Vsetko velmi rychle vypracujeme na hladke cesto. S cestom sa velmi nehrame. Je dolezite pracovat rychle. Hotove cesto zabalime do folie a dame na dve hodiny do chladnicky.<\/p>\n<p>Ruru zapneme na 180 stupnov a nechame vyhriat.<br \/>\nVychladnute cesto spracujeme do sulkov 1.5 cm hrubych. Sulky poukladame pod seba, od kraja ich zarovname a nozom nakrajame na rovnake dlzky. Kazdy kusok este v rukach presulame do uzsich koncov a ohneme ich do tvaru podkovicky.<br \/>\nPodkovicky ukladame na plech s papierom na pecenie.<br \/>\nPecieme cca 15 minut.<br \/>\nPo upeceni nechame vychladnut.<br \/>\nCokoladu s nutellou nechame roztopit na pare a tukom ho namiesame do pozadovanej hustoty. Ja pouzivam kokosovy tuk pretoze ten ma velmi nizku teplotu topenia a rozpustim ho aj pod tecucou horucou vodou.<\/p>\n<p>Vychladnute rozteky ich jednou polovicou namacam do hustej cokolady, nechame odkvapkat u kladame na papier , ktory je na nejakej rovnej doske, aby sme ich mohli preniest do chladu na stuhnutie.
