Cukr\u00e1rkina dc\u00e9ra.<br>A mami\u010dka to ani netu\u0161ila. Ani v p\u00e4te nemala, \u017ee m\u00f4\u017eem by\u0165 tak\u00e1 sprost\u00e1.<br>A\u017e raz, ke\u010f som sa nejako rozpr\u00e1vala s Vierkou Chabankou, jej u\u010dnicou, kolegy\u0148ou, cukr\u00e1rkou a napokon aj susedou. Tak hovorila, \u017ee \u010do je to za osobu t\u00e1 \u013duba, \u017ee bola u nej a ona rozb\u00edjala vajcia a bielky priamo do v\u00fdlevky d\u00e1vala. \u017de jej skoro ruky ol\u00e1mala.<br>No nepriznala som sa a len sa op\u00fdtala, \u017ee ko\u013eko ich bolo. A \u017ee dve a \u017ee ke\u010f nevedela \u010do s t\u00fdm , tak si ich mala da\u0165 do mrazni\u010dky a zbiera\u0165. \u017de dobr\u00e1 gazdin\u00e1 by to vedela zu\u017eitkova\u0165 raz dva. <br>A potom a\u017e roky roky nesk\u00f4r, na topreceptoch , mne ve\u013emi mil\u00e1 u\u017e\u00edvate\u013eka, ktor\u00e1 mi prir\u00e1stla k srdcu,  Patr\u00edcie , tam p\u00edsala, \u017ee ona so svojou susedou vymie\u0148ala jej bielky , za svoje \u017e\u013atky. \u017de pre \u0148u, pre Patr\u00edciu boli bielky omnoho d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ie ako \u017e\u013atky.<br>Nikdy som sa nepriznala. Ani jednej, ani druhej, ani tretej. Nikdy.<br>Len teraz ke\u010f u\u017e som d\u00f4chodky\u0148a, tak sa neo\u0161tiepkujem, lebo nie je u\u017e pre m\u0148a d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 robi\u0165 formu a tv\u00e1ri\u0165 sa na dokonal\u00fa neomylnos\u0165.<br>Tak\u017ee mil\u00e1 moja mami\u010dka (do neb\u00ed\u010dka bo\u017etek), mil\u00e1 moja Vierka, mil\u00e1 moja Vlasti\u010dka aka Patr\u00edcie a mil\u00ed moji v\u0161etci&#8230;vyhadzovala som v mojich te\u013eac\u00edch rokoch bielky.<br>Sama tomu nerozumiem, preto\u017ee teraz si aj z jedn\u00e9ho urob\u00edm mali\u010dk\u00fa mali\u010dk\u00fa mali\u010dk\u00fa  omeletku,  na mali\u010dk\u00fd mali\u010dk\u00fd kraj\u010dek a v\u00fdborne si na tom pochut\u00edm. A m\u00e4siari zase nemali doma n\u00fadzu o z\u00e1kusky.<br>To som ja bola v dobrom \u0161oku, nepripraven\u00e1 na realitu, ke\u010f som vo\u0161la ako bezv\u00fdznamn\u00fd z\u00e1kazn\u00edk, do be\u017enej s\u00eddliskovej m\u00e4siarni<br>Skr\u00e1tim to.<br>K\u00fapila som si ako ka\u017ed\u00fd be\u017en\u00fd \u010dlovek, krkovi\u010dku a kar\u00e9.<br>V\u0161etko s kos\u0165ami.<br>Bo\u017ee to bolo hrozn\u00e9. <br>Nemal mi to kto presekn\u00fa\u0165, nemala som to kde str\u010di\u0165.<br>Tak som to vykostila a \u010do s tou kos\u0165ou hrubou&#8230;.no vyhodila som.<br>Nemala som mrazni\u010dku, len tak\u00fa t\u00fa, \u010do bola priamo v chladni\u010dke s t\u00fdmi dvierkami. Tam sa mi to ani nezmestilo.<br>Alebo v tom \u010dase, pri\u0161la ve\u013emi do &#8222;m\u00f3dy&#8220; kuracia rol\u00e1da. <br>Bol to m\u00f4j majster\u0161tik.<br>Kura som si musela na to vykosti\u0165. Tak\u00e1 som b\u00fdvala zo za\u010diatku dorezan\u00e1 \u017ee a\u017e. Ale potom som u\u017e z\u00edskala tak\u00fa zru\u010dnos\u0165, \u017ee som t\u00fa kostru vypreparovala z kura\u0165a tak, \u017ee ostala cel\u00e1. <br>A \u010do som s \u0148ou urobila? Vyhodila ju.<br>Namojdu\u0161u. Teraz ke\u010f sa pozer\u00e1m sp\u00e4tne, tak by som si ozaj ruky ol\u00e1mala ako Vierka chcela tej \u013dube, \u010di \u013dude, \u010di ako sa to volala t\u00e1 ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00ed\u010dka.<br>Ale nech mi je aspo\u0148 toto mal\u00fdm ospravedlnen\u00edm. <br>Ja som v\u00e1\u017ene nevedela \u010do s t\u00fdm.<br>Ja som aj odlo\u017eila ten bielok do poh\u00e1rika a potom po t\u00fd\u017edni som ho nechala odmo\u010di\u0165 vo vode, lebo vyschlo. To \u017ee som mohla e\u0161te jedno vaj\u00ed\u010dko k tomu a urobi\u0165 die\u0165atkovi pra\u017eeni\u010dku, ma ani len nenapadlo.<br>Alebo kosti. Ja som napr\u00edklad dlho nevedela uvari\u0165 dobr\u00fa rezancov\u00fa , v\u00fdvarov\u00fa polievku. Raz ke\u010f som bola u D\u017eany, tak pr\u00e1ve varila a ja som na \u0148u pozerala ako z in\u00e9ho sveta a ako na kuch\u00e1rku na slovo vzat\u00fa.<br>Rozumiete, vedela som vykosti\u0165 kura tak, aby som z neho urobila v\u00fdstavn\u00fa plnen\u00fa kuraciu rol\u00e1du, ktor\u00fa si u m\u0148a objedn\u00e1vali v\u0161etky mami\u010dkine kamar\u00e1tky, ale nevedela som urobi\u0165 v\u00fdvar. <br>Alebo som si pam\u00e4tala, \u017ee rodi\u010dia ke\u010f varili seged\u00edn, tak do neho d\u00e1vali aj kosti z vykostenia krkovi\u010dky.  Raz som mala nasekan\u00e9 kotlety s kos\u0165ami, ktor\u00e9 som odstr\u00e1nila a dala som ich do toho seged\u00ednu  aj ja. No ja som absol\u00fatne \u017eiadnu pridan\u00fa hodnotu v tom nevidela, akur\u00e1t, \u017ee som musela pou\u017ei\u0165, na tri porcie seged\u00ednu,  hrniec ako na desa\u0165.<br>Tak ma napadlo, \u017ee sa mus\u00edm op\u00fdta\u0165 Dobrej Cerky, ako naklad\u00e1 s tak\u00fdmito komoditami.<br>V\u00f4bec si nerob\u00edm il\u00fazie, preto\u017ee u nich mrazni\u010dka sl\u00fa\u017ei len na chlieb a na nanuky, ke\u010f k\u00fapim deti\u010dkom.<br>Ak nie\u010do u  nich vlo\u017e\u00edm do mrazni\u010dky, tak to  m\u00f4\u017eem hodi\u0165 rovno do hlbokej studni. <br>Nu\u017e posunula som sa .<br>U\u017e viem \u010do a ako. <br>Moja Dobr\u00e1 Svokra, t\u00e1 n\u00e1m hocikedy uvarila \u0161tyri porcie  v\u00fdvaru z brav\u010dov\u00fdch kost\u00ed, \u010do si vykostila z nie\u010doho. A fajn\u00fd.<br>A kuch\u00e1r Floyd ten tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee indick\u00e9 kari varen\u00e9 bez kosti, nem\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 dobr\u00e9. <br>Ja vykos\u0165ujem, ale kosti zbieram a rob\u00edm z nich v\u00fdvar na podlievanie. Robila som ho be\u017ene, ako keby som i\u0161la robi\u0165 v\u00fdvar na polievku, \u017ee som tie kosti h\u00e1dzala priamo z mrazni\u010dky do hrnca a varila ich za surova. <br>Teraz som ich po prv\u00fdkr\u00e1t upiekla a tak robila fin\u00e1lny v\u00fdvar. Mo\u017eno by som to ani ned\u00e1vala na blog, lebo mi to pr\u00edde ako nie\u010do z minul\u00e9ho storo\u010dia a som si ist\u00e1, \u017ee to asi nikto robi\u0165 nebude, preto\u017ee je to pr\u00e1ca naviac, ale mus\u00edm, naozaj mus\u00edm sa s Vami podeli\u0165 o moju empirick\u00fa sk\u00fasenos\u0165.<br>Takto uroben\u00fdm v\u00fdvarom z pe\u010den\u00fdch kost\u00ed, som podlievala kr\u00e1li\u010die stehn\u00e1  a nikdy v \u017eivote sa mi neurobila tak\u00e1 skvel\u00e1 om\u00e1\u010dka. T\u00fato tekutinu prid\u00e1me do hrnca ku kostiam, preto\u017ee pr\u00e1ve v nej je najviac chuti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kosti zalejeme studenou vodou tak, aby boli ponoren\u00e9 a e\u0161te mali nad sebou p\u00e1r centimetrov vody. Prid\u00e1me o\u010disten\u00fa zeleninu &#8211;  prekrojen\u00fa mrkvu, petr\u017elen, k\u00fasok zeleru a cibu\u013eu rozkrojen\u00fa na polovicu aj so \u0161upkou.
