A pod t\u00fdm nemeck\u00fd preklad ako   Roter Mastopf.<br>Pozole je star\u00fd azt\u00e9cky pokrm, ktor\u00fd sa var\u00ed v celom Mexiku a varil sa e\u0161te pred Kolumbusom. <br>Toto je len jeho nemeck\u00e1 verzia, ktor\u00e1 dos\u0165 pripom\u00edna chilli con carne, ale len na poh\u013ead.<br>Pozole ako som p\u00edsala je mexick\u00e9 jedlo a predstavte si to, \u017ee chilli con carne je americk\u00e9 jedlo z Texasu. <br>V tom mexickom  pozole je ve\u013ea kukurice, ale ur\u010dite nie takej,  ak\u00fa dos\u0165 u n\u00e1s v Eur\u00f3pe v plechovk\u00e1ch.  A fazu\u013ea takmer ur\u010dite nie. M\u00e4so je v \u0148om len ako pr\u00eddavok a vlastne cel\u00fd tento m\u00f4j pokrm sa tv\u00e1ri ako mexick\u00e9, ale pritom je to len predstava, ktor\u00fa v Eur\u00f3pe m\u00e1me o mexickom jedle. <br>Pozole, teda aj ke\u010f V\u00e1m evokuje  slovo &#8222;fazu\u013ea&#8220;, tak skuto\u010dne s t\u00fdm nem\u00e1  ni\u010d spolo\u010dn\u00e9, v Mexiku sa  do toho jedla fazu\u013ea  neprid\u00e1va. <br>Preto som sa ani neodv\u00e1\u017eila tento gul\u00e1\u0161 nazva\u0165 pozole,  , hoci pr\u00e1ve ako pozole si ho m\u00f4\u017eete objedna\u0165 aj s fazu\u013eou,  tuto u n\u00e1s na rohu v mexickej re\u0161taur\u00e1cii, ktor\u00e1 kedysi bola naozaj mexick\u00e1.  <br>Viedol ju Rafael, ktor\u00fd bol a aj vyzeral ako Mexi\u010dan a ob\u010das sa s hos\u0165ami aj opil&#8230;.napr\u00edklad s Mojim Dobr\u00fdm Man\u017eelom. Odlo\u017e\u00edme ho bokom.<br>Ak u\u017e m\u00e1te m\u00e1lo masti, pridajte ly\u017eicu oleja a prid\u00e1me cibu\u013eu, cesnak a chilli.<br>Restujeme aspo\u0148 5 min\u00fat a prid\u00e1me paradajkov\u00fd pretlak. Vlejeme aj s n\u00e1levom.<br>Ve\u013emi d\u00f4kladne v\u0161etko  premie\u0161ame, posol\u00edme opatrne a zalejeme hor\u00facim v\u00fdvarom. <br>Ja som nevliala hne\u010f cel\u00fd naraz. M\u00fdlila som sa. Ozaj tam m\u00e1 by\u0165.<br>Pod\u00e1vala som k tomu tortillu.<br><br><strong>O varen\u00ed :<\/strong><br>&#8211; Mnoho \u013eud\u00ed si povie, \u017ee na\u010do bude kupova\u0165 r\u00edmsku rascu, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edje na\u0161u norm\u00e1lnu mlet\u00fa rascu. A to je kardin\u00e1lny omyl. R\u00edmska rasca (kum\u00edn, cumin) chut\u00ed z\u00e1sadne \u00faplne inak ako mlet\u00e1 be\u017en\u00e1 rasca.
