Netrva to dlho, len aby boli zlate a supka isla dobre dolu. .mozeme to urobit aj na suchej panvici s hrubym dnom na plameni&#8230;.ale tam by ste to museli robit v davkach. Nechame ich vychladnut a medzi dlanami ich vysuchame a zbavime supky. Lieskovce zmixujeme na mucku. Samozrejme ak kupite uz mlete, tak mate o pracu menej.<\/p>\n<p>Maslo vyslahame do penista s cukrom,\u00a0 pridame muku, orechy a stipku soli. Velmi rychle ju zapracujeme a vypracujeme hladke cesto. S cestom sa nehrame, pracujeme naozaj velmi rychle.<br \/>\nHotove cesto zabalime do folie a nechame ho na dve hodiny odpocivat do chladnicky.<\/p>\n<p>Odpocinute a vychlandute cesto vyberieme a vypracujeme sulky asi 1.5 cm hrube. Zoradime ich pod seba tak, aby boli zarovnane na jednom kraji a nozom\u00a0 krajame rovnako dlhe sulky. Kazdy sulok este v dlaniach prevalkame aby mali uzsie konce&#8230;.ale ak mate casovu tiesen, tak nechajte tak ako su a spravte z nich podkovicku.<\/p>\n<p>Ukladame na plech s papierom na pecenie.<\/p>\n<p>Pecieme na 180 stupnov&#8230;.povedzme 20 minut&#8230;je to podla Vasej rury. Rozteky byvaju po upeceni makke a tak Vas moze miast, ze su nedopecene&#8230;ale akonahle vychladnu, tak budu dobre.<\/p>\n<p>Praskovy cukor zmiesame s vanilinovym a teple rozteky obalime.<\/p>\n<p>Ulozime do uzatvaratelnej krabice a ulozime do chladu.
