Vyhrala som.<br>A potom jeden rok mi M\u00f4j Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel , ako viano\u010dn\u00fd dar\u010dek k\u00fapil meter \u0161tvorcov\u00fd pozemku v \u0160k\u00f3tsku. T\u00fdm, \u017ee som re\u00e1lnou vlastn\u00ed\u010dkou tohto pozem\u00f4\u010dku na \u0160k\u00f3tskej Vyso\u010dine, som sa stala Lady Milena z Glencoe. A nie je to \u017eiadny fake. Nav\u017edy. <br>Toto nikto nikdy neprekon\u00e1. Nikdy. Nav\u017edy. <br>Nasrdil ma.<br>Darmo som mu potom na \u010fal\u0161ie a \u010fal\u0161ie Vianoce kupovala  bomby ako stoln\u00fd l\u00e1vov\u00fd gril, alebo sadu komiksov o Dilbertovi  tesne pred t\u00fdm, ako umrel jeho autor a podobne. On  to e\u0161te zaklincoval vla\u0148aj\u0161kom, ke\u010f mi k\u00fapil retiazku s pr\u00edveskom&#8230;celkom oby\u010dajn\u00fa, ale vyzna\u010dovala sa t\u00fdm, \u017ee bola v stratosf\u00e9re a \u0165ahali ju za vesm\u00edrnym bal\u00f3nom a aj som dostala k nej  fotografiu, ako si tam vis\u00ed.<br>Nen\u00e1vid\u00edm ho za to&#8230;..u\u017e ni\u010d sa tomuto nem\u00f4\u017ee vyrovna\u0165 a vyhral. Tak.<br>No a m\u00f4\u017eem poveda\u0165, \u017ee ten zmrzlinov\u00fd stroj sme v\u0161ade vl\u00e1\u010dili so sebou ako ma\u010dka ma\u010dence.<br>Odi\u0161iel s nami na Slovensko, potom odi\u0161iel s nami do Mn\u00edchova, potom odi\u0161iel s nami na Okrouhl\u00edk a na z\u00e1ver sa vr\u00e1til tam kde patr\u00ed najviac, kde je doma &#8230;do Mn\u00edchova.<br>A m\u00f4\u017eem poveda\u0165, \u017ee tento kus spotrebi\u010da, ve\u013ek\u00fd ako &#8230;k\u00f4\u0148, \u0165a\u017ek\u00fd ako k\u00f4\u0148 u n\u00e1s nezah\u00e1\u013ea a ja v\u00e1\u017ene na \u0148om tie zmrzliny aj robievam. <br>Nie\u017eeby boli tie zmrzliny tak kvalitn\u00e9 ako z obchodu&#8230;.teda to som sa vyjadrila ve\u013emi ve\u013emi zle.<br>Oni s\u00fa pr\u00e1ve\u017ee svojim zlo\u017een\u00edm ve\u013emi kvalitn\u00e9, ale nikdy som ich neurobila tak\u00e9, ako ke\u010f si k\u00fapite zmrzlinu v obchode, alebo nedajbo\u017ee korn\u00fatkov\u00e1.<br>Furt bu\u010f len tiekla, alebo bola na kame\u0148 s kry\u0161t\u00e1likmi. <br>A ja som tento t\u00fd\u017ede\u0148 pri\u0161la na to, \u017ee ja som za cel\u00e9 roky robila t\u00fa zmrzlinu zle.<br>Robila som tento mesiac pun\u010dov\u00fa, jahodovo-bazalkov\u00fa, pomaran\u010dov\u00fa a t\u00e1 pomara\u010dov\u00e1 bola konzistenciou najhor\u0161ia. Sam\u00e9 \u013eadov\u00e9 zrnie\u010dko.<br>A ke\u010f sme tak st\u00e1le ten stroj prevl\u00e1\u010dali, tak niekde na ceste sme zapotro\u0161ili zmrzlinov\u00fa nabera\u010dku. Tak\u017ee ke\u010f som bagrovala,  tak norm\u00e1lnou ly\u017eicou a hocikedy sa mi ohla do prav\u00e9ho uhla.<br>Tak som sa i\u0161la radi\u0165 a h\u00e1dajte \u010do som robila \u00faplne zle. <br>Ja som mala zato, \u017ee mus\u00edm t\u00fa zmrzlinu mie\u0161a\u0165 a\u017e do stavu tak\u00e9ho, akokeby to bola u\u017e hotov\u00e1 zmrzlina. Tak\u017ee ja som k\u013eudne mie\u0161ala aj 45 min\u00fat.<br>M\u00f4j zmrzlinov\u00fd guru, skoro z toho upadol do k\u00f3my a vysvetlil mi, \u017ee to teda ani n\u00e1hodou. \u017de jasn\u00e9, \u017ee m\u00e1m v tej zmrzline ihli\u010dky&#8230;.\u017ee v t\u00fdchto dom\u00e1cich zrmzlinova\u010doch, je to len medzistupe\u0148 a ku kone\u010dnej zmrzline sa dopracujem, a\u017e po zamrznut\u00ed.<br>To som nech\u00e1pala, lebo ja si jasne pam\u00e4t\u00e1m, \u017ee moja mami\u010dka (bo\u017etek do neb\u00ed\u010dka) robievala e\u0161te zmrzlinu tak, \u017ee n\u00e1dobu polo\u017eila do druhej n\u00e1doby, kde boli kusy \u013eadu a ten posolila. A dala mie\u0161a\u0165 do robota. A odtia\u013e vybrala norm\u00e1lnu zmrzlinu. \u017diaden medzistupe\u0148.<br>No u\u017e sa nem\u00e1m koho op\u00fdta\u0165 a ja som teda po prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t pri tejto malage, urobila tak ako mi k\u00e1zalo. Mie\u0161ala som 20 min\u00fat, zmrzlina bola te\u010d\u00faca a dala som zamrzn\u00fa\u0165. <br>A vskutku. Norm\u00e1lna hladk\u00e1 kr\u00e9mov\u00e1 zmrzlina. <br>Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel ju zjedol  za dva ve\u010dery.<br>A tak idem robi\u0165 v\u0161etky zmrzliny znovu a znovu a znovu.<br><br>Urobila som variantu aj pre zmrzlinova\u010d, aj pre t\u00fdch \u010do zmrzlinova\u010d nemaj\u00fa. <br>T\u00fa bez zmrzlinova\u010da odsk\u00fa\u0161an\u00fa nem\u00e1m, tak\u017ee je to len op\u00edsan\u00fd tradi\u010dn\u00fd postup, ktor\u00fd pod\u013ea ohlasov , funguje.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Malaga zmrzlina v zmrzlinova\u010di<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Suroviny<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>400 ml smotana na \u0161\u013eahanie (minim\u00e1lne 30 % tuku)<br>180 ml plnotu\u010dn\u00e9 mlieko<br>200 g sladen\u00e9 kondenzovan\u00e9 mlieko<br>3 \u017e\u013atky<br>1 \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka vanilkov\u00e9ho extraktu alebo 1 bal\u00ed\u010dek vanilkov\u00e9ho cukru<br>\u0161tipka soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>100 g hrozienok<br>80 ml rum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postup<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hrozienka zalejeme rumom a nech\u00e1me aspo\u0148 2 hodiny, ide\u00e1lne cez noc. Pred pou\u017eit\u00edm ich sced\u00edme a mierne ich osu\u0161\u00edme. Rum, ktor\u00fd ostal si odlo\u017e\u00edme.<br>Mlieko zohrejeme ale nesmie vrie\u0165. \u017d\u013atky v miske premie\u0161ame a postupne k nim prilievame tepl\u00e9 mlieko. <br>Nerob\u00edme to naopak, \u017ee \u017e\u013atky, prilievame do mlieka. <br>Ide o to, \u017ee to mlieko, sa t\u00fdm prelievan\u00edm tro\u0161ku schlad\u00ed a vyhneme sa zrazen\u00fdm \u017e\u013atkom  Zmes vr\u00e1time na mierny ohe\u0148 a za st\u00e1leho mie\u0161ania zahrievame, k\u00fdm mierne nezhustne. Nesmie vrie\u0165 a st\u00e1le mie\u0161ame metli\u010dkou. <br>Znovu ten ist\u00fd probl\u00e9m, m\u00f4\u017eu sa n\u00e1m \u017e\u013atky zrazi\u0165.<br>Uf&#8230;.a tu mus\u00edm nap\u00edsa\u0165, \u017ee som rada, \u017ee som u\u017e t\u00fato \u010das\u0165 postupu skon\u010dila  a \u017ee u\u017e nebudem musie\u0165 p\u00edsa\u0165 v akomko\u013evek tvare slovo &#8222;\u017e\u013atok&#8220;. Na p\u00edsanie je to fakt \u00fadesn\u00e9 slovo.<br>Riedky kr\u00e9m odstav\u00edme, prid\u00e1me sladen\u00e9 kondenzovan\u00e9 mlieko, smotanu, vanilku a \u0161tipku soli. Dobre premie\u0161ame a nech\u00e1me \u00faplne vychladn\u00fa\u0165. Potom d\u00e1me minim\u00e1lne na 4 hodiny do chladni\u010dky, ide\u00e1lne na noc. U\u017e t\u00e1 zmes bola fantastick\u00e1.<br>U m\u0148a boli aj hrozienka, aj zmes do druh\u00e9ho d\u0148a v chladni\u010dke.<br>Dobre vychladen\u00fa zmes nalejeme do zmrzlinova\u010da. Nerezov\u00fa n\u00e1dobu zo zmrzlinova\u010da som predchladila. N\u00e1dobu pln\u00edme najviac do dvoch tret\u00edn objemu.<br>Zdalo sa mi, \u017ee je t\u00e1 n\u00e1doba dos\u0165 preplnen\u00e1, tak som dnes zmes mrazila na 2x.<br>Zmrzlinu mie\u0161ame pribli\u017ene 20 a\u017e 30 min\u00fat. Sledujeme konzistenciu . <br>Zmes sa najprv v\u00edri, v\u00edri, v\u00edri, nesk\u00f4r za\u010dne tvori\u0165 hust\u00fa m\u00e4kk\u00fa vlnu. V tomto momente zmrzlinova\u010d vypneme, aj ke\u010f zmrzlina e\u0161te nie je \u00faplne tuh\u00e1. T\u00e1 moja vyzerala ako takmer tekut\u00fd jogurt, ale pri vrten\u00ed robilo u\u017e t\u00fa vlnu.<br>Ke\u010f\u017ee som mala tej zmesi na spracovanie menej, tak sa mi na dne po\u010das mie\u0161ania sa m\u00f4\u017ee na dne n\u00e1doby vytvorila  primrznut\u00e1 vrstva.  Po\u010das mie\u0161ania ju raz zo\u0161krabeme stierkou a nech\u00e1me znovu premie\u0161a\u0165.<br>Hotov\u00fa zmrzlinu prelo\u017e\u00edme do n\u00e1doby. Prid\u00e1me sceden\u00e9 hrozienka a 1 a\u017e 2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice rumu. Jemne premie\u0161ame.<br>Zmrzlinu d\u00e1me do mrazni\u010dky na 4 a\u017e 6 hod\u00edn, aby \u00faplne stuhla.<br>Pred pod\u00e1van\u00edm ju nech\u00e1me nieko\u013eko min\u00fat povoli\u0165 pri izbovej teplote, aby sa dala \u013eahko nabera\u0165.<br>Zmrzlina je absol\u00fatne bo\u017eia. Jemne premie\u0161ame.<br>Zmrzlinu nech\u00e1me v mrazni\u010dke stuhn\u00fa\u0165 aspo\u0148 4 a\u017e 6 hod\u00edn.<br>Pred pod\u00e1van\u00edm ju nech\u00e1me p\u00e1r min\u00fat povoli\u0165 pri izbovej teplote, aby sa dala \u013eahko nabera\u0165.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O tejto zmrzline<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zmrzlina bez stroja nikdy nebude \u00faplne tak\u00e1 jemn\u00e1 ako zo zmrzlinova\u010da, ale pri dodr\u017ean\u00ed mie\u0161ania bude ve\u013emi kr\u00e9mov\u00e1 a bez ve\u013ek\u00fdch kry\u0161t\u00e1lov.<br><br>A \u010do sa t\u00fdka rumu.<br>M\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 trstinov\u00fd rum certifik\u00e1tov a pr\u00e1v ko\u013eko chce.
