Cibulu nakrajame na kruzky a cesnakom naspikujeme husto kralicie maso. Ocistenu mrkvu nakrajame na hrubsie hranolky, alebo na tvar aky sa Vam paci.<br \/>\nMaso nasolime, posypeme susenym tymianom a cestvo mletym korenim.
