V troske mlieka rozpustime drozdie a cukor a nechame vzist kvasok. Pridame ho do muky. Ja som nemala cerstve drozdie, tak som pouzila dve lyzicky suseneho drozdia a tie som jednoducho bez rozpustania zamiesala spolu s cukrom do cesta.<\/p>\n<p>Vypracujeme hladke nelepive cesto a nechame ho vykysnut, dnes mi to kyslo mimoriadne zle, drzala som ho v mise dve hodiny, kym sa zdvihlo.<\/p>\n<p>Samozrejme mozeme pouzit navypracovanie a vykysnutie cesta domacu pekaren.<\/p>\n<p>Vykysnute cesto rozdelime na 8 rovnakych casti a z nich vysulame sulky.
