On chcel to kombo, pod ktor\u00fdm si ka\u017ed\u00fd Slov\u00e1k  predstav\u00ed pod slovom &#8222;\u010devap\u010di\u010di&#8220;.  Hranolky + m\u00e4sov\u00e9 val\u010deky + hor\u010dica + nadrobno nasekan\u00e1 cibu\u013eka. <br>A tom som zase ja nechcela. <br>Z chaty sme si priniesli stra\u0161ne ve\u013ea zbytkov \u00farody, ktor\u00fa bolo treba ur\u00fdchlene spracova\u0165. Prezret\u00e9 a \u0161\u00faveriace sa papriky, dozrievaj\u00face a m\u00e4kk\u00e9 paradajky, cibu\u013eku a r\u00f4zne in\u00e9 veci, ktor\u00e9 sme priviezli v \u010derstvej forme. A ja ke\u010f potrebujem toto spracova\u0165, tak vtedy nepozn\u00e1m brata&#8230;.vyhadzova\u0165 to nebudem, len preto, lebo DM chce hor\u010dicu a cibu\u013eu a hranolky a ope\u010den\u00e9 m\u00e4so.<br>A hne\u010f po pr\u00edchode som si k\u00fapila nov\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo nemeck\u00e9ho, variaceho \u010dasopisu. U\u017e som mala abs\u0165\u00e1k.<br> Nebolo v \u0148om ni\u010d prevratn\u00e9, ale bol v \u0148om recept na djuve\u010d, kde bol pri varen\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00fd ajvar. <br>A padlo rozhodnutie. <br>Takto som djuve\u010d e\u0161te nevarila. Tej ry\u017ee uvar\u00edm tro\u0161ku viac, preto\u017ee ja \u010devapi jes\u0165 nebudem a budeme ma\u0165 obidvaja par\u00e1dne jedlo spolu s kapustov\u00fdm \u0161al\u00e1tom.<br>A predstavte si to&#8230;..<br>Po\u010das varenia, ke\u010f som vybrala zo \u0161pajzy poh\u00e1rik ajvaru, som zistila, \u017ee to nie je ajvar, ale harissa.<br>A tak som si na\u0161la recept na ajvar, \u017ee si ho v dom\u00e1cich podmienkach ve\u013emi nar\u00fdchlo, nar\u00fdchlo urob\u00edm.<br>Pri tej pr\u00edle\u017eitosti som si okam\u017eite spomenula na ist\u00fa d\u00e1mu  Hannah Neeleman, ktor\u00fa sledujem na instagrame.<br>Je to morm\u00f3nka, mlad\u00e1 mami\u010dka 8 det\u00ed, ktor\u00e1 \u017eije so svojim man\u017eelom na obrovskej farme, ktor\u00e1 sa vol\u00e1 Ballerina Farm. <br>Hannah je nesmierne pekn\u00e1&#8230;v\u00e1\u017ene, ona vyhrala aj s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e pani Amerika vo svojom \u0161estonedel\u00ed, ke\u010f sa jej narodilo tu\u0161\u00edm 6 die\u0165a a v prest\u00e1vkach medzi promen\u00e1dou v plavk\u00e1ch a ve\u010dern\u00fdch \u0161at\u00e1ch, to b\u00e1b\u00e4tko kojila. <br>Jej obrovsk\u00fdm snom v mladosti bolo,  sta\u0165 sa baletkou a robila preto v\u0161etko. A skuto\u010dne ju prijali na jednu z troch najprest\u00ed\u017enej\u0161\u00edch baletn\u00fdch \u0161k\u00f4l v Amerike. Bola jedna z najtalentovanej\u0161\u00edch a dostala \u00fapln\u00e9 \u0161tipendium. <br>Tak\u00e1 bola dobr\u00e1.<br>A \u010do sa nestalo.<br>Zozn\u00e1mila sa so svojim teraj\u0161\u00edm man\u017eelom, tie\u017e morm\u00f3nom, ke\u010f bola na pr\u00e1zdnin\u00e1ch v rodnej vieske v Utahu.<br>A ve\u013ek\u00e1 l\u00e1ska to bola.<br>A on ju po\u017eiadal o ruku a ona chcela do\u0161tudova\u0165.<br>Povedal nie , bu\u010f hne\u010f, alebo nikdy. Ako nezn\u00e1\u0161am toho chlapa. A presne je to ten typ, \u010do sa mi ani na poh\u013ead nep\u00e1\u010di&#8230;ku\u010derav\u00e9 vlasy&#8230;b\u0155\u0155\u0155\u0155.<br>A ona bola tak\u00e1 zamilovan\u00e1, \u017ee sa rozhodla z tej \u0161koly od\u00eds\u0165. Vzdala sa svojho sna, za cenu sna jej chlapa. Jej posledn\u00fd z\u00e1ber na \u0161kole bol, ako na konci prv\u00e9ho ro\u010dn\u00edka u\u017e s ve\u013ek\u00fdm tehotensk\u00fdm bruchom,  rob\u00ed pred zrkadlom pri ty\u010di,  paded\u00e9, aby sme nevyzerali ako barbari, tak sa to p\u00ed\u0161e &#8222;pas de deux.&#8220;<br> A t\u00edto dvaja mlad\u00ed man\u017eelia si zalo\u017eili m\u00e4sov\u00fa a mlie\u010dnu farmu. <br> A nazvali ju Ballerina Farm.<br>A je nesmierne \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e1.<br>Ako sa rozrastala rodina, tak sa rozrastala aj farma a teraz u\u017e posielaj\u00fa do cel\u00e9ho Utahu a mo\u017eno aj \u010falej v debni\u010dk\u00e1ch m\u00e4so, mlie\u010dne v\u00fdrobky a podobne. Z\u00e1sobuj\u00fa \u0161koly a firmy a \u010dojaviem \u010do . <br>Maj\u00fa aj online obchod a ja ve\u013emi t\u00fa\u017eim, po takom no\u017ei na chlieb, \u010do ona pou\u017e\u00edva a raz si ho na Je\u017ei\u0161ka aj za\u017eel\u00e1m v pr\u00edpade, \u017ee budem raz piec\u0165 chlieb. A aj z\u00e1steru odtia\u013e chcem. Do tej som musela najprv schudn\u00fa\u0165, \u010do sa mi u\u017e podarilo&#8230;akur\u00e1t ten chlieb mus\u00edm za\u010da\u0165 piec\u0165. <br>No a t\u00e1to mlad\u00e1 mami\u010dka si zalo\u017eila video profil, kde ukazuje ako var\u00ed pre to\u013ek\u00fa rotu, \u010do doma m\u00e1. <br>Var\u00ed,  takpovediac z gruntu.<br>Spor\u00e1k na ktorom var\u00ed, pe\u010die a k\u00fari, vyzer\u00e1 tak obstaro\u017ene, ale to je klam, je to ru\u010dne roben\u00fd liatinov\u00fd spor\u00e1k  a stoj\u00ed okolo 20. tis\u00edc dol\u00e1rov. <br>Spo\u010diatku tam pri tom spor\u00e1ku visel jej obr\u00e1zok v baletkovskom oble\u010den\u00ed.<br>Asi pred rokom odtia\u013e zmizol,   visia tam panvice. A jej pracovn\u00fd st\u00f4l tvor\u00ed nejak\u00fd ponk, skuto\u010dne je to akokeby nejak\u00e1 fo\u0161\u0148a z hrub\u00e9ho dreva. Vyzer\u00e1 to hrozne, ale bezpochyby to st\u00e1lo tie\u017e p\u00e1r tis\u00edc. <br>St\u00e1va sa, \u017ee na tom ponku sed\u00ed nejak\u00e9 die\u0165a, druh\u00e9 m\u00e1 prisunut\u00fa stoli\u010dku a v\u0155ta sa vo v\u0161etkom, je tam robot a mix\u00e9r a ona kr\u00e1ja m\u00e4so na gul\u00e1\u0161 asi z polky te\u013ea\u0165a.<br>Ak sa rozhodne, \u017ee v ten de\u0148 bud\u00fa talianske sendvi\u010de, tak najprv zamiesi na chlieb, alebo foccaciu. Ve\u013ea chleba, ve\u013ea fok\u00e1\u010di<br>Potom prinesie z obrovskej chladni\u010dky mlieko a smotanu. <br>Aby ste boli v obraze.<br>Prinesie dva p\u00e4\u0165litrov\u00e9 poh\u00e1re  pln\u00e9 mlieka. Poh\u00e1re s\u00fa tak\u00e9, \u010do sa dakedy nakladali do neho maliny na sirup, aby kysli na okne. Uk\u00e1\u017ee prstom do polovice ka\u017ed\u00e9ho&#8230;.a potia\u013eto je smotana. Vezme tret\u00ed poh\u00e1r a takou nabera\u010dkou, namojdu\u0161u mi pripad\u00e1, ako keby bola z kuchyne mojej,  nebohej mami\u010dky, ktor\u00fa zdedila po svojej svokre, vy\u010drpk\u00e1 v\u0161etku smotanu do tretieho poh\u00e1ra.<br>Potom ten p\u00e4\u0165litrov\u00fd poh\u00e1r zdvihne k \u00fastam a poriadne sa z neho napije a opakom ruky si utrie mlie\u010dne f\u00fazy. Pod\u013ea toho \u010di je poroden\u00e1 , alebo neporoden\u00e1, mala brucho, alebo die\u0165a v klokanke. V\u017edy. <br>No&#8230;.mo\u017eno s\u00fa tie poh\u00e1re trojlitrov\u00e9.<br>A z tej smotany urob\u00ed vo ve\u013ekom hrnci z\u00e1klad na mozarellu.<br>Potom ide na svoju z\u00e1hradku s ve\u013ek\u00fdm ko\u0161om a \u0161tyrmi drobn\u00fdmi de\u0165mi. Nazbiera paradajky, o\u010de\u0161e cel\u00fd kr\u00edk bazalky a vyberie zo zeme cibu\u013eu a cesnak. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 ma hl\u00e1vku asi ako moja p\u00e4s\u0165. <br>Prepracuje cesto a d\u00e1 piec\u0165 dva- tri bochn\u00edky chleba, alebo dva plechy fok\u00e1\u010di.<br>Prinesie z mrazni\u010dky k\u00fdbe\u013e \u013eadu a urob\u00ed syr.  Spolu s de\u0165mi l\u00fape orechy, p\u00ednia to ur\u010dite nie je.<br>Vyberie chlieb a hotov\u00fd syr. <br>Prist\u00fapi k mix\u00e9ru, ve\u013ekom ako mal\u00e9 vedro a urob\u00ed v \u0148om asi liter bazalkov\u00e9ho pesta. Limetu m\u00e1 asi k\u00fapen\u00fa, ale tvrd\u00fd syr \u010do str\u00faha vyzer\u00e1 ako jej. Vid\u00edte, to m\u00e1 medzeru&#8230;.ten neurobila dnes, ale m\u00e1 ho v z\u00e1sobe. Ts ts ts.<br>Ide do niekam a prinesie za vajling vajec&#8230;tie s\u00fa jej, lebo mimo farmu, m\u00e1 ona svoj hospod\u00e1rsky dvor, kde s\u00fa sliepky, kozy, prasiatka a v\u0161etky mo\u017en\u00e9 dom\u00e1ce zvierat\u00e1. Ke\u010f rob\u00ed koz\u00ed syr, tak ide s t\u00fdm die\u0165a\u0165om v manduke, alebo s bruchom t\u00fa kozu nadoji\u0165 a ob\u010das si strekne z kozieho cec\u00edku priamo do \u00fast mlieko.<br>Nakr\u00e1ja t\u00fdm \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdm no\u017eom krajce chleba, obal\u00ed ich vo vajciach, ope\u010die na ve\u013ekej \u010diernej panvici a oblo\u017e\u00ed ho nakr\u00e1janou mozarellou, paradajkou a pestom a priklop\u00ed druh\u00fdm krajcom chleba.<br>V\u017edy. V\u017dDY.  Je ako prv\u00e1. <br> M\u00e1 moje sympatie, m\u00f4\u017eu tam tie jej detisk\u00e1 aj letkis tancova\u0165, m\u00f4\u017ee ten jej mu\u017e robi\u0165 tam stript\u00edz, \u010di var\u00ed, \u010di pe\u010die, v\u017edy si nalo\u017e\u00ed ako prv\u00e1 a ako prv\u00e1 sa naje. <br>Ona potom v nejako rozhovore povedala, \u017ee nie v\u017edy rob\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 jedlo takto od gruntu, lebo samozrejme ob\u010das sa stane, \u017ee ke\u010f si urob\u00ed vlastn\u00e9 fettuciny, tak ich rob\u00ed z kila m\u00faky a ostan\u00fa jej, tak ich m\u00e1 do z\u00e1soby. Inak m\u00faku sype, z tak\u00e9ho ve\u013ek\u00e9ho vreca.<br>Tak\u017ee ja som si pripadala,  tak sebestredne lichotivo,  tro\u0161ku ako ona&#8230;kv\u00f4li tomu ajvaru, ale na \u0148u nem\u00e1m v \u017eiadnom pr\u00edpade. To sa ned\u00e1.<br>No a e\u0161te k receptu. <br>Ak niekto len za\u010d\u00edna vari\u0165, tak djuve\u010d je tak\u00e9, akokeby balk\u00e1nske rizoto. A \u010devapi s\u00fa tie mal\u00e9 val\u010deky m\u00e4sa. Papriku zbav\u00edme jadrincov a nakr\u00e1jame na v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ie k\u00fasky. Patiz\u00f3n som obielila, vyhodila pavu\u010dinov\u00fd stred s jadierkami a nakr\u00e1jala na mal\u00e9 kocky. Ide naozaj o proviz\u00f3rnu om\u00e1\u010dku, ak by som nemala ten patiz\u00f3n, tak by som dala len o jednu papriku viac a robila len z papr\u00edk.<br>Na oleji spen\u00edme na jemno nasekan\u00fa cibu\u013eu a restujeme dve a\u017e tri min\u00fatky, prid\u00e1me cesnak, nech n\u00e1m zavonia a prid\u00e1me mal\u00e9 patiz\u00f3nov\u00e9 kocky. Restujeme nejak\u00e9 \u0161tyri min\u00fatky a nakoniec prid\u00e1me papriku.<br>Restujeme desa\u0165 a\u017e dvan\u00e1s\u0165 min\u00fat na miernom ohni. Mne vynikaj\u00faco na tento \u00fa\u010del posl\u00fa\u017eil olej z nakladan\u00fdch su\u0161en\u00fdch paradajok, ktor\u00fd mi ostal, ke\u010f som robila n\u00e1tierku z t\u00fdchto paradajok<br>Prid\u00e1me cibu\u013eu a restujeme ju  dve a\u017e tri min\u00faty do vo\u0148ava , pozor na prip\u00e1lenie. <br>Prid\u00e1me cesnak a papriku. V\u0161etko d\u00f4kladne premie\u0161ame, prid\u00e1me ajvar, paradajkov\u00fd  pretlak, znovu premie\u0161ame. D\u00e1me obidve mlet\u00e9 papriky, so\u013e opatrne. Rad\u0161ej dosol\u00edme napevno na z\u00e1ver.  No a oregano a trochu p\u00e1livej papriky alebo cayensk\u00e9ho korenia (dala som t\u00fa harissu)<br>Prid\u00e1me ry\u017eu a zalejeme 500 ml tekutiny. V rozpise spom\u00ednam v\u00fdvar. Ja som mala akur\u00e1t v\u00fdvar z toho, \u010do som si varila na obed ru\u017ei\u010dkov\u00fd kel, tak\u017ee som cel\u00e1 spokojn\u00e1 pou\u017eila ten. Keby som ho nemala, dala by som norm\u00e1lnu prevret\u00fa vodu.<br>Privedieme k varu, prikryjeme pokrievkou, st\u00ed\u0161ime zdroj tepla a nech\u00e1me vari\u0165 nejak\u00fdch 15 min\u00fat. <br>Po tejto dobe, skontrolujeme  v akom stave je ry\u017ea (ur\u010dite e\u0161te nebude uvaren\u00e1) , prihod\u00edme mrazen\u00fd hr\u00e1\u0161ok. Trvalo to asi desa\u0165 min\u00fat. Ochutn\u00e1me, ak treba dosol\u00edme a ja som e\u0161te predsa, do tak\u00e9ho hor\u00faceho, pridala ly\u017ei\u010dku \u00fadenej papriky. Premie\u0161ame.
