Sampinony nakrajame na male kocky.<br \/>\nDo vypeku po opekani masa dame roztopit maslo. Netrva to dlho max 7 minut. Sampinony posolime, ochutime cerstvo mletym korenim, palivou paprikou a mletou rascou. Nakoniec do nich vmiesame nasekanu petrzlenovu vnat.<\/p>\n<p>Bravcove platky zlahka osolime a okorenime.
