Kozu a kosti nevyhadzujeme, zbierame ich v mraznicke kym nemame dostatok na uvarenie vyvaru.<br \/>\nV kastrole rozohrejeme olej s maslom a opecieme na nom do zlata maso.<br \/>\nMaso po opeceni osolime a posypeme cerstvym mletym korenim.<br \/>\nMaso podlejeme horucou vodou, tak aby bolo spolovice ponorene a dusime pod pokrievkou cca 20 minut.<br \/>\nHnede zampiony umyjeme a prekrojime na stvrtky, ak su mensie, tak len na polovice.<br \/>\nKonak so smotanou a mukou preslahame.<br \/>\nZampiony vlozime k masu a vlejeme k nemu aj konakovu omacku.<br \/>\nNechame prevriet a dodusime maso.<br \/>\nAk je omacky malo, dolejeme este horucu vodu a pridame nasekanu petrzlenovu vnat, citronovu stavu a prelisujeme cesnak.
