Uvidela som nadhernu roladu co upiekla <a href=\"http:\/\/www.toprecepty.sk\/recept\/2213-citronova-rolada\/\" target=\"_blank\">Evka Hubova<\/a> a tak som sa odvazila na tento mucnik&#8230;.aj ked citronovy krem tvori spevnujuca zelatina, ktoru ja robit neviem. Tento papier opatrne stiahneme, ale ho nechame na piskote\u2026.(spominane vysychanie cesta).<\/p>\n<p>Urobime si krem :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cely sacok zelatiny vsypeme do hrnceka a zalejeme vodou&#8230;tak aby bola tesne tesne prikryta a nechame napucat minimalne na 10 minut. Moja zelatina vodu vsetku vstrebala. Nechame ju rozpustit. Ja zapnem plyn a ten hrncek ani nekladiem na mriezku, len drzim na par sekund tesne nad plamenom a zelatina sa zacne pustat. Hrncek dam bokom a miesam kym sa nerozpusti, ak mam stale hrcky, tak znovu drzim chvilu nad plamenom. Zelatina za ziadnu cenu nesmie vriet a ani sa prehriat.<\/p>\n<p>Kym zelatina napuca,\u00a0 tak vyslahame tuhu slahacku s 1 balickom vanilinoveho cukru. Jogurt rozmiesame s cukrom, citronovou korou a limoncelom (citronovy liker). Kto nema liker, tak nech vmiesa citronovu stavu a lyzicu cukru naviac.<br \/>\nHned ako zelatinu mame rozpustenu, rozmiesame v nej par lyzic jogurtu do hladka a takyto zaklad vlejeme do zbytku jogurtu&#8230;vymiesame. Jogurtovu zmes prelejeme do slahacky a vymiesame hladky krem. Krem dame do chladnicky &#8230;.v recepte sa pise, ze na 15 minut,\u00a0 ja som to nekontrolovala a za tu dobu mi krem stuhol az prilis, nedal sa mi dobre rozotierat, ale dokazala som to \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>Na vychladnuty piskotovy plat natrieme po celej ploche dzem.
