Z mlieka, cukru a pudingoveho prasku uvarime puding podla navodu na obale. Ja obycajne robievam puding ananasovy, ale doma som nenasla iny, ako vanilkovy, takze v recepte pisem o vanilkovom. Pudig prikryjeme pokrievkou, alebo foliou, aby sa nam nevytvorila hruba koza a nechame ho uplne vychladnut.<\/p>\n<p>Upecieme si piskot:<\/p>\n<p>Oddelime zltky od bielkov. Ja peciem v plyne, takze moj cas pecenia je pre Vas pravdepodobne irelevantny.<br \/>\nVyslahame si krem :<\/p>\n<p>Do misy nakrajame povolene maslo a pridame\u00a0 k nemu 5 lyzic cukru . Povodne mam recept napisany s 3 lyzicami, ale ten krem sa mi zdal malo sladky, tak preto som pridala..<br \/>\nMaslo preslaham do penista. Po malych davkach pridavam k maslu vychladnuty puding a vyslahame do nadychaneho kremu. Ak zelatina pobrala vsetku vody, tak pridame este lyzicu a hrncek nahrejeme na slabom plameni aby sa nam zelatina rozpustila. Trva to najviac pol minuty&#8230;.ja vzdy nahrievam na velmi slabom plameni a hrncek hned odlozim a miesam uz len na zbytkovom teplote. Zelatine nesmie prist do varu, pretoze Vam uz potom neztuhne.<\/p>\n<p>Dame odkvapkat ananas a sirup zachytime. Polovicu dame k zelatine, dobre premiesame .<\/p>\n<p>Na povrch rezu poukladame kusky ananasu a lyzicou zalievame zelatinou.
