Vla\u0148aj\u0161\u00ed \u0161kolsk\u00fd rok bola v nultom ro\u010dn\u00edku, kde ich najprv u\u010dili po franc\u00fazsky a teraz je v norm\u00e1lnom prvom.<br>Minule mi ukazovala p\u00edsomku z ch\u00e9mie&#8230;.z  ktorej mimochodom dostala jednotku :-). No skoro som umrela. Vyzeralo to \u00fadesne. <br>Ja absol\u00fatne nepochop\u00edm nikoho, kto sa chce u\u010di\u0165 franc\u00fazsky, ale nie je to moje die\u0165a a ako Omka ju a jej brata bezpodmiene\u010dne  milujem a nech si robia ich rodi\u010dia \u010do chc\u00fa. <br>Ani netu\u0161\u00edte, ako som tomu v\u010fa\u010dn\u00e1, \u017ee toto nie s\u00fa moje probl\u00e9my a mojim je len ich milova\u0165 a postara\u0165 sa o nich, ke\u010f to treba. <br>No a naspa\u0165 k \u0161kole.<br>No a v r\u00e1mci \u0161koly maj\u00fa aj v\u00fdmenn\u00e9 pobyty \u0161tudentov. Na 10 dn\u00ed oni sem a na 10 dn\u00ed na\u0161i tam.<br>Vlani mali doma tak\u00e9ho dlhovlas\u00e9ho skej\u0165\u00e1ka Janisa.  Vedel dobre anglicky a tak nepadlo ani slovo franc\u00fazsky.  <br>A Dorka  si z pobytu tam , priniesla top\u00e1nky pani franc\u00fazskej maminky. A jej ostali tam. <br>Mimochodom boli to top\u00e1nky jej maminky, ktor\u00e9 si na t\u00fa cestu uchmatla. <br>Toto Moja Dobr\u00e1 Vnu\u010dka ovl\u00e1da dokonale, tak\u00e9to situ\u00e1cie vytvori\u0165. Keby mi to nezakazovala, tak m\u00f4\u017eem p\u00edsa\u0165 pri ka\u017edom recepte nie\u010do. <br>Tak\u017ee tam ostali top\u00e1nky slovenskej maminky a tu top\u00e1nky franc\u00fazskej. Aj ich na\u0161i zabalili a poslali tam, ale sa vr\u00e1tili ako nevyzdvihnut\u00fd bal\u00edk.  Ak\u00fd je osud t\u00fdch top\u00e1nok netu\u0161\u00edm, preto\u017ee sic je Moja Dobr\u00e1 Cerka mal\u00e1, dokonca ma neprer\u00e1stla a som o 5 cm vy\u0161\u0161ia, tak pani mama z Frant\u00edkova, je vraj od nej o pol hlavy ni\u017e\u0161ia a jej noha o tri \u010d\u00edsla men\u0161ia. Tak.<br>Tento rok maj\u00fa  zlat\u00e9ho br\u010dkat\u00e9ho \u010derno\u0161ka,  alebo sk\u00f4r tak\u00e9ho mie\u0161anca,  Olivera.  Ten vie menej po anglicky, ale tie\u017e u nich nepadne ani slovo franc\u00fazsky. <br>Tak sa Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel zamyslel a povedal, \u017ee sa po franc\u00fazsky bude u nich rozpr\u00e1va\u0165, ke\u010f  k nim pr\u00edde Angli\u010dan. <br>A Dobr\u00e1 Cerka urobila ve\u013emi vtipn\u00e9 rozhodnutie.<br>Uvar\u00ed franc\u00fazske zemiaky.  <br>A aj uvarila a frant\u00edk sa na tom n\u00e1zve dobre pobavil a z\u00e1rove\u0148 sa im ve\u013emi pote\u0161il. Povyberal v\u0161etku klob\u00e1su na kraj taniera  a zjedol dve porcie. A volal to gratinovan\u00e9 zemiaky.<br>Uznajte na\u0161e franc\u00fazske krumple&#8230;.vraj gratinovan\u00e9.<br>E\u0161te ke\u010f som fungovala na r\u00f4znych variacich port\u00e1loch, tak tam prid\u00e1vala recepty ist\u00e1 ma\u010farsk\u00e1 Ibolya. A t\u00e1 ku ka\u017ed\u00e9mu druh\u00e9mu receptu dala n\u00e1zov &#8222;ma\u010farsk\u00fd, ma\u010farsk\u00e1, ma\u010farsk\u00e9&#8220;. Aj  norm\u00e1lna, ni\u010d\u00edm nevy\u010dnievaj\u00faca, rezancov\u00e1,  nede\u013en\u00e1 polievka bola ma\u010farsk\u00e1. <br>Vlastne nie..t\u00e1 bola \u017eidovsk\u00e1!  <br>\u00c1no takto to bolo,  ka\u017ed\u00fd druh\u00fd recept bol s n\u00e1zvom Ma\u010farsk\u00fd&#8230;&#8230;a ka\u017ed\u00fd prv\u00fd bol s n\u00e1zvom \u017eidovsk\u00fd&#8230;..<br>A slovensk\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvate\u013eky  i\u0161lo z toho uchyti\u0165. To\u013eko flamewar, \u010do kv\u00f4li tomu vzniklo. <br>A v r\u00e1mci t\u00fdchto n\u00e1rodn\u00fdch pr\u00edvlastkov pri jedl\u00e1ch som uvarila minule toto jedlo.<br>Ak toto jedlo vzniklo  v Tirolsku a je pr\u00edzna\u010dn\u00e9 pre tento regi\u00f3n, tak zjem kefu. <br>Ja si sk\u00f4r mysl\u00edm, \u010di nie je \u0161\u00e9fredaktorom v mojom variacom \u010dasopise nejak\u00fd echt Tirol\u00e1k so siln\u00fdm lok\u00e1lpatriatstvom  v krvi a \u0161tetkou na klob\u00faku. A v\u0161etky recepty potom ako spr\u00e1vny lok\u00e1lpatriot pomenuje s pr\u00edvlastkom &#8222;tirolsk\u00fd&#8220; <br>Pod\u013ea toho s akou frekvenciou sa tam objavuj\u00fa tirolsk\u00e9 pokrmy, tak vlastne cel\u00e9 Nemecko jed\u00e1va \u010diste tirolsk\u00fa kuchy\u0148u. <br>Hoci v p\u00f4vodnom recepte i\u0161li do t\u00fdchto tirolsk\u00fdch aj ga\u0161tany a \u0161alvia. Ja \u0161alviu v\u00f4bec nem\u00f4\u017eem ani c\u00edti\u0165. No a ga\u0161tany sa mi ozaj kv\u00f4li \u0161tyrom z\u00e1vitkom nechcelo kupova\u0165. Hoci som prem\u00fd\u0161\u013eala, \u017ee tam d\u00e1m ve\u013ek\u00fa bielu fazu\u013eu&#8230;t\u00fa z konzervy. Ale t\u00fa som mohla len na z\u00e1ver, aby sa mi nerozpu\u010dila a nerozpadla a k\u00fdm mal pr\u00eds\u0165 na \u0148u \u010das, tak som na \u0148u s preh\u013eadom zabudla. <br>Toto  je jedlo, ktor\u00e9 intuit\u00edvne urob\u00ed  SLOVENSK\u00c1 gazdinka, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 pred sebou hov\u00e4dzie na z\u00e1vitky a nechce robi\u0165 donekone\u010dna \u0161panielske vt\u00e1\u010dky.
