Nakoniec prid\u00e1me m\u00faku a vodu . Ve\u013emi r\u00fdchle zamiesime hladk\u00e9 cesto, bez zbyto\u010dn\u00e9ho miesenia.<\/p>\n<p>Cesto zabal\u00edme a d\u00e1me na hodinu\u00a0 do chladni\u010dky aby vychladlo.<\/p>\n<p>Priprav\u00edme si plnku.<br \/>\nD\u017eem so v\u0161etk\u00fdmi surovinami zmie\u0161ame. Ja som zabudla da\u0165 t\u00fa smotanu, autorka p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee recept prebrala od nejakej Talianky a t\u00e1 uviedla, \u017ee m\u00e1 \u00eds\u0165 smotana&#8230;.ale nenap\u00edsal, \u010di sladk\u00e1, alebo kysl\u00e1, tak dala sladk\u00fa.\u00a0 Rozhodnite sa ako chcete, ja som ju zabudla da\u0165 a tak som mala s rozhodovan\u00edm pokoj.<br \/>\nPlnka mus\u00ed dr\u017ea\u0165 pri izbovej teplote tvar, ak je pr\u00edli\u0161 riedka, tak ju zahustite rozdrven\u00fdmi pi\u0161k\u00f3tami.<\/p>\n<p>Cesto po vychladnut\u00ed rozdel\u00edme na polovice.<br \/>\nPrv\u00fa \u010das\u0165 rozva\u013ek\u00e1me na obd\u013a\u017enik cca 20 x 30 cm. Pl\u00e1t by mal by\u0165 tenk\u00fd.<br \/>\nDo stredu, po celej d\u013a\u017eke navrstvime polovicu plnky..<br \/>\nVo\u013en\u00e9 \u010dasti cesta sprava a z\u013eava prehod\u00edme\u00a0 cez plnku, tak aby sa spoj prekr\u00fdval na maxim\u00e1lne dva centimetre, ostatn\u00e9 cesto odre\u017eeme.<br \/>\nSpoj uzavrieme a zapracujeme do hladka. Rol\u00e1du prevr\u00e1time spojom nadol<br \/>\nZabal\u00edme\u00a0 ju do f\u00f3lie a ulo\u017e\u00edme na hodinu do mrazni\u010dky,<br \/>\nRol\u00e1da mus\u00ed by\u0165 absol\u00fatne stuhnut\u00e1, nielen chladn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Ja som na tom spoji cesto neodrezala a nechala tak, bola to chyba.<\/p>\n<p>Druh\u00fa \u010das\u0165 cesta spracujeme tak ako prv\u00fa.<br \/>\nPri tej som u\u017e to cesto odrezala. Nevedela som \u010do s t\u00fdm cestom urobi\u0165, tak som ho vyva\u013ekala do \u0161\u00fa\u013eku na d\u013a\u017eku rol\u00e1dy\u00a0 a nalepila na jej vrch (potrite to miesto vodou, alebo roz\u0161\u013eahan\u00fdm vajcom).<\/p>\n<p>Z \u00faplne stvrdnut\u00fdch rol\u00e1d kr\u00e1jame pl\u00e1tky hrub\u00e9 necel\u00e9ho pol centimetra a kladieme ich na plech, vystlat\u00fdm papierom na pe\u010denie.<br \/>\nPlech mus\u00ed by\u0165 chladn\u00fd, doporu\u010dujem, papier na pe\u010denie da\u0165 do chladni\u010dky.<br \/>\nR\u00faru predhrejeme na 180 stup\u0148ov.<br \/>\nVlo\u017e\u00edme plech a po 5 min\u00fatach zn\u00ed\u017eime teplotu na 165 &#8211;
