Ze zacalo byt aktivne zistime tak, ze zacne vo vode akokeby slabo bublat.<br \/>\nMuku\u00a0 poriadne nakyprime, zmiesame so solou, pridame jogurt, roztopene maslo a drozdovu vodu.<\/p>\n<p>Vypracujeme makke cesto. Na ruky si dame par kvapiek oleja, vytrieme nimi nadobu,\u00a0 v ktorej bude cesto kysnut a potrieme nimi aj povrchu cesta.<\/p>\n<p>Dame kysnut pod prikryvku, kym nenarastie&#8230;mne kyslo dobrych 70 minut.<br \/>\nPripravene cesto rozdelime na gulky, nieco medzi pinpongovou a tenisovou a rozvalkame ich (ak Vam lepi, tak si podsypavajte). Vlozte do rury,\u00a0 ked sa placky , akokeby nafuknu a su opecene, tak ich prevratte a dopecte.<\/p>\n<p>Ja som ich takto raz robila a nafukli sa mi tak ako pita chlieb, tak ich uz peciem normalne na panvici s hrubym dnom. Opakom lyzice placku pritlacam\u00a0 a opekam. Ide to velmi rychle, ak je panvica spravne rozpalena tak na kazdu stranu staci minuta. Daju sa robit do zasoby a pohodlne prihrievat v mikrovlnke.
