No mali.<br>N\u00e1hle musel by\u0165 M\u00f4j Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel nevyhnutne v Mn\u00edchove najnesk\u00f4r 2. janu\u00e1ra. <br>Dozvedeli sme sa to nejako 27. decembra a tak bol n\u00e1\u0161 deadline stanoven\u00fd na 1. janu\u00e1ra. <br>Chceli sme to zvrtn\u00fa\u0165 e\u0161te pred Silvestrom, ale DM u\u013eahol s r\u00fdmi\u010dkou, spojenou so v\u0161elijak\u00fdmi \u010drevn\u00fdmi anom\u00e1liami, nezlu\u010dite\u013en\u00fdmi s cestovan\u00edm. <br>Ach ak\u00e9 som len mala pl\u00e1ny pred touto udalos\u0165ou.<br>V\u0161etko sa znegovalo a ja som mala len jednu staros\u0165. <br>Da\u0165 dolu viano\u010dn\u00fa v\u00fdzdobu. <br>Raz pred rokmi som to tak urobila, \u017ee sme odi\u0161li hne\u010f z kraja roka do Mn\u00edchova v presved\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee pr\u00eddeme hne\u010f vo febru\u00e1ri. I nechala  som v\u00fdzdobu v\u00fdzdobou a s\u00fastredila som sa na in\u00e9 , pred-odchodov\u00e9 veci.<br>A vo febru\u00e1ri sme nepri\u0161li a pri\u0161li sme a\u017e v apr\u00edli. <br>Ni\u010d lep\u0161ie sa V\u00e1m nem\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165, ke\u010f V\u00e1s u\u017e pred bytom v\u00edta roho\u017eka s viano\u010dn\u00fdm strom\u010dekom ako mot\u00edvom. Otvor\u00edte dvere a v ob\u00fdva\u010dke V\u00e1s v\u00edta aj skuto\u010dn\u00fd viano\u010dn\u00fd strom\u010dek v plnej par\u00e1de.<br>Na chodbe je pripnut\u00e1 girlanda a visia tam viano\u010dn\u00e9 zlat\u00e9 pan\u010duchy a v celom byte s\u00fa r\u00f4zne adventn\u00e9 vence a pern\u00edky a svie\u010dky a r\u00f4zne dekor\u00e1cie. <br>E\u0161te\u017ee tie dar\u010deky a viano\u010dn\u00e9 vetvi\u010dky a viano\u010dn\u00e9 ru\u017ee som obriadila. <br>Skuto\u010dne&#8230;..d\u00e1va\u0165 dolu viano\u010dn\u00e9 gule za spevu vt\u00e1\u010dikov v teplom jarnom slnie\u010dku , sa m\u00e1lo\u010domu vyrovn\u00e1. <br>Toto by som nechcela za\u017ei\u0165 u\u017e nikdy, tak\u017ee som miesto spevu vt\u00e1\u010dikov, po\u010d\u00favala viano\u010dn\u00e9 koledy, chrchlanie DM a d\u00e1vala dolu viano\u010dn\u00fa v\u00fdzdobu.<br>Len nejako zoz\u00faradni\u0165 t\u00fa preplnen\u00fa chladni\u010dku, ko\u013eko dalo \u010dasu a strategick\u00e9ho balenia. A tej zeleniny a ovocia a orechov a v\u0161etk\u00fdch nevyhnut\u00fdch viano\u010dn\u00fdch propriet, ktor\u00e9 spo\u013eahlivo zaprac\u00fa cel\u00fd byt a treba na to dni a dni aby sa zjedli, alebo vyhodili. Dva dni som sa trtila len s potravinami , nam\u00f4jdu\u0161u.<br>A toho n\u00e1hleho n\u00e1valu prania.<br>Musela som vyzliec\u0165 v\u0161etky viano\u010dn\u00e9 oblie\u010dky z per\u00edn, odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 v\u0161etky viano\u010dn\u00e9 utierky, obrusy, uter\u00e1ky. Lebo \u00e1no, aby ste vedeli&#8230;.ja e\u0161te aj uter\u00e1ky m\u00e1vam viano\u010dn\u00e9.<br>Vtedy som si spomenula na D\u017earu D\u017eurs\u00edkov\u00fa kamar\u00e1tku a b\u00fdval\u00fa spolu\u017eia\u010dku, ku ktorej som si pri\u0161la vlani pre viano\u010dn\u00e9 trubi\u010dky a u\u017e od pr\u00edzemia, smerom hore v\u00fd\u0165ahom som c\u00edtila v\u00f4\u0148u bielizne. A na jej poschod\u00ed ma to vyslovene ovalilo. Pou\u017e\u00edva parfum na pranie a pred dverami mala vylo\u017een\u00e9 dva su\u0161iaky a v byte tie\u017e dva. \u017de m\u00e1 toho stra\u0161ne ve\u013ea na su\u0161enie a v byte sa to nezmest\u00ed. <br>A tak som aj ja su\u0161ila aj na chodbe pred dverami.<br>Ale dali sme to a na Silvestra ve\u010der, u\u017e ma\u010dky vedeli, \u017ee cestujeme, auto bolo nalo\u017een\u00e9 bato\u017einou , urobila som za tanier di\u00e9tnych jednohubiek z posledn\u00e9ho ro\u017eka. <br>A umyla chladni\u010dku.<br>Odpadli sme do \u010dist\u00fdch per\u00edn v civiln\u00fdch oblie\u010dkach a be\u017enom byt\u00edku, pustili sme si TLC o lovcoch duchoch a zaspali sme. O polnoci n\u00e1s zobudili oh\u0148ostroje, chytili sme sa za ruky , popriali si v polosp\u00e1nku v\u0161etko dobr\u00e9 a znovu sa oto\u010dili na svoj bok. <br>A r\u00e1no o deviatej sme u\u017e boli vo Zvolene.<br>A niekde v t\u00fdch miestach som prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t k\u00fdchla. <br>Po pr\u00edchode to bolo tristn\u00e9. <br>Neust\u00e1le u n\u00e1s vrela voda. V\u0161etky termosky boli vytiahnut\u00e9 z kredenca. Pili sme ochuten\u00e9 a neochuten\u00e9 \u010daje. \u010caje bylinkov\u00e9, \u010daje citr\u00f3nov\u00e9, \u010daje s medom, \u010daje s hned\u00fdm cukrom, uva\u017eovala som aj nad \u010dajom cibu\u013eov\u00fdm, ale t\u00e1 my\u0161lienka ako mi svitla, tak som ju hne\u010f aj zadusila. <br>A\u017e sme sa dostali do \u0161t\u00e1dia, \u017ee sme nemohli \u010daje ani vidie\u0165, ale vedeli sme, \u017ee n\u00e1m robia dobre.<br>A tak sme za\u010dali robi\u0165 v\u00fdvary.<br>A za\u010dali sme pi\u0165 hor\u00face v\u00fdvary z hrn\u010dekov. Pili sme v\u00fdvary hov\u00e4dzie, kuracie, ochuten\u00e9 cesnakom, ochuten\u00e9 major\u00e1nkou, ochuten\u00e9 chilli.<br>Stra\u0161ne som bola v\u010fa\u010dn\u00e1 za t\u00fa preplnen\u00fa bystrick\u00fa dom\u00e1cnos\u0165, lebo som v mn\u00edchove mala \u00faplne v\u0161etko na to, aby som nemusela ani vystr\u010di\u0165 nos z bytu a pri\u0161la n\u00e1m aj don\u00e1\u0161ka. <br>I sme vyzdraveli.<br>Ja m\u00e1m m\u00e4so z polievok vo v\u0161eobecnosti ve\u013emi rada. Ale ke\u010f je \u010derstv\u00e9, priamo z polievky. Tak\u00e9 vychladnut\u00e9 a tak na tret\u00ed de\u0148 mi u\u017e nechut\u00ed, ani zohriate a u\u017e v\u00f4bec nie studen\u00e9. <br>DM jed\u00e1va tak\u00e9to m\u00e4so, len za pr\u00edsne \u0161pecifick\u00fdch podmienok.<br>A z t\u00fdch v\u00fdvarov som mala m\u00e4sa a\u017e a\u017e. <br>A tak som si znovu spomenula na moju in\u00fa, star\u00fa kamar\u00e1tku Hanku Kokavcov\u00fa, ktor\u00e1 tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee som ju nau\u010dila ako mlad\u00fa nevestu vari\u0165 ry\u017eu. Nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m si to, ale pam\u00e4t\u00e1m si, \u017ee som raz bola u nej a ona z tak\u00e9hoto varen\u00e9ho m\u00e4sa robila fa\u0161\u00edrky a boli fajn\u00e9. A tak ja zase tvrd\u00edm, \u017ee ona ma nau\u010dila vari\u0165 toto. <br>Nerobila som to nikdy, lebo ja to varen\u00e9 m\u00e4so v\u017edy zjem, ale teraz som ho mala ozaj pln\u00fa chladni\u010dku a nechutilo mi to jes\u0165 len tak.<br>A tak som t\u00fato \u0161tyridsa\u0165ro\u010dn\u00fa spomienku pretavila do tohto receptu.<br>Om\u00e1\u010dka m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 r\u00f4zna, ja som zvolila t\u00fato, akokeby na kv\u00e1zi bolonsk\u00fd \u0161t\u00fd. DM m\u00e1 r\u00e1d kombin\u00e1ciu paradajkovej om\u00e1\u010dky s karbon\u00e1tkami.
