Pripomenul mi to moj dobry manzel&#8230;.a tak som rychlo rychlo napravala svoju reputaciu stastnej manzelky&#8230;.nastastie som si to vyzehlila&#8230;.aj ked tam nie je ananas&#8230;.bolo mi odpustene \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n<p>Rolada ma v sebe mango, kokosove mlieko, peceny struhany kokos&#8230;.a na pocudovanie sveta&#8230;vsetky komponenty, ktore som potrebovala\u00a0 som mala doma. Solamyl<br \/>\n1 CL kypriaci prasok do peciva<br \/>\n60 g struhany kokos na posypanie rolady<br \/>\n4 lyzice kokosovy liker na vykropenie piskotu<br \/>\n3 lyzice cukrovy sirup, alebo cukrova kompotova voda z marhul<\/p>\n<p>Na krem :<br \/>\n250 g kysla tucna smotana (ja som mala 24 percentnu)<br \/>\n2 velke lyzice kokosove mlieko (resp. vyzrazana kokosova hmota z plechovky)<br \/>\n1 balicek vanilinovy cukor<br \/>\n100 g jemny cukor<br \/>\n200 g slahackova smotana<br \/>\n5 platkov zelatiny<br \/>\n1 male mango<\/p>\n<h2>Postup<\/h2>\n<p>Upecieme si piskotovy plat.<\/p>\n<p>Rozdelime zltky od bielkov. K bielkom pridame 3 lyzice vody a zacneme slahat. Na papier rovnomerne roztrieme cesto a dame piect do vyhriatej rury (180 az 200 stupnov). Pecieme cca 10 minut, resp. dovtedy kym nie je korpus upeceny.<br \/>\nNepecieme dlhsie ako je nevyhnutne&#8230;cesto sa dlhym pecenim vysusuje a pri rolovani sa potom lame.<br \/>\nPripravime si cistu utierku, rozprasime po nej muku. Cesto po upeceni, hned prelozime na pomucenu utierku, tak ze papier je hore. Tento papier opatrne stiahneme, ale ho nechame na piskote&#8230;.(spominane vysychanie cesta).<\/p>\n<p>Ideme si urobit krem :<\/p>\n<p>Do misy dame kyslu hustu smotanu. Je naozaj tucna a husta..stoji v nej lyzica. K smotane dame cukor. Otvorime plechovku kokosoveho mlieka. Ak je na vrchu vyzrazany kokosovy tuk a na spodku je cista voda&#8230;tak ju nezmiesavajte a odoberte 2 plne lyzice tej kokosovej hmoty. Ak je mlieko tekute uz zmiesane s vodou, tak odoberte maximalne 3 lyzice.
