A t\u00fdch som sa dovarila do milej chuti, preto\u017ee M\u00f4j Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel tento druh v\u00e1ry miluje.<br>Ale tak\u00fd ten ma\u010farsk\u00fd perkelt&#8230;tak to je in\u00e1 k\u00e1va. Ten mi kuchy\u0148ou nezavo\u0148al v\u00e1\u017ene dlho.<br>Perkelt je \u0161pecifick\u00e9 ma\u010farsk\u00e9 jedlo a mnoh\u00e9 a mnoh\u00e9 gazdinky si m\u00fdlia perkelt s paprik\u00e1\u0161om a \u010do vlastne do perkeltu m\u00e1, alebo nem\u00e1 \u00eds\u0165.<br>Ak d\u00e1te do perkeltu \u010doko\u013evek paradajkov\u00e9&#8230;nevar\u00edte perkelt.<br>Ak tam d\u00e1te smotanu&#8230;.nevar\u00edte perkelt.<br>Ani \u010derstv\u00e1 paprika by tam nemala \u00eds\u0165.<br>Hej pod\u013ea fotky vid\u00edte, \u017ee  tam m\u00e1m k\u00fasok zelenej papriky. Od ra\u0148ajok mi zostal tak\u00fd  vr\u0161ok a u\u017e bol zv\u00e4dnut\u00fd a obm\u00e4knut\u00fd na jedenie.. Tak som si dovolila ho tam da\u0165. <br>Pridala som aj su\u0161en\u00fa papriku, ktor\u00e1 nie je pomlet\u00e1. Prid\u00e1vam ju u\u017e do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho varenia a m\u00e1m ju ve\u013emi rada. Je to chilsk\u00e1 odroda papr\u00edk a je inak su\u0161en\u00e1, ako sa su\u0161\u00ed v Ma\u010farsku. Neviem ako sa su\u0161\u00ed tam a tam.<br>A pre toto, som tento perkelt nenazvala ma\u010farsk\u00fd, ale len perkelt.<br>Tak\u017ee v z\u00e1sade vieme, \u010do perkelt je.<br>K perkeltu sa na Slovensku robia halu\u0161ky. Nie zemiakov\u00e9, ale norm\u00e1lne pr\u00edlohov\u00e9, m\u00fa\u010dne halu\u0161ky. <br>Viete,  \u017ee nem\u00e1m ani po\u0148atia, \u010do d\u00e1vaj\u00fa k perkeltu v Ma\u010farsku?<br>Ja som vlastne za svojho \u017eivota , bola v Ma\u010farsku 2x. No ozaj. <br>Prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t ako mlad\u00e9 diev\u010da, so svojimi rodi\u010dmi.<br>A druh\u00fdkr\u00e1t tie\u017e ako mlad\u00e9 diev\u010da, ale u\u017e som mala  Radku, neviem, \u010di som mala najviac nejak\u00fdch 22 rokov.<br>Z toho pobytu s rodi\u010dmi si nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m ani kde sme boli ubytovan\u00ed, ani \u010do sme jedli , ani n\u00e1zov kde sme boli, ani ako dlho sme tam boli a boli to nejak\u00e9 term\u00e1lne k\u00fapalisk\u00e1.<br>Ale v\u00fdborne si pam\u00e4t\u00e1m dve pr\u00edhody odtia\u013e.<br>Prv\u00e1.<br>I\u0161li sme s busom, cel\u00fd z\u00e1jazd, asi z tat\u00edkovej pr\u00e1ce. <br>A veselo bolo v autobuse, \u010doby nie. Kadejak\u00e9 f\u013ea\u0161e kolovali, aj kadejak\u00e9 po\u017e\u00edvatiny, aj sa spievalo, aj sa srandi\u010dky robili.<br>A bol tam tak\u00fd p\u00e1n, \u010do chodil po celom autobuse a fotil, stra\u0161ne ve\u013ea fotil. U ka\u017ed\u00e9ho sa zastavil, s ka\u017ed\u00fdm chichoty ve\u013ek\u00e9 robil.<br>A zrazu v tom autobuse sa za\u010dal \u0161\u00edri\u0165 pr\u00ed\u0161ern\u00fd smrad, ale\u017ee pr\u00ed\u0161ern\u00fd. Okn\u00e1 boli pootv\u00e1ran\u00e9 a i\u0161li sme tam podochn\u00fa\u0165 od toho smradu.<br>Vtedy neexistovali autobusy, kde boli k dispoz\u00edcii cestovn\u00e9 toalety, ale to ako keby sme mali upchat\u00e9 wc, priamo uprostred uli\u010dky. <br>A ke\u010f u\u017e to bolo ozaj ne\u00fanosn\u00e9, tak p\u00e1n Le\u0161t\u00e1k z Bad\u00edna&#8230;neviem, \u010di on bol vodi\u010d, alebo len sedel ako ved\u00faci z\u00e1jazdu vpredu. Je z\u00e1zrak, \u017ee si v\u00f4bec pam\u00e4t\u00e1m jeho meno a odkia\u013e bol.  <br>Tak  tento p\u00e1n Le\u0161t\u00e1k zvolal : &#8222;XYZ!!!!!!!!!, Ty hov\u00e4do, Ty m\u00e1\u0161  na top\u00e1nke nalepen\u00e9 hovno a rozniesol si to pri tom foten\u00ed po celom autobuse!&#8220;<br>I vskutku. Ke\u010f mal bus prest\u00e1vku, tak asi ten p\u00e1n \u010do fotil, vbehol do les\u00edka na mal\u00fa potrebu a st\u00fapil do toho, \u010do tam zanechal nejak\u00fd putuj\u00faci, ktor\u00fd tam pri\u0161iel na ve\u013ek\u00fa potrebu.<br>A tak autobus zastal niekde kde bola pumpa, chlap si i\u0161iel napusti\u0165 vodu do vedra a zmyl cel\u00fd autobus a svoje top\u00e1nky nevyn\u00edmaj\u00fac.<br>A druh\u00e1 pr\u00edhoda je tie\u017e v\u00fdborn\u00e1.<br>Kto je v mojom veku a vyrastal na dedine, tak ve\u013emi dobre vie, ak\u00e9 panovali zvyky.<br>Sm\u00fatok za rodinn\u00fdmi pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edkmi, aj za  t\u00fdmi z trochu \u0161ir\u0161ej rodiny sa nosil dva roky, za bl\u00edzkymi tri roky. \u017dene, ktorej umrel mu\u017e, u\u017e do\u017eivotne chodila v \u010diernom. Telo mali \u017eeny biele ako mlieko, okrem predlakt\u00ed a do polovice l\u00fdtok. Tie mali op\u00e1len\u00e9 do \u010dierna. Potom sa u\u017e za\u010dali nosi\u0165 aj \u0161atov\u00e9 z\u00e1stery, tak\u017ee v hor\u00fa\u010dav\u00e1ch nosili aj star\u0161ie \u017eeny, tak\u00e9to z\u00e1stery. Ale tie v Selciach , e\u0161te aj do t\u00fdch \u0161atov\u00fdch z\u00e1ster nosili tri\u010dko, aby nemali nah\u00e9 ramen\u00e1. \u0160atka na hlave musela by\u0165, \u017eiadna \u010diapka, alebo baranica. \u0160atka.<br>Moja star\u00e1 mama Betka (bo\u017etek do  neb\u00ed\u010dka), ani nevedela ako, ale ona nosila \u0161atku v lete na pole, alebo na sen\u00e1, ako hip\u00edsa\u010dka. Ona si t\u00fa \u0161atku neuviazala pod bradu, ale tak \u017ee konce zaviazala dozadu na temene.<br>Skr\u00e1tka \u017eeny zahalen\u00e9 a vdovice&#8230;t\u00fdm bol koniec.<br>A tak sme i\u0161li v tom Ma\u010farsku na k\u00fapalisko a \u010do sa nestalo. Na\u0161li sme si v\u00fdborn\u00e9 vo\u013en\u00e9 miesto, ved\u013ea nejak\u00fdch dvoch opusten\u00fdch diek, tak sme sa tam zlo\u017eili a cel\u00fd ten z\u00e1jazd tak v doh\u013eadnej vzdialenosti.<br>A h\u00e1dajte kto pri\u0161iel na tie dve vo\u013en\u00e9 deky. <br>Na\u0161i susedovci zo Seliec so svojou mamou. No ja neviem ko\u013eko mala rokov vtedy, ja som mala pocit, \u017ee bola nad hrobom, ale ak mali moji rodi\u010dia nejak\u00fdch 40 rokov, tak t\u00e1 seniorka mala u\u017e ur\u010dite viac ako 60 rokov.  A mala oble\u010den\u00e9 dvojdielne plavky!!!!!!!!!<br>Tak teraz mi to pr\u00edde smie\u0161ne, preto\u017ee je \u00faplne in\u00e1 doba a ja som teraz tak star\u00e1 ako ona a ja si oble\u010diem ozaj hoci\u010do. Ale vtedy??????  V roku 1978?<br>T\u00e1 tetka mala h\u00e1dam 40 k\u00edl, vysu\u0161en\u00e1 stra\u0161n\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom, biela ako mlieko, len chodidl\u00e1 a ruky ako som opisovala, op\u00e1len\u00e9. A dvojdielne plavky, prsia jej viseli h\u00e1dam po brucho. <br>T\u00e1 rodina by sa najrad\u0161ej v bo\u017eej onej videla. Oni ani  v p\u00e4te nepredpokladali, \u017ee sa m\u00f4\u017ee toto sta\u0165. Tetka ich musela prekl\u00edna\u0165, lebo a\u017e to vid\u00edm, ako ju jej deti prehov\u00e1rali, \u017ee sa nem\u00e1 b\u00e1\u0165, kto\u017ee u\u017e bude v Ma\u010farsku  z Banskej a u\u017e v\u00f4bec nie zo Seliec. A veru sa aj zbalili a odi\u0161li.  Potom v Selciach,  pri\u0161la dc\u00e9ra tej pani za mojou mamou, \u017ee nech nikde nepovie, \u017ee tetka bola v plavk\u00e1ch \ud83d\ude42<br>A druh\u00fd kr\u00e1t som bola v Ma\u010farsku v Budape\u0161ti na n\u00e1kupoch, preto\u017ee oni sa nejako vzopreli ruskej komunistickej zvrchovanosti a dovolili v nejakej malej miere s\u00fakromn\u00e9 podnikanie a tak mali obchod\u00edky s oble\u010den\u00edm od v\u00fdmyslu sveta. Vtedy by som si u\u017e asi zapam\u00e4tala , keby som tam nejak\u00fd ten perkelt jedla, ale my sme mali chlieb s klob\u00e1sou a vaj\u00ed\u010dkom a vo f\u013ea\u0161i, obalenej alobalom,  uroben\u00fd \u010daj. <br>Tak\u017ee v\u00e1\u017ene netu\u0161\u00edm, \u010do sa jed\u00e1va k perkeltu tam. Na Slovensku tie spom\u00ednan\u00e9 halu\u0161ky. <br>Halu\u0161ky sa daj\u00fa urobi\u0165 aj hocijako.<br>Aj s jedn\u00fdm vajcom, aj bez vajca, aj z piatich vajec. Ja som teraz urobila z vajec \u0161tyroch  na 4 porcie halu\u0161iek. <br>Viete, ja u\u017e vajcami ne\u0161etr\u00edm. Janko Dobr\u00fd Za\u0165, ten urob\u00ed palacinkov\u00e9 cesto do litra mlieka s jedn\u00fdm vajcom ako ni\u010d. Aspo\u0148 mi to tvrd\u00ed.<br>Ja na pol litra mlieka d\u00e1vam tri. <br>Tie Jankove som nejedla, ale aj na chate ke\u010f som robila moje  palacinky a rozd\u00e1vala ich, tak ka\u017ed\u00fd tvrdil, \u017ee tak\u00e9 dobr\u00e9 , \u017ee ako ich rob\u00edm. A ke\u010f poviem, ka\u017ed\u00fd pok\u00fdva hlavou a povie&#8230;no my len jedno vajce (2) d\u00e1vame.<br>A tak rad\u0161ej  ne\u0161etr\u00edm, preto\u017ee DM na to povedal, \u017ee je to mo\u017en\u00e9, ale moje palacinky s\u00fa tak dobr\u00e9, \u017ee ich m\u00f4\u017ee jes\u0165 aj samotn\u00e9 bez n\u00e1plne. <br>A v\u00e1\u017ene, potom som si uvedomila, \u017ee do cesta d\u00e1vam aj vanilku, tak\u017ee asi preto mu chutia aj bez n\u00e1plne. <br>A aj tu na blogu, m\u00e1m recept na halu\u0161ky, kde ide na pol kila m\u00faky jedno vaj\u00ed\u010dko. Mali ich tak radi moji rodi\u010dia, tak som ich tak robievala. <br>Ale napr\u00edklad do bavorsk\u00fdch \u0161pecl\u00ed ide a\u017e 5 vaj\u00ed\u010dok a to som vtedy troch\u00e1rila, lebo je vraj celkom be\u017en\u00e9 d\u00e1va\u0165 sedem. <br>Dos\u0165 na tom.<br>Halu\u0161ky nerobievam zase a\u017e tak \u010dasto, preto\u017ee DM ich nejako nevy\u017eaduje. On miluje kolienka , tak\u017ee si p\u00fdta kolienka. <br>No ale k perkeltu si to tak nejako vy\u017eaduje m\u00f3res.<br>Tak som po dlhom dlhom dlhom \u010dase robila aj halu\u0161ky. <br>A ja tr\u00faba jerichova, som pozabudla u\u017e na fortie\u013e a vzala som stra\u0161ne \u00fazky hrniec. Vysok\u00fd bol fajne, ale \u00fazky. <br>A k\u00fdm som si spomenula na grif, moje nervy. Ja som ten hrniec tak okydala, ako keby som bola prv\u00f4stka.<br>Halu\u0161k\u00e1r nem\u00e1m, h\u00e1dzala som ich z do\u0161ti\u010dky. Mus\u00ed by\u0165 m\u00e4kk\u00e1.<br>Kastr\u00f3l stiahneme zo zdroja tepla a do cibu\u013eov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kladu vsypeme papriku aj sladk\u00fa, aj \u00faden\u00fa . No mne to pr\u00edde ako nezmysel. Akon\u00e1hle polo\u017e\u00edm cesto  na hor\u00face n\u00e1stroje, tak sa mi akokeby mal\u00e1 vrstvi\u010dka cesta uvarila&#8230;.umy\u0165 to potom je peklo.
