To ani jednohubky, ani chleb\u00ed\u010dky. <br>A k\u00fapila som si \u0161amotov\u00fd kame\u0148, aby sa mi lep\u0161ie piekli pek\u00e1rensk\u00e9 veci. Mal pri tej &#8222;veke&#8220; premi\u00e9ru. Tak som sa dop\u00e1lila na ruk\u00e1ch \u017ee a\u017e. P\u013euzgiere mi popraskali a je to vskutku v\u00fdborn\u00e1 vec. A e\u0161te som si bru\u0161ko prsta napichla na ostr\u00fa p\u00edlku. <br>Tak\u017ee som ostala st\u00e1\u0165 so skrvaven\u00fdmi rukami nad makovn\u00edkom.<br>A ve\u013ekono\u010dn\u00e1 plnka, to bolo e\u0161te len.<br>Mala som v pl\u00e1ne len pre Dobr\u00e9ho Man\u017eela, na m\u0148a je to pr\u00edli\u0161 nezdrav\u00e9.<br>Tak som si zobrala mal\u00fa zapekaciu misku a poddimenzovala som mno\u017estvo plnky, bolo jej ledva do polovice. Musela som dor\u00e1ba\u0165. A u\u017e sa mi nechcelo vybera\u0165 t\u00fa star\u00fa a zmie\u0161a\u0165 s tou novou \u010das\u0165ou. Tam som sa odmietla nejako citovo anga\u017eova\u0165. Tret\u00ed debakel by som u\u017e asi neuniesla, nie\u010do by som roztrieskala  a Biela Sobota by ostala len ako zl\u00e1 spomienka. <br>Dobr\u00fd Man\u017eel mal ohromn\u00e9 \u0161\u0165astie , \u017ee sa vybral do pr\u00e1ce.<br>A ke\u010f som u\u017e bola v \u0161vungu, tak som sa rovno pustila do toho.<br> A vy\u0161iel. Toto je presne ten typ receptu, ktor\u00fd si treba odlo\u017ei\u0165 \u2013 lebo funguje.<br>Pr\u00edprava nebola ni\u010d\u00edm v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e1, ani som neprid\u00e1vala \u017eiadne \u010dudn\u00e9 pr\u00edchute. Mo\u017eno to bolo v\u00fdvarom, ktor\u00fd som pou\u017eila.<br>V\u00fdvar bol z pe\u010den\u00fdch  kost\u00ed a ur\u010dite sem vlo\u017e\u00edm recept, ktor\u00fd je ve\u013emi jednoduch\u00fd. Neviem \u010di on bol pr\u00e1ve nosite\u013eom chut\u00ed, alebo nie\u010do in\u00e9. <br>V\u00e1\u017ene netu\u0161\u00edm.<br>A u\u017e v\u00f4bec som ho ani nechcela vklada\u0165 na blog, lebo mi to pri\u0161lo tak\u00e9  ni\u010dotn\u00e9 a zbyto\u010dn\u00e9.<br>Ani nem\u00e1m nafoten\u00fd postup. Ozaj foti\u0165 s t\u00fdmi olepen\u00fdmi prstami bolo to posledn\u00e9.<br>Tak V\u00e1m h\u00e1dam bude sta\u010di\u0165 len p\u00edsanie.<br>Ach kr\u00e1li\u010die labky, ak\u00e1 som V\u00e1m len v\u010fa\u010dn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zachr\u00e1nili ste mi Bielu Sobotu. <br>A viete pre\u010do sa vol\u00e1 Biela sobota? V tento de\u0148, je e\u0161te ticho, Je\u017ei\u0161 je st\u00e1le v hrobe. A v tento de\u0148 sa krstili nov\u00ed veriaci, ktor\u00ed prijali katol\u00edcku vieru a dost\u00e1vali oble\u010den\u00e9 biele r\u00facha.<br><br><strong>Na 4 porcie budeme potrebova\u0165<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 kr\u00e1li\u010die nohy naozaj ve\u013ek\u00e9<br>so\u013e, \u010derven\u00e1 paprika, \u010derstvo drven\u00e9 korenie<br>125 g prerastan\u00e1 slanina (na kocky)<br>Ve\u013ek\u00fd orech masla<br>2 polievkov\u00e9 ly\u017eice olej<br>1 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ia cibu\u013ea (cca 120 g)<br>6 a\u017e 8 str\u00fa\u010dikov cesnak<br>400 ml v\u00fdvar <br>polievkov\u00e1 ly\u017eica su\u0161en\u00fd tymian<br>100 ml smotana na \u0161\u013eahanie + \u010dajov\u00e1 ly\u017ei\u010dka hladk\u00e1 m\u00faka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Postup<\/strong><br><br>Cibu\u013eu a cesnak o\u010dist\u00edme. Cibu\u013eu nasek\u00e1me na ve\u013emi drobno. Cesnak na hrub\u00e9 pl\u00e1tky.<br>Kr\u00e1li\u010die nohy osu\u0161\u00edme, osol\u00edme, okoren\u00edme a posypem sladkou paprikou. <br>Nech\u00e1me ich post\u00e1\u0165 nejak\u00fdch 15 min\u00fat. <br>Medzit\u00fdm do kastr\u00f3la d\u00e1me slaninu na kocky a na strednom ohni ju nech\u00e1me pomaly vy\u0161kvari\u0165, aby pustila tuk. <br>Prid\u00e1me olej a na tomto z\u00e1klade kr\u00e1li\u010die nohy prudko ope\u010dieme zo v\u0161etk\u00fdch str\u00e1n do zlata. Ope\u010den\u00e9 m\u00e4so vyberieme ulo\u017e\u00edme do pek\u00e1\u010da v ktorom sa bud\u00fa piec\u0165. Zasypeme ich su\u0161en\u00fdm tymianom<br>Ope\u010denie je naozaj d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 a nevynech\u00e1vajte ho. Ned\u00e1vajte na pek\u00e1\u010d surov\u00e9 stehn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do v\u00fdpeku prid\u00e1me maslo, nech sa roztop\u00ed a hne\u010f nakr\u00e1jan\u00fa cibu\u013eu a nech\u00e1me zavo\u0148a\u0165. Prid\u00e1me cesnak a len kr\u00e1tko ope\u010dieme, aby nezhnedol. <br>Tento z\u00e1klad zalejeme v\u00fdvarom. Nepou\u017eila som vodu, ale naozajstn\u00fd v\u00fdvar z pe\u010den\u00fdch kost\u00ed. Ak nem\u00e1te prav\u00fd v\u00fdvar, posta\u010d\u00ed aj ten z kocky. <br>Takto pripraven\u00fa \u0161\u0165avu nalejeme do pek\u00e1\u010da ku stehn\u00e1m. Slaninu som nahrnula na m\u00e4so.<br>Neviem ak\u00e9 budete ma\u0165 ve\u013ek\u00e9 stehn\u00e1, ja som ich  mala naozaj ve\u013ek\u00e9, ak budete ma\u0165 men\u0161ie, tak mo\u017eno bude toho v\u00fdvaru sta\u010di\u0165 menej. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pek\u00e1\u010d utesn\u00edme alobalom a vlo\u017e\u00edme do r\u00fary vyhriatej na 170 stup\u0148ov,  kde sa m\u00e4so pomaly dus\u00ed. <br>Najprv som dusila 50 min\u00fat. Potom som skontrolovala  a dusila \u010fal\u0161\u00edch 50 min\u00fat. <br>V\u00f4bec som nemusela dolieva\u0165 tekutinu a st\u00e1le som jej mala dos\u0165. <br>Potom som skontrolovala a moje ve\u013ek\u00e9 stehnisk\u00e1 boli m\u00e4kk\u00e9 a \u0161\u0165avnat\u00e9 ako maslo. Dokonca mali aj farbu a vlastne som nemusela ani zapeka\u0165.<br>Napriek tomu, som \u0161\u0165avu preliala do hrnca a nechala stehn\u00e1 v pr\u00e1zdnom pek\u00e1\u010di, zapeka\u0165 na 200 stup\u0148ov slab\u00fdch 15 min\u00fat. <br>St\u00e1le sa n\u00e1dherne leskli \u0161\u0165avou a nevysychali. Znovu na jednu bublinu a vypla som.<br>Moji mil\u00ed, nemusela som absol\u00fatne, ale\u017ee absol\u00fatne dochucova\u0165. <br>Ni\u010d\u00edm.<br>Om\u00e1\u010dka bola dokonale ochuten\u00e1.
