Do snehu pridame 150 g praskoveho cukru , zaslahame ho a misu polozime do pary na hrniec s vodou. Neustale slahame, aby sa nam sneh nepripiekol na dno a boky misy. Slahame dovtedy kym sneh nie je naozaj teply (kludne tam strcte prst). Misu dame dolu a znovu slahame, kym sa sneh nevychladi.<br \/>\nDo tohoto uvareneho snehu zamiesame muku, kokosovu mucku a datle. Poriadne premiesame.<\/p>\n<p>Na plech dame papier na pecenie. Ja mam sacok na pecenie, ktory ma na vymenu trubiciek zavit. Tento sacok bez trubicky som naplnila masou.\u00a0 Ak mate naozaj siroku hladku trubicku mozete pouzit tu.. Ak nemate ani jedno ani druhe tak na plech, pomocou\u00a0 dvoch cajovych lyziciek tvorte kopky v odstupoch. Ja,\u00a0 ako som pisala, som tieto puserliky striekala.<\/p>\n<p>Plech dame do rury a vysusujeme&#8230;nie pecieme&#8230;.cca 20 minut&#8230;.musite to posudit podla svojej vlastnej rury. Ja mam plynovu a na spodok davam este jeden plech aby mi tak nepripekalo od spodku, tym padom sa u mna dlzka pecenie trochu predlzuje.<\/p>\n<p>Dve lyzice kavy rozpustime v 1 lyzici horucej vody.
