Kuracie filety dame do marinovacej nadoby, oblozime ich stonkami cerstvych byliniek, v ziadnom pripade nesmie chybat rozmarin. Pridame bobkovy list, nove korenie.\u00a0 Ocistenut salotku (alebo 1\/2 cervenej cibule) nakrajame na male kruzky. Olej rozohrejeme a kuracie filety osolime, posypeme susenymi bylinkami&#8230;.ja som pouzila tieto susene preto, pretoze som nemala cerstve. Nakoniec bohato posypeme cerstvo namletym korenim.
