Dva struciky cesnaku ocistime a plochou stranou cepele noza ich rozdrvime a nechame v celku.\u00a0 Citron orezeme az na duzinu.. este lepsie &#8230;.zltu koru ostruhame a odlozime si do pecenia :D. Cesnak ocistime a naplatkujeme. Malicke zemiaciky mozete len vydrhnut pod tecucou vodou a nesupat ich, ale ja to tak nemam rada, takze som ich osupala.<\/p>\n<p>Na dno pekacika dame roztopeny platok masla,\u00a0 1 PL oleja, ocistenu zeleninu, cesnak a zemiaky. Posolime , pridame tymianove vetvicky a posypeme drvenym korenim a vymiesame, aby bolo vsetko obalene v tuku. Na tuto zeleninu polozime maso a na kazdy dame pol platku masla.
