Cibu\u013eu nakr\u00e1jame na hrub\u0161ie kolieska.<br \/>\nNa panvici rozohrejeme olej a maso dobre opek\u00e1me zo vsetkych str\u00e1n do tmavozlata.\u00a0 Ak mate malu panvicu , ur\u010dite neopekajte v\u0161etko naraz, ale po \u010dastiach, tak aby sa maso neprekr\u00fdvalo. Na\u0161im cie\u013eom nie je aby maso pustilo stavu, ale aby sa dobre zatiahlo. Par kuskov si odlozim bokom na posypanie hotovej porcie na tanieri.<\/p>\n<p>Maso zlahka posypeme morskou solou a vsetko premiesame. Niekto pouziva na maso aj rascu, ale ja ju v tomto konkretnom recepte vynechavam. Pouzivam vela cesnaku a ta chut potlaci chut rasce a tak mi to pride zbytocne ju tam davat. Podla kvality masa sa dlzka pecenie skracuje , alebo predlzuje. Toto moje som piekla cca 70 minut a mohla som mu dat este nejakych 10 minut naviac. Co uz.<\/p>\n<p>Pripravime si spenat. Ja pouzivam ten v kockach&#8230;.je uz predpripraveny, takze je s nim malo prace a mozem odoberat kolko chcem.\u00a0 Teraz pouzijeme cele balenie. Kocky vsypeme do panvice kde sme opekali maso (ak sa nezmesti, tak pouzite vacsiu nadobu) a podlejeme ich 150 ml sladkou smotanou. Nechame ich pomaly rozpustat na plameni a na zaver nechame prevriet na jednu bublinu.
