No cez to vsetko, ze im verim, tak ich neposlucham a ja kuracie stehna <a href=\"https:\/\/chalupnikovi.com\/recepty\/?p=1243\" target=\"_blank\">vykostujem<\/a>. Kosti odkladam a ked si ich nazbieram, tak si z nich uvarim vyvar&#8230;a ten je skvely&#8230;aj ked je z kosti. Kozu nezvliekam. Maso nakrajam na vacsie kusy.\u00a0Cibulu ocistime a nasekame na kocky.<\/p>\n<p>Do kastrola dame olej, rozohrejeme ho a kuracie maso dobre opecieme zo vsetkych stran do zlatohneda. Maso rozhrnieme a pridame cibulu, nove korenie, bobkovy list ,\u00a0 vsetko premiesame a osolime. \u00a0Dame pod pokrievku a dusime asi 5 minut.\u00a0 Po 5 minutach vmiesamie do stavicky, ktora sa pustila, horcicu a podlejeme horucou vodou . Dusime dalsich 15 minut. Do kyslej smotany vmiesame 4 lyzice horucej stavy z hrnca, mozeme pridat 1 malu lyzicku hladkej muky a preslahame ju. Smotanu vlejeme do hrnca. Ak pouzivame sladku smotanu, tak postupujeme rovnako.. Ak mame malo stavy, tak znovu podlejeme este horucou vodou a dodusime dalsich 15 minut.
