mal\u00e9 vajce<br \/>50 g jogurtu\u00a0<br \/>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka pr\u00e1\u0161ku do pe\u010diva<br \/>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka vanilkov\u00e9ho extraktu<\/p>\n<p><br \/>Na plnku:<br \/><br \/>Ja som p\u00f4vodne robila z 3 troch ve\u013ek\u00fdch stopiek , ale n\u00e1plne by mohlo by\u0165 viac, tak uprav\u00edm oproti tomu, ako som to robila,\u00a0 rozpis na v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie mno\u017estvo<\/p>\n<p>5 stoniek rebarbory<br \/>4 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd cukor<br \/>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka plytk\u00e1 mlet\u00e1 \u0161korica<br \/>hrs\u0165 orechov<br \/><br \/><\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Na doske, alebo v mise, kon\u010dekmi prstov zmie\u0161ajte m\u00faku, maslo, pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00fd cukor, pr\u00e1\u0161ok do pe\u010diva a vanilkov\u00fd extrakt. Cesto zaba\u013ete do potravin\u00e1rskej f\u00f3lie a nechajte ho 30 min\u00fat odpo\u010d\u00edva\u0165.<br \/>Ideme urobi\u0165 plnku<br \/>Stopky rebarbory o\u010dist\u00edme a odstr\u00e1nime po\u0161koden\u00e9 a nezdrav\u00e9 \u010dasti. Svojho \u010dasu, ke\u010f som za\u010dala s rebarborou, tak som ako bl\u00e1zniv\u00e1, tie stopky aj \u0161\u00fapala. Toto nerobte, len ju d\u00f4kladne umyte, k\u013eudne aj kefkou, ale ne\u0161\u00fapte ju.\u00a0<br \/>Toto pe\u010divo je mal\u00e9 a potrebujem\u00a0 do plnky naozaj ve\u013emi mal\u00e9 k\u00faso\u010dky. Ja som to no\u017eom absol\u00fatne nebola schopn\u00e1 a tak som tu zase pou\u017eila hojdac\u00ed sek\u00e1\u010d na bylinky. Ak sa rozhodnete pre to, ako som to robila p\u00f4vodne, tak tam i\u0161li 3 stopky a 3 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice hned\u00e9ho cukru.\u00a0<br \/>Rebarboru s orechmi zasypeme cukrom a \u0161koricou a nech\u00e1me post\u00e1\u0165.<br \/>Cesto vyberieme a rozdel\u00edme ho na 14 rovnak\u00fdch guliek. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 gu\u013eka by mohla v\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 pribli\u017ene 40 gramov, nie viac.\u00a0<br \/>Gu\u013eku rozva\u013ek\u00e1me do mierneho vajcovit\u00e9ho tvaru.<br \/>Ak sa n\u00e1m vytvorila v n\u00e1plni tekutina, tak ju zlejeme. N\u00e1pl\u0148 mus\u00ed by\u0165 such\u00e1.<br \/>Polo\u017e\u00edme na doln\u00fa \u010das\u0165 val\u010dek n\u00e1plne (pln\u00e1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka cca) a radielkom, alebo ostr\u00fdm no\u017eom\u00a0 v hornej \u010dasti , od n\u00e1plne smerom nahor, re\u017eeme p\u00e1siky.\u00a0 Radielkujte, a\u017e po ulo\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1plne.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a Tu V\u00e1m chcem nap\u00edsa\u0165, \u017ee nerob\u00edm\u00a0 nikomu reklamu, nedost\u00e1vam od nikoho pr\u00edspevok na propag\u00e1ciu a v\u0161etko \u010do spomeniem na blogu, je preto, lebo to pre\u0161lo mojou empirickou sk\u00fasenos\u0165ou a ak nie\u010do propagujem, tak preto, lebo mne to ve\u013emi pom\u00e1ha a preto rob\u00edm tomu osvetu, \u017eeby to mohlo pom\u00f4c\u0165 aj V\u00e1m. Je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee mlad\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 gazdin\u00e9 pri plnej sile, zvl\u00e1dnu to cesto rozmrvi\u0165 prstami bez nejak\u00fdch probl\u00e9mov, ale ja u\u017e som d\u00f4chodky\u0148a a m\u00e1m bo\u013eav\u00e9 k\u013aby a prsty neohybn\u00e9, tak\u017ee si pom\u00e1ham ako viem.
