Pod\u013ea na\u0161ej chuti mali t\u00fa najlep\u0161iu v Striebornej u b\u00fdval\u00e9ho Kurjana. D\u00e1vali sme si ju bez nastr\u00fahan\u00e9ho syra a bez kopy str\u00fahanej surovej mrkvy, \u010dervenej kapusty a konzervovanej kukurice \ud83d\ude42 Ke\u010f sme \u017eili v BB, tak sme do Striebornej\u00a0\u00a0 \u010dasto chodievali na skvel\u00e9 jedlo. Teraz u\u017e v BB nie sme a ke\u010f tam pr\u00eddeme, tak uprednost\u0148ujeme rodinu. Netu\u0161\u00edm, ci sa va\u017eeck\u00e1 e\u0161te varieva a ci vobec este kr\u010dma u b\u00fdval\u00e9ho Kurjana so \u0160arom za barom existuje. Pecienky zvyknem len od seba odtrhnut a prerezat na dvoje casti.<\/p>\n<p>Olej nechame rozpalit a bravcove maso na nom restujeme 5 minut. Maso s cibulou nam akokeby *zvlhnu*.<br \/>\nPosolime, okorenime a posypeme mletou paprikou. Podlejeme horucou vodou. Ak mate vela stavy, tak ju varom zredukujte. Premiesame a na panvici rozohrejeme olej.<br \/>\nKed peciem harulu, tak to je asi jediny krat ked nesetrim olejom.<br \/>\nVazecka sa podavala tak, ze sa urobila velka placka a ta sa naplnila a prehla cez sotecko.
