Spodky boli \u00e1no, upe\u010den\u00e9, ale st\u00e1le to neznelo tak duto, ako malo.<br>Nerozpakovala som sa a dala ich znovu, tentokr\u00e1t bez plechu, priamo na mrie\u017eku dopiec\u0165, pri tej istej teplote 230 stup\u0148ov na nejak\u00fdch 5 min\u00fat, ak treba tak aj na dlh\u0161ie. Nepam\u00e4t\u00e1m si u\u017e presne ako dlho som ich dopekala, ale boli v \u00faplnom poriadku, dut\u00e9 a \u013eahk\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto je moja v\u010deraj\u0161ia ciabatta. Pod\u013ea m\u0148a je dokonal\u00e1, na to, v ak\u00fdch podmienkach pe\u010diem. Ako som p\u00edsala existuj\u00fa ur\u010dite aj lep\u0161ie, aj instagramovej\u0161ie, aj tak\u00e9 \u010do maj\u00fa o\u010disk\u00e1 ako svet ve\u013ek\u00e9. <br>Je naozaj chrumkav\u00e1, ale naozaj, ke\u010f ju kr\u00e1jam, mus\u00edm pou\u017ei\u0165 pilkov\u00fd n\u00f4\u017e a po\u010du\u0165 ako ju kr\u00e1jam, to chrumkanie je \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9. Potom som to mala u\u017e v oku a sypala som od oka.<br>&#8211; Ja viem, \u017ee som to nap\u00edsala pod\u013ea niekoho, pr\u00edli\u0161 rozvl\u00e1\u010dne a azda aj komplikovane, ale pre toho \u010do bude ma\u0165 z\u00e1ujem pod\u013ea m\u0148a piec\u0165, som chcela u\u0161etri\u0165 toho, \u010do som robila ja. Ja som v\u00e1\u017ene piekla toto pe\u010divo neust\u00e1le za sebou asi 5x a neust\u00e1le som nie\u010do menila, sk\u00fa\u0161ala, v\u00e1\u017eila, dolievala a\u017e k\u00fdm som bola spokojn\u00e1. Ke\u010f som videla, ako r\u00fdchle to ide na instagramoch , fb a jutube t\u00fdm pek\u00e1rom, tak som si bola ist\u00e1, \u017ee aj pre m\u0148a to bude pr\u00e1ca hrou. Ale je prakticky toto\u017en\u00e1 z m\u00fakou T 650, ktor\u00fa dosta\u0165 norm\u00e1lne na Slovensku. Hydrat\u00e1cia cesta, teda mno\u017estvo vody je presne nastaven\u00e9 na t\u00fato m\u00faku. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 m\u00faka je in\u00e1 a t\u00e1 T 650 m\u00e1 mo\u017eno o tro\u0161ilinku v\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu savos\u0165 ako t\u00e1to moja, to by mo\u017eno spravila jedna ly\u017eica vody naviac. Netu\u0161\u00edm ko\u013eko vody by i\u0161lo do norm\u00e1lnej hladkej m\u00faky z ktorej by sa ur\u010dite dali urobi\u0165 nejak\u00e9 ciabatty (m\u00e1m zato, \u017ee o nie\u010do menej), ke\u010f som robila pod\u013ea receptu z inst\u00e1\u010da, tak sa mi spravili tak\u00e9 ako som prezentovala, hutn\u00e9, bez o\u010d\u00ed, bez \u013eahkosti, bez chrumkavosti. Dobr\u00e9 chlebov\u00e9 bulky. Preto som ich robila tak za sebou v slede, aby som to dostala do ruky, aby som vedela, ako m\u00e1 to cesto vyzera\u0165. A tak p\u00ed\u0161em v\u00fdhradne o T 65, preto\u017ee som pracovala len s \u0148ou.<br>&#8211; Biga. Biga je predkvas. Za\u010dala som robi\u0165 bigu niekde v strede sk\u00fa\u0161obn\u00fdch v\u00e1rok. Zvy\u0161uje kvalitu pe\u010diva. U m\u0148a je z\u00e1sadn\u00e9 to, \u017ee zvy\u0161uje samozrejme okrem in\u00fdch veci, chrumkavos\u0165.<br>&#8211; Aby som sa vyhla neust\u00e1lemu mana\u017eovaniu pe\u010denia a prehadzovania plechu horom dolom, tak som sa rozhodla, \u017ee si dok\u00fapim pizza kame\u0148 na pe\u010denie. A do\u010d\u00edtala som sa, \u017ee na pe\u010denie ciabatt je skvel\u00e1 kombin\u00e1cia dvoch m\u00fak a to pr\u00e1ve tej T 65 + m\u00faka Manitoba. Tak som sa obr\u00e1tila na m\u00f4j ob\u013e\u00faben\u00fd mlyn a objednala si ju.<br>O tom ako som pochodila s t\u00fdmito dvoma vecami budem informova\u0165.
