Dusime dlho&#8230;aspon 40 minut, aby bola cibula dokonale makka. Dusime ju na slabom plameni a davame pozor\u00a0 aby sa , v ziadnom pripade,\u00a0 nepripalovala.\u00a0 Ak Treba tak ju obcas podlejeme horucou vodou.<br \/>\nDo cibule pridame lyzicku trstinoveho cukru a nechame ho roztopit.<br \/>\nDo tohto zakladu postupme vmiesame\u00a0 ako prve muku, potom pretlak, cervene vino, balzamicovy ocot a nechame vsetko spojit. Omacku osolime a odlozime.<\/p>\n<p>Do mleteho masa prelisujeme cesnak, osolime, okorenime. Vmiesame zltok, worchester, nasekanu vnat a ryzu. Dokladne premiesame a vytvarujeme ploche bifteky.<\/p>\n<p>Na panvici rozohrejeme olej a bifteky opekame na kazdej strane cca 5 minut.<\/p>\n<p>Takto pripravene maso vlozime do zapekacej nadoby a zalejeme ho omackou. Panvicu po opekani vylejeme vriacou vodou a dolejeme ju do pekacika. Pecieme cca 45 minut.
