Ked som si sparglu prvykrat pred rokmi kupila, vtedy este bielu&#8230;tak som ju ocistila tak, ze som im odrezala aj hlavicky a dala do odpadu&#8230;.veru, taky somar som bola :D. A pamatam si, aka som bola vydesena, ked som po konzumacii spargli isla na toaletu&#8230;.az potom som si niekde precitala, ze spargla sposobuje nejake zmeny v tele a meni zlozenie mocu a ten ziska specificku vonu. Zelenu sparglu nesupem, mozno len ked je velmi velmi poskodena, tak tu cast obielim. Dam ju varit do studenej vody s malou lyzickou soli.<\/p>\n<p>Na pripravu jogurtoveho dressingu som pouzila uz ochutenu majonezu&#8230;nieco ako tatarska omacka, tak som limetovu stavu nepouzivala. Scedime ju a nechame trochu vychladnut. Takto pripravenu sparglu jem ako samostatne jedlo a uvarim si k nej jeden zemiak.
