Akur\u00e1t sa mi nesype hr\u00e1\u0161ok. Na to som alergick\u00e1.<br>\u017divot ma nau\u010dil.<br>Musela som sa nau\u010di\u0165 pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 zdie\u013ean\u00e9 mrazni\u010dky, do ktorej si d\u00e1valo viacero gazd\u00edn, to \u010do pova\u017eoval za potrebn\u00e9. <br>A ak m\u00e1m pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 tak\u00fato mrazni\u010dku, tak rad\u0161ej ned\u00e1vam do nej ni\u010d, u\u017e kv\u00f4li mojej psychickej pohode.<br>K\u00fdm som neurobila toto rozhodnutie, tak som zaka\u017ed\u00fdm ke\u010f som do spolo\u010dn\u00fdch mrazni\u010diek i\u0161la nie\u010do ulo\u017ei\u0165, prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala som. <br>V\u0161etko som d\u00e1vala do rovn\u00e9ho, t\u013eapkav\u00e9ho tvaru. Balila som to do s\u00e1\u010dkov, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa ur\u010den\u00e9 do mrazni\u010diek. P\u00edsala som na ka\u017ed\u00fd bal\u00ed\u010dek \u010do to je a utesnila v\u0161etko a e\u0161te aj gumi\u010dkou zabezpe\u010dila. V\u017edy ke\u010f som nie\u010do do tej mrazni\u010dky dala, tak som vyslovene prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala tak, aby som vytvorila aspo\u0148 jedno pr\u00e1zdne miesto, pre toho, kto pr\u00edde po mne.<br>Ke\u010f som tak\u00e9to spolo\u010dn\u00e9 mrazni\u010dky organizovala, alebo \u010distila, tak som bola z\u00fafal\u00e1. Nach\u00e1dzala som m\u00e4so, ktor\u00e9 bolo v jednej hrude \u0161\u013eahnut\u00e9 dovn\u00fatra v tom, v \u010dom ho k\u00fapili. Dve kuracie stehn\u00e1 v s\u00e1\u010dku, do ktor\u00e9ho by sa zmestilo pol morky. Sta\u010dilo aby si tam niekto hodil tri stehn\u00e1, kilo kar\u00e9 a kura a bolo vybaven\u00e9. Mo\u017eno som tam mohla postrka\u0165 do priestorov medzi , samostatne mrkvu . Inak polopr\u00e1zdny, \u00faplne nehospod\u00e1rne zahlten\u00fd priestor. V\u0161etko miesto zaberali tieto tri veci a ve\u013ek\u00e9 s\u00e1\u010dky. <br>A kompozi\u010dn\u00fd vrchol bol, ke\u010f som na\u0161la asi tri otvoren\u00e9, do polovice minut\u00e9 konzervy paradajkov\u00e9ho pretlaku. Norm\u00e1lne konzervy v mrazni\u010dke!!!!! Otvoren\u00e9 a polopr\u00e1zdne, e\u0161te aj ten vrch ozuben\u00fd mali. Tak\u00e9 \u010do si m\u00f4\u017eete o to rozreza\u0165 cel\u00e9 bru\u0161ko prsta. <br>Alebo \u017eemle v papierovom s\u00e1\u010dku. To je u\u017e \u010do za rozum, da\u0165 do mrazni\u010dky nie\u010do v papierovom s\u00e1\u010dku.<br>Ja ako debil som ka\u017ed\u00e9 kuracie stehno vykostila, kar\u00e9 , alebo krkovi\u010dku som nakr\u00e1jala a ukladala rezne do obd\u013a\u017enika na plocho, kura rozporciovala. Ve\u013ek\u00fd kus m\u00e4sa som u\u0165apk\u00e1vala a \u010do najviac d\u00e1vala do plosk\u00e9ho , rovn\u00e9ho tvaru. Medzi t\u00fdm som nech\u00e1vala tro\u0161ku priestoru, aby, ke\u010f to vyberiem, pri h\u013eadan\u00ed nie\u010doho, mohla som to da\u0165 aj bezprobl\u00e9mov nasp\u00e4\u0165. Do samostatnej krabi\u010dky odklad\u00e1m kosti, ktor\u00fa dop\u013a\u0148am r\u00f4znymi odrezkami na polievku. E\u0161te aj t\u00fa krabi\u010dku men\u00edm pod\u013ea ve\u013ekosti a naplnenosti, aby som minimalizovala priestorov\u00e9 straty a na krabi\u010dke nap\u00edsan\u00e9 &#8222;polievka&#8220;.<br>Na\u0161\u0165astie \u010das zdie\u013ean\u00fdch mrazni\u010diek ma u\u017e d\u00e1vno minul a tak u\u017e nem\u00e1m nad \u010d\u00edm k\u00fdva\u0165 hlavou. Raz by mi t\u00e1 hlava, prisah\u00e1m , z krku odpadla. <br>Ja si v\u00f4bec nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m, k\u00fdm som bola mlad\u00e1 mami\u010dka, \u010di bolo vtedy dosta\u0165 hotov\u00e9 buchty na pare. Teraz h\u00e1dam, ich maj\u00fa v ka\u017edej be\u017enej samo\u0161ke. <br>Dokonca aj moja mami\u010dka, ke\u010f u\u017e nebolo v jej sil\u00e1ch vari\u0165, tak sme jej do mrazni\u010dky kupovali buchty na pare a pirohy kade\u010d\u00edm plnen\u00e9.<br>Mrazni\u010dka Dobrej Cerky je s\u00faca len na mrazen\u00e9 pe\u010divo a chlieb. Ona \u010do d\u00e1 do mrazni\u010dky, to ako keby hodila do hlbokej studni. Vlo\u017e\u00ed a okam\u017eite to prestane v jej hlave existova\u0165. Ja sa m\u00f4\u017eem spo\u013eahn\u00fa\u0165, \u017ee ak nie\u010do do tej jej mrazni\u010dky vlo\u017e\u00edm, tak to n\u00e1jdem aj o rok, ke\u010f pr\u00edde \u010das na opatrovanie deti\u010dkov. <br>Ale buchty tam s\u00fa, nie\u017ee nie. Ale to je pre Dobr\u00e9ho Za\u0165a. On zase spo\u013eahlivo vie, \u017ee tam tie buchty s\u00fa. On sladk\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 s Dobrou Vnu\u010dkou miluj\u00fa. Dobr\u00e1 Cerka, ona do mrazen\u00fdch nejde, ona ich rad\u0161ej bude sk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 a sk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165. Vraj sa c\u00edti, aj ke\u010f ich jedia nepodaren\u00e9, ako dobr\u00e1 matka. Objedna\u0165 si don\u00e1\u0161ku jedla do domu&#8230;to jej probl\u00e9m nerob\u00ed, to dobr\u00e9 matky be\u017ene robia :-), ale k\u00fapensk\u00e9 buchty ?????????????????. tak to oh\u00f3\u00f3\u00f3&#8230;.<br>Tak\u00e1 je to Cerka Moja Dobr\u00e1.<br><br>M\u00f4j prv\u00fd pokus o paren\u00e9 buchty, dopadol katastrof\u00e1lne.<br>Robila som ich pod\u013ea kuch\u00e1rskej knihy a neviem, \u010di bol preklep v knihe, alebo som si to zle pre\u010d\u00edtala, to u\u017e si nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m&#8230;ale povedzme, \u017ee miesto 20 g cukru do cesta, som tam dala 200 g.<br>Vznikla mi lepkav\u00e1 hust\u00e1 hmota, ktor\u00fa som po hodine vyhodila do ko\u0161a. Dobr\u00e1 Cerka bola vtedy \u0161k\u00f4lk\u00e1rka a cel\u00fd ve\u010der mi p\u00edlila u\u0161i&#8230;.&#8220;a kedy u\u017e bud\u00fa hotov\u00e9 buchty na pare, a kedy u\u017e bud\u00fa hotov\u00e9 buchty na pare&#8220;. Vyna\u0161la som sa \u010doby nie&#8230;.urobila som rezance so slivkov\u00fdm lekv\u00e1rom a aj s makom. Bola to ve\u013ek\u00e1 spokojnos\u0165 vtedy.<br>Ale bolo hrozn\u00e9, ke\u010f v \u0161atni plnej rodi\u010dov, jasn\u00fdm spevav\u00fdm hl\u00e1skom, mocn\u00fdm ako po\u013enica, povedala&#8230;..&#8220;Dnes sme mali na obed buchty na pare a pam\u00e4t\u00e1\u0161 sa ke\u010f si ich varila a musela to cesto vyhodi\u0165?&#8220; <br>Niektor\u00e9 maminky sa zachichotali&#8230;..mrachty&#8230;by som chcela vidie\u0165, ko\u013ek\u00e9 z nich robili doma buchty na pare.<br>Paren\u00e9 buchty sa u n\u00e1s v Selciach nerobievali. Tat\u00edk ich nemal r\u00e1d a my sme neboli sladk\u00e9 deti.<br>Po tom prvom nepodarenom pokuse, som na buchty zanevrela.<br>A aj ke\u010f som sa vydala za M\u00f4jho Dobr\u00e9ho Man\u017eela, napriek tomu, \u017ee jeho rodina je vyslovene odchovan\u00e1 na sladk\u00fdch jedl\u00e1ch, paren\u00e9 buchty nerobia. R\u00f4zne plnen\u00e9 knedliky zo zemiakov\u00e9ho, kysnut\u00e9ho, alebo odpa\u013eovan\u00e9ho cesta, to je in\u00e1 vec. Ale tie sa varia vo vode. Paren\u00e9 nerobia v\u00f4bec. Teda za mojich 25 rokov spolo\u010dn\u00e9ho \u017eivota medzi nimi, som to nevidela na\u0161e jihlavsk\u00e9 \u017eeny vari\u0165.<br>Ve\u013emi ve\u013emi, som ich chcela vedie\u0165 urobi\u0165. Kupovan\u00e9 som nechcela ani za ni\u010d. To som ako Radka Cerka.<br>A tak som ich sk\u00fa\u0161ala a sk\u00fa\u0161ala. DM zjedol v\u017edy v\u0161etko, jemu nevadilo, \u017ee s\u00fa raz sp\u013easnut\u00e9, raz tvrd\u00e9, raz tak\u00e9 a raz onak\u00e9. Zjedol bez re\u010d\u00ed s ve\u013ekou chu\u0165ou v\u017edy.<br>Mo\u017eno tak na 6 pokus mi vy\u0161li tak\u00e9 ako by som chcela. <br>Ale aj tak zaka\u017ed\u00fdm na nich n\u00e1jdem nejak\u00fa chybu, ale u\u017e neb\u00fdvaj\u00fa tak\u00e9 nepodaren\u00e9.<br>Robievala som ich v\u017edy z norm\u00e1lnej be\u017enej hladkej m\u00faky a pos\u00fdpala tvarohom, lebo tak to m\u00e1 r\u00e1d DM a mne to bolo jedno<br>V Mn\u00edchove to je ale probl\u00e9m, preto\u017ee tvaroh vhodn\u00fd na pos\u00fdpku tu neexistuje. Tak\u017ee mak. Ten mak ktor\u00fd sa kupuje ako mlet\u00fd, mi prestal \u00faplne chuti\u0165. \u00c1no je pomlet\u00fd, ale aj tak je ostr\u00fd a \u0161kriabe v krku a nechut\u00ed ako ten \u010derstvo mlet\u00fd. <br>Tak som si v Mn\u00edchove k\u00fapila norm\u00e1lny mlyn\u010dek&#8230;.trie\u0161tiv\u00fd na mak. <br>No a probl\u00e9m ktor\u00fd som v\u017edy rie\u0161ila a rie\u0161im je ten, \u017ee ja som si v\u017edy predstavovala , \u017ee tie buchty bud\u00fa ma\u0165 okr\u00fahle, lekv\u00e1rov\u00e9 srdce. A nie. V\u017edy po rozkrojen\u00ed , je ten lekv\u00e1r rozliaty pod vrchnou k\u00f4rou. <br>A tak som zahus\u0165ovala lekv\u00e1r makom alebo pern\u00edkom. A nikdy to nepomohlo. A tak som si sadla k internetu a h\u013eadala d\u00f4vod. A toto mi na\u0161lo .<br>Mak aj pern\u00edk maj\u00fa olejov\u00e9 zlo\u017eky a na zahustenie za studena to funguje, ale pri paren\u00ed , teplom sa ten lekv\u00e1r zase len rozleje. <br>Tak\u017ee nabud\u00face vysk\u00fa\u0161am nejak\u00e9 such\u00e9 zahus\u0165ovadlo.<br>Tentokr\u00e1t som chcela vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 buchty na pare tak nejako inak.<br>A vymyslela som toto.<br>V Advente sa e\u0161te len pripravujeme na Vianoce a chu\u0165 na sladk\u00e9 e\u0161te nie je zas\u00fdten\u00e1 kol\u00e1\u010dmi a z\u00e1kuskami a sladk\u00fdmi pe\u010den\u00edm. E\u0161te m\u00e1me rados\u0165 zo sladk\u00e9ho jedla.<br>A tak som urobila tieto &#8230;..s chu\u0165ou Adventu&#8230;&#8230;<br>Nie s\u00fa to tak\u00e9 babi\u010dkovsk\u00e9 puf knedle. S\u00fa roben\u00e9 z m\u00faky T 550, to je m\u00faka ur\u010den\u00e1 na kysnut\u00e9 cesto a m\u00e1 v sebe viac lepku. <br>S\u00fa hustej\u0161ie, ale s\u00fa \u013eahu\u010dk\u00e9, m\u00e4kk\u00e9, pru\u017en\u00e9. Nev\u0161ednej\u0161iu chu\u0165 im prid\u00e1va str\u00fahan\u00e1 citr\u00f3nov\u00e1 k\u00f4ra . Potrela som ich maslom, ochuten\u00e9 rumom a ten \u00faplne najv\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed t\u00f3n im dodala pos\u00fdpka, ktor\u00fa som urobila zo str\u00fahan\u00fdch rumov\u00fdch pern\u00edkov. <br>No a nabud\u00face , to u\u017e ale a\u017e niekedy v Novom Roku, ak do\u017eijeme, budem robi\u0165 buchty na pare len z polohrubej m\u00faky a lekv\u00e1r zahust\u00edm pi\u0161k\u00f3tami, alebo nejak\u00fdm kuchynsk\u00fdm \u0161krobom. Nech\u00e1me asi p\u00e4tn\u00e1s\u0165 min\u00fat napeni\u0165.<br>Do misy d\u00e1me m\u00faku, zvy\u0161n\u00fd cukor, vanilkov\u00fd cukor, so\u013e, nastr\u00fahan\u00fa citr\u00f3nov\u00fa k\u00f4ru, vajce, rozpusten\u00e9 maslo a napenen\u00fd kv\u00e1sok.<br>Vypracujeme hladk\u00e9, pru\u017en\u00e9 cesto. Ru\u010dne miesime pribli\u017ene desa\u0165 a\u017e dvan\u00e1s\u0165 min\u00fat. Ja som znovu chcela vysk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 mie\u0161anie \u0161\u013eaha\u010dom s vlnit\u00fdmi n\u00e1sadkami a asi po x-t\u00fd kr\u00e1t som po piatich min\u00fatach pre\u0161la na ru\u010dn\u00e9 miesenie. Miesime, k\u00fdm sa cesto neodde\u013euje od stien a ruky nem\u00e1m t\u00fdm cestom \u00faplne zabrblan\u00e9, ale ost\u00e1vaj\u00fa \u010dist\u00e9.<br>Misu prikryjeme a nech\u00e1me pribli\u017ene \u0161tyridsa\u0165p\u00e4\u0165 a\u017e \u0161es\u0165desiat min\u00fat kysn\u00fa\u0165, k\u00fdm cesto nezm\u00e4kne a nezv\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed objem. Cesto z m\u00faky typ 550 bude p\u00f4sobi\u0165 pevnej\u0161ie ako cesto z polohrubej m\u00faky , alebo hladkej m\u00faky \u2013 je to spr\u00e1vne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprav\u00edme plnku<br>Ja som pri t\u00fdchto bucht\u00e1ch pou\u017eila mlet\u00fd mak a na reze vid\u00edme, \u017ee to nepomohlo a znovu sa mi lekv\u00e1r rozlial . Ako som p\u00edsala v \u00favode, tak som sa do\u010d\u00edtala nie\u010do o such\u00fdch zahus\u0165ovadl\u00e1ch, nem\u00e1m s t\u00fdm sk\u00fasenos\u0165, tak najprv nap\u00ed\u0161em len pi\u0161k\u00f3ty.
