Zeler nakrajame na tenke platky (pol centimetra hrube) a tie nakrajame na kocky a mrkvu nakrajame na kolieska.\u00a0 Dame do misy a pofrkame olejom posolime, pridame suseny tymian . Ja som piekla o nieco menej, a raz som ten plech otacala, Ale ja mam plynovu ruru, takze sa jej musim prisposobovat.<\/p>\n<p>Panvicu vytrieme olejom a opecieme na nom vlaske orechy&#8230;.asi na 1 minutu, poprehadzujeme a znovu 1 minutu. To by malo uplne stacit.<\/p>\n<p>Upecenu zeleninu nechame na plechu trosicku vychladnut. Dame ju do misy, pridame orechy a pokvapkame limetovou stavou. Vymiesame a podla chuti popripade este posolime.<\/p>\n<p>Polovicu mozzarellovej hrudky nakrajame na male kocky, pazitku nasekame a vmiesame do salatu.
