Ocistenu nakrajanu cibulu a stiplavu papriku na oleji orestujeme a pridame mlete maso. Maso restujeme dovtedy kym sa uplne od sebe neoddeluje a nerozpada sa.\u00a0 Podlejeme troskou horucej vody a prikryte dusim, kym sa mi nevytvori stavicka.\u00a0 Mozno nejakych 10 minut. Obcas podlievam, pretoze sosovica nasava tekutinu. Ked je vsetko hotove, tak pridam na zaver cervenu sosovicu a nasekanu cerstvu majoranku.
