Bolo to viac ako pred 20 rokmi\u00a0 a vtedy som si garam masalu tvorila pod\u013ea samostatn\u00fdch druhov koren\u00edn, lebo zmes som nevedela kde k\u00fapi\u0165.\u00a0 Korenie tandoori tie\u017e. O hotov\u00fdch past\u00e1ch som ani nevedela, \u017ee existuj\u00fa.<br \/>Ak sa tie\u017e do toho pust\u00edte, tak si nikdy nekupujte ve\u013ek\u00e9 balenie, akoko\u013evek \u010dasto var\u00edm indick\u00fa kuchy\u0148u, tak rad\u0161ej chod\u00edm a dokupujem neust\u00e1le aj masalu aj ostatn\u00e9 indick\u00e9 korenia.<br \/>Kura vindaloo nem\u00e1 pevne stanoven\u00fd recept. Ko\u013eko receptov na webe n\u00e1jdete, tak ka\u017ed\u00fd je in\u00fd. Ja som si ich pre seba upravila asi 5, tak aby n\u00e1m vyhovoval. Zemiaky sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa iba v\u00a0 portugalskej variante, v Indii sa nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa, ale n\u00e1m to tak vyhovuje.
